fig. 3 is a detailed flowchart of step S30 shown in fig. 1.

The implementation, functional features and advantages of the objects of the present invention will be further explained with reference to the accompanying drawings.

Detailed Description

Reference will now be made in detail to embodiments of the present invention, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein like or similar reference numerals refer to the same or similar elements or elements having the same or similar function throughout. The embodiments described below with reference to the accompanying drawings are illustrative only for the purpose of explaining the present invention, and are not to be construed as limiting the present invention.

Referring to fig. 1, the method for bonding porcelain veneers of teeth provided by the invention comprises the following steps:

and S10, performing acid etching on the tooth surface, cleaning the tooth surface, and coating an adhesive on the tooth surface.

The specific implementation manner of step S10 includes: cleaning, drying and moisture-proof the tooth surface; smearing phosphoric acid on the tooth surface for 40-65 seconds, and washing with clear water for 30-35 seconds; the tooth surface is dried.

In this embodiment, the tooth surface is protected from direct strong light during the acid etching process, so that phosphoric acid with a purity of 35% or 37% can be applied to the tooth surface for 45-50 seconds, the acid etching time is not less than 60 seconds when the dental fluorosis exists, and then the dental fluorosis tooth is washed with clear water for 30-40 seconds, wherein saliva cannot contaminate the tooth surface during the acid etching and washing process so as to prevent the dental fluorosis tooth surface from being contaminated, and the tooth surface is dried after the washing process is completed.

And S20, preprocessing the porcelain facing with the preset thickness, and coating the enamel adhesive on the porcelain facing at the preset room temperature.

In this embodiment, the predetermined thickness is 0.2-0.3mm, and the predetermined room temperature is 23 ℃ -25 ℃; the enamel adhesive can be an enamel adhesive of the brand of Yijia, the enamel adhesive is coated on the porcelain facing for standby, strong light is required to be prevented from irradiating the porcelain facing when the enamel adhesive is coated, and the indoor temperature is ensured to be 23-25 ℃.

Referring to fig. 2, a specific implementation manner of step S20 includes:

s11, casting a refractory material on the abutment impression mold at the temperature of 22-25 ℃, and sintering at the temperature of 1200-1050 ℃ for 2-5 minutes to obtain a model;

s12, coating a porcelain powder layer with the thickness of 0.2-0.25mm on the surface of the model, and sintering and forming to obtain a porcelain veneer;

s13, accurately wearing the porcelain veneers, scrubbing with alcohol and drying;

s14, smearing the porcelain facing with hydrofluoric acid, washing with clear water and drying;

and S15, coating the dried porcelain facing with a silane coupling agent to obtain a porcelain facing with a preset thickness, and naturally drying the porcelain facing for bonding.

In the embodiment, the alcohol is 75% alcohol, the abutment impression is conventional, and when the porcelain veneer is prepared, a refractory material can be cast on the abutment impression at 22 ℃, and sintered at 1200 ℃ for 2 minutes, and then a porcelain powder layer with the thickness of 0.2mm is coated and sintered for 25 seconds to obtain the porcelain veneer, wherein the weight of the porcelain powder layer is 0.08-0.1 g, and the sintering temperature of the porcelain powder layer is 600-; the technical personnel in the field can understand that the weight of the porcelain powder layer can be 0.08 g, and the sintering temperature of the porcelain powder layer can be controlled at 600 ℃, so that the sintered porcelain veneering is thinner and the bonding effect is better; that is, when the weight of the ceramic powder layer is increased, the sintering temperature of the ceramic powder layer can also be increased along with the weight, so that the forming is more beautiful.

Further, after the ultrathin ceramic veneers are obtained, coating hydrofluoric acid on the ceramic veneers for acid etching, wherein the time for coating the hydrofluoric acid on the ceramic veneers is 40-45 seconds; after acid etching, washing and drying the porcelain facing by clear water, and then coating the porcelain facing by adopting a silane coupling agent for 15-20 seconds; it is understood that the applying time of the hydrofluoric acid may be 45 seconds, and the applying time of the silane coupling agent may be 20 seconds, which can be selected by those skilled in the art according to actual needs, and is not limited thereto.

And S30, placing and fixing the porcelain veneers coated with the enamel adhesive on the tooth surfaces, curing the adhesive and the enamel adhesive, and polishing the cured porcelain veneers.

After the tooth surface is treated and dried, the porcelain veneers coated with the enamel adhesive can be placed on the tooth surface and compressed, and the color of the enamel adhesive needs to be properly selected, no vacuole appears, the enamel adhesive is uniformly distributed, so that the enamel adhesive is accurately and closely attached to the tooth surface completely, and the porcelain veneers are attached to the tooth surface tightly.

Specifically, the specific implementation manner of step S30 includes: placing and fixing the porcelain veneering coated with the enamel adhesive on the tooth surface, and irradiating the adhesive and the enamel adhesive for 3-5 seconds by using a photocuring lamp; and removing the uncured binder and the enamel binder, and then polishing the porcelain facing.

The adhesive and the enamel adhesive can be mutually bonded and fixed, so that the porcelain veneer can be bonded more stably, and the photocuring lamp can emit an ultraviolet light source, so that the adhesive and the enamel adhesive are subjected to a crosslinking reaction and then cured, and the porcelain veneer is fixed more stably.

Further, the specific implementation manner of removing the uncured binder and the enamel binder and then polishing the porcelain facing in the steps comprises:

s31, removing the uncured adhesive through the probe and removing the adhesive on the adjacent surface of the tooth by using an interdental saw;

s32, irradiating the porcelain facing surface by adopting a light-curing lamp for 30-40 seconds again;

and S33, testing the occlusion through occlusion paper to adjust the occlusion, and then polishing the porcelain facing.

In the embodiment, after the porcelain veneer is tightly adhered to the tooth surface, the light curing lamp is used for irradiating the porcelain veneer for 3-5 seconds, so that the porcelain veneer is cured and adhered to the tooth surface, uncured adhesive is removed through the probe, and the adhesive on the adjacent surface of the tooth is removed through the interdental saw, so that the cleaning is cleaner, and the beautifying effect of the tooth surface is better; it can be understood that after the cleaning, the light curing lamp irradiates the tooth surface for 30-40 seconds again, and the test is performed through the occluding paper, optionally, the occluding paper can be a loose wind brand, the occlusion of the teeth is adjusted through the occluding paper, so that the upper and lower teeth can be in contact with each other and the slits of the teeth are aligned, and then the porcelain facing is polished, so that the integral beauty effect of the teeth is better.

The invention provides a tooth porcelain veneering bonding method, which comprises the steps of firstly carrying out acid etching on a tooth surface, then cleaning, and coating a bonding agent on the tooth surface; pretreating a porcelain facing with a preset thickness, and coating an enamel adhesive on the porcelain facing at a preset room temperature; placing the porcelain veneer coated with the enamel adhesive on the tooth surface, and pressing and fixing; and irradiating the porcelain facing by a light curing lamp to cure the binder, and then polishing the porcelain facing after removing the uncured binder. Therefore, teeth do not need to be polished and then pasted, damage to the teeth is avoided, and the tooth beautifying efficiency is improved.
