Further, the adjustable composite stabilizer bar is specifically assembled by the following method:

s1, assembling the composite stabilizer bar with the structure through a special assembly tool, wherein the assembly tool comprises a workbench 15, a rotating clamping seat 16 for driving the torsion bar body to rotate is installed on the workbench 15, two ends of the rotating clamping seat 16 are respectively provided with a movable clamping guide sleeve 17, the outer ends of the clamping guide sleeves 17 are respectively provided with a movable elastic jacking block 18, the front end part of the rotating clamping seat 16 is provided with a two-position adjustable supporting frame 19 for supporting a leaf spring, and the torsion bar body to be assembled after being processed and formed is clamped and fixed on the rotating clamping seat;

s2, placing the first fixing component in the guide sleeve, moving the clamped guide sleeve to enable the clamped first fixing component to correspond to the torsion bar rod body, driving the rotating clamping seat to rotate by the starting motor, driving the torsion bar rod body to rotate by the rotation of the clamping seat, thereby realizing the synchronous assembly of the first fixing components at the two end parts, limiting the first fixing components by the annular limiting bosses, then clamping the guide sleeve to reset, respectively sleeving the first fixing components on the outer sides of the first fixing components after the first fixing components are fixed, and limiting the first fixing components by the first fixing components;

s3, after the first reinforcing component is sleeved, sequentially clamping the adjusting components into the guide sleeves, enabling the clamped first reinforcing component to correspond to the torsion bar body, starting a motor to drive the rotating clamping seat to rotate, and enabling the clamping seat to rotate to drive the torsion bar body to rotate, so that synchronous assembly of the first reinforcing components at the two end parts is achieved, and then the guide sleeves are clamped to reset;

s4, respectively sleeving the leaf springs on the torsion bar body, and repeating the steps S2 and S3 to sequentially sleeve, lock and fix the third fixing sleeve, the second reinforcing component and the second fixing component on the torsion bar body, so that the fixed installation of the leaf springs is realized.

Further, the rotating clamping seat 16 comprises a semicircular lower supporting plate 16-1 for clamping the torsion bar body, a semicircular upper supporting plate 16-2 matched with the semicircular lower supporting plate is clamped on the semicircular lower supporting plate 16-1, clamping grooves 16-3 corresponding to each other are respectively arranged at two end parts of the semicircular lower supporting plate 16-1 and the semicircular upper supporting plate 16-2, the semicircular lower supporting plate 16-1 and the semicircular upper supporting plate 16-2 are connected into a whole through a clamping hoop 16-4 clamped in the clamping groove 16-3, supporting wheels 16-5 are distributed on a worktable 15 corresponding to the lower part of the semicircular lower supporting plate 16-1, semicircular gear rings forming a driving gear ring 16-6 corresponding to each other are respectively arranged at the middle parts of the semicircular lower supporting plate 16-1 and the semicircular upper supporting plate 16-2, and the driving ring gear 16-6 is in driving engagement with the gear 16-7 at the output end of the rotating motor at one side thereof. The clamping guide sleeve 17 is driven to move by a moving cylinder on the outer side of the clamping guide sleeve, a guide wheel 20 is installed at the bottom end of the clamping guide sleeve 17, guide grooves are distributed on the workbench 15 corresponding to the clamping guide sleeve 17, and the elastic jacking block 18 is elastically clamped and fixed in the clamping guide sleeve 17 through a spring 21.
