For protection in front of dementia patients; as shown in fig. 5, the outer wall of one side of the splint 30 is fixed with the holding limiting column 6 through a bolt, and the two splint 30 gradually approach the dementia patient so that the holding limiting column 6 can protect the front of the dementia patient, thereby preventing the dementia patient from leaning forward and causing danger.

When the embodiment is used, in the process that the tripod head camera 3 monitors the dementia patient, the projection 40 can make a reciprocating impact on the surface of the sponge backrest 5 by utilizing the rotation of the cylindrical rod 39, so that the back of the dementia patient can be massaged.
