The rainwater and sewage drainage pipe which is used in large quantity comprises a thermoplastic plastic double-flat-wall pipe, an inner rib pipe and a structural wall pipe, has the advantages of light weight, good rigidity, recoverability, reutilization, low cost and the like, and is widely applied to drainage pipe networks constructed in cities and towns and drainage pipe networks constructed in villages in China.

The problems are obvious when the thermoplastic double-flat-wall pipe, the inner rib pipe and the structural wall pipe are reused, such as:

firstly, the plastic wall of the bearing layer is too thin and is a pure plastic layer, the impact strength is very low, and the pipe is easy to damage and break due to no external collision and sharp object impact in the pipeline transportation and hoisting process and the backfilling process, so that the rainwater and sewage in the pipe are leaked;

secondly, the thermoplastic drain pipe which is not reinforced and compounded by fiber or metal has large linear expansion coefficient and is arranged at the pipe end in the inspection well, under the condition of not backfilling soil, the pipeline is shortened in a region with large temperature difference between day and night due to temperature reduction, and the pipe end can be pulled out from the inspection well to damage the installed thermoplastic drain pipe;

thirdly, in the prior art, the pipe end interface is prevented from leaking by adopting methods such as sealing of a socket spigot and socket rubber sealing ring, sealing of fusion of an electric melting band and sealing of a thermal shrinkage band (sleeve), and the like.

1. the thermoplastic corrugated pipe is reinforced on the inner wall by using the continuous fiber prepreg tape, so that the linear expansion coefficient is greatly reduced, the size and temperature of the pipe body are further reached, the installed thermoplastic drain pipe is realized, and the pipe end cannot be pulled out of the inspection well;

2. the continuous fiber prepreg tape is arranged on the inner-layer wall reinforced thermoplastic corrugated pipe, and the high-strength and high-toughness glass fiber tape with the double-layer superposition of 0-90 degrees has a protection effect, so that the external impact stress can be greatly absorbed and then the effect of protecting a pressure-bearing layer is achieved, and external collision and impact damage of sharp objects are avoided;

3. on one hand, the hot melting butt joint port has low requirement on the size of the pipe end, and the butt joint port with a certain difference or error in the outer wall can also meet the long-term non-leakage use requirement of a pipe network, so that the leakage of the port caused by the size error of the pipe end in the manufacturing process can be avoided; on the other hand, the pipe end hot melting butt joint is suitable for integral welding, and the interface leakage phenomenon caused by interface deformation due to uneven settlement of a foundation can be avoided.
