A use method of the periodic porous membrane-based structure rubber product model is characterized in that a side plate is embedded into a base groove, base injection hole-containing cylinders are embedded into circular deep holes periodically and regularly arranged in a square high platform, glue solution is injected into pores formed among the side plate, the base and the base injection hole-containing cylinders, and a base is formed after solidification; sleeving the base injection thin-wall cylindrical cutting ring on the outer side of the base injection hole-containing cylinder, and then simultaneously pulling out the base injection thin-wall cylindrical cutting ring and the base injection hole-containing cylinder; embedding the film-injection hole-containing cylinder into circular deep holes periodically and regularly distributed in the square high platform, injecting glue solution into a pore formed by the film-injection hole-containing cylinder and the substrate, and curing to form a film; sleeving the film injection thin-wall cylindrical cutting ring on the outer side of the film injection hole-containing cylinder, and then simultaneously pulling out the film injection thin-wall cylindrical cutting ring and the film injection hole-containing cylinder; and (4) cutting the side plate and the edge of the solidified substrate by using a blade, and pulling out the side plate. And cutting the lower sides of the base and the cured substrate by using a blade, so that the rubber product with the periodically arranged porous film-based structure is thoroughly separated from the mold.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:

1. the invention can be used for manufacturing porous membrane-based structural rubber products made of different materials because the outer diameters of the membrane-injection hole-containing cylinder and the base-injection hole-containing cylinder are different.

2.
