As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, the seat rotating mechanism includes a base 1, a rotary table 2, a limiting device and a locking device, wherein the base 1 can be connected with a slide rail arranged on an inner bottom plate of a vehicle, the rotary table 2 is connected with the base 1, the rotary table 2 can rotate relative to the base 1, so as to drive the seat to rotate, the limiting device can limit the rotary table 2 to axially move relative to the base 1, so as to limit the separation between the two, the locking device can lock the relative position between the rotary table 2 and the base 1, so as to avoid relative rotation, and ensure the stability of the seat after locking.
