Disclosure of Invention

In the above-described hybrid processing machine, the laser head of the laser mechanism portion is supported by the upper laser frame portion of the laser frame. Therefore, when the upper laser frame portion is provided in a cantilever state, the end portion may be bent by a load of the laser head and a self weight of the upper laser frame portion, and may be in a state of sagging. When such a deflection of the upper laser frame portion occurs, the position of the laser head in the vertical direction and the direction of the laser beam irradiated from the laser head change, and thus there is a problem that the workpiece cannot be processed with high accuracy. On the other hand, although the rigidity of the upper laser frame portion can be improved, the size of the apparatus increases, and the manufacturing cost of the apparatus increases.

The invention aims to provide a composite processing machine, which can prevent the upper laser frame part from bending and the end part from sagging, can process a workpiece with high precision by a laser head, and can inhibit the manufacturing cost of the device from increasing.

The composite processing machine according to an aspect of the present invention includes: a press mechanism section including a press tool for processing a workpiece; a press frame supporting the press mechanism; a laser mechanism part including a laser head for processing a workpiece; a laser frame for supporting the laser mechanism; and a conveying device for conveying the workpiece to both the press mechanism section and the laser mechanism section, wherein the press frame includes: a lower stamping frame part; an upper press frame portion that is located above the lower press frame portion with a conveying space for a workpiece to be conveyed by the conveying device interposed therebetween, and supports at least a part of the press mechanism portion; and a vertical press frame portion that connects the lower press frame portion and the upper press frame portion, the laser frame including: a lower laser frame part; an upper laser frame unit that is positioned above the lower laser frame unit with a space for conveying a workpiece by the conveying device therebetween, and supports the laser mechanism unit; and a vertical laser frame unit that connects the lower laser frame unit and the upper laser frame unit, wherein a workpiece conveying space in the press frame and a workpiece conveying space in the laser frame are connected to each other, the upper laser frame unit extends from the vertical laser frame unit to the upper press frame unit side and is disposed apart from the upper press frame unit, and the hybrid machine further includes an engagement unit that switches between a connected state in which end portions of the upper press frame unit and the upper laser frame unit are connected and a disconnected state in which the connection is released.

Further, the laser mechanism section may move the laser head in one direction along a longitudinal direction of the upper laser frame section, the conveying device may move the workpiece in one direction and an intersecting direction intersecting the one direction, the conveying device may move the workpiece in the one direction and the intersecting direction when the workpiece is processed by the press mechanism section, and the laser head may move in the one direction and the workpiece may move in the intersecting direction when the workpiece is processed by the laser mechanism section. Further, the upper press frame portion and the upper laser frame portion may be disposed so that end portions thereof face each other, the engaging portion may include an engaging portion and an engaged portion that are switched between a coupled state and a decoupled state by being moved relatively so as to come into contact with or separate from each other, and one of the engaging portion and the engaged portion may be provided on the upper press frame portion and the other may be provided on the upper laser frame portion.

Further, the engaging portion and the engaged portion may be arranged in the vertical direction, one of the engaging portion and the engaged portion may have a groove portion in the direction in which the upper laser housing portion extends, and the other of the engaging portion and the engaged portion may have a protruding portion that enters the groove portion in the coupled state. The composite working machine may further include a driving unit that relatively moves the engaging unit and the engaged unit, and a control unit that controls driving of the driving unit, wherein the control unit drives the driving unit so that the engaging unit is in the connected state when the laser head of the laser mechanism unit machines the workpiece, and drives the driving unit so that the engaging unit is in the disconnected state when the press tool of the press mechanism unit machines the workpiece. Further, the rigidity of the upper press frame portion may be higher than the rigidity of the upper laser frame portion.

Effects of the invention

According to the above-described composite working machine, the end portion of the upper laser frame portion is supported by the upper press frame portion by bringing the joining portion into the connected state, and therefore the end portion of the upper laser frame portion can be prevented from sagging. As a result, it is possible to suppress the vertical position of the laser head and the direction of the laser beam irradiated from the laser head from changing, and to process the workpiece with high accuracy. Further, since there is no need to increase the rigidity of the upper laser frame unit, it is possible to prevent an increase in the size of the upper laser frame unit (increase in the size of the apparatus) and to suppress an increase in the manufacturing cost of the apparatus. Further, since the engagement portion is brought into the separated state, the vibration is not transmitted from the upper press frame portion to the upper laser frame portion, and therefore, the vibration or the like at the time of driving the press mechanism portion can be prevented from being transmitted to the laser head.

In the above-described configuration, the laser mechanism section moves the laser head in one direction along the longitudinal direction of the upper laser mechanism section, the conveying device moves the workpiece in one direction and in an intersecting direction intersecting with the one direction, the conveying device moves the workpiece in the one direction and the intersecting direction when the workpiece is processed by the press mechanism section, and the laser head moves in the one direction and the conveying device moves the workpiece in the intersecting direction when the workpiece is processed by the laser mechanism section. In the above-described configuration, the upper press frame portion and the upper laser frame portion are arranged so that end portions thereof face each other, the engaging portion has an engaging portion and an engaged portion that are switched between a coupled state and a decoupled state by moving relative to each other so as to come into contact with or separate from each other, one of the engaging portion and the engaged portion is provided on the upper press frame portion, and the other is provided on the upper laser frame portion.

In the above-described configuration, the engaging portion and the engaged portion can be relatively moved in the direction in which the upper laser frame portion extends in the coupled state, and the relative movement can be restricted in the orthogonal direction, so that the upper laser frame portion or the upper press frame portion can be allowed to expand and contract due to heat or the like. In the above-described configuration, the control unit can prevent the transmission of vibration from the press mechanism portion to the laser mechanism portion when the workpiece is processed by the press tool, and can prevent the end portion of the upper laser frame portion from sagging when the workpiece is processed by the laser head. In addition, in the structure in which the rigidity of the upper punch frame portion is higher than the rigidity of the upper laser frame portion, the upper punch frame portion having a higher rigidity is coupled to the upper punch frame portion, whereby the end portion of the upper laser frame portion can be efficiently prevented from sagging.

Detailed Description

Hereinafter, embodiments will be described with reference to the drawings. However, the present invention is not limited to the embodiments described below. In the drawings, the scale is appropriately changed to show the embodiment in an enlarged or emphasized manner. In the following drawings, the directions in the drawings are described using an XYZ coordinate system. In this XYZ coordinate system, the vertical direction is defined as the Z direction, and the horizontal direction is defined as the X direction and the Y direction. The Y direction is one direction within the horizontal direction. The X direction is a direction orthogonal to the Y direction. In addition, regarding the directions X, Y, Z, the direction indicated by the arrow is appropriately expressed as a + direction (for example, a + X direction), and the opposite direction is expressed as a-direction (for example, a-X direction).

Fig. 1 and 2 are diagrams showing an example of a combined processing machine 100 according to the present embodiment. Fig. 1 is a front view of the compound processing machine 100 as viewed from the X direction, and fig. 2 is a plan view of the compound processing machine 100 as viewed from the Z direction. For example, the + X side of the combined machining tool 100 is the front side, and the X direction is the front-rear direction. The Y direction is the left-right direction of the combined processing machine 100. As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the combined working machine 100 includes a press mechanism 10, a press frame 20, a laser mechanism 30, a laser frame 40, a joining section 50, a conveying device 60, and a control section 70.

The press mechanism section 10 is a turret type press having an upper turret 11 and a lower turret 12. The upper turret 11 is held by an upper press frame portion 22 of the press frame 20 via a rotary shaft 13. The lower turret 12 is held by a lower press frame portion 21 of the press frame 20 via a rotary shaft 14. The upper turret 11 and the lower turret 12 are each formed in a disk shape. The upper turret 11 and the lower turret 12 are each configured to be rotatable about a rotation shaft 13 and a rotation shaft 14 by a drive device, not shown, such as a drive motor. The upper turret 11 and the lower turret 12 are disposed in a state of facing each other.

The upper turret 11 holds an upper side press tool (press tool) 15 such as a punch. A plurality of upper press tools 15 are arranged side by side in the circumferential direction around the rotary shaft 13 on the upper turret 11. The lower surface side of the upper press tool 15 functions as a blade or a forming portion to machine the workpiece W. The upper turret 11 drives the upper press tool 15 in the vertical direction (Z direction). A head 17 for sending out the upper press tool 15 downward is disposed on the upper turret 11.

The lower turret 12 holds a lower press tool (press tool) 16 such as a die. A plurality of lower press tools 16 are arranged side by side in the circumferential direction around the rotary shaft 14 on the lower turret 12. The lower press tool 16 is disposed below the upper press tool 15 (in the (-Z direction) with a gap therebetween. The lower press tool 16 is, for example, a cylindrical or concave member having an axial direction in the Z direction, and the upper surface side functions as a blade or a forming portion to machine the workpiece W. The lower press tool 16 may be fixed in the vertical direction (Z direction) when the workpiece W is machined, or may be fed upward by a driving unit (not shown) when the workpiece W is machined.

The upper turret 11 and the lower turret 12 are rotated by a driving device, not shown, and a pair of upper press tools 15 and lower press tools 16 is selected at the press working position P1. The press mechanism 10 places a part to be processed of the workpiece W at a press processing position P1, and feeds out the upper press tool 15 downward or feeds out the upper press tool 15 downward and the lower press tool 16 upward through the head 17, and sandwiches the part to be processed of the workpiece W between the upper press tool 15 and the lower press tool 16, thereby performing hole drilling, forming, cutting, and the like on the part to be processed of the workpiece W.

The press frame 20 supports the press mechanism portion 10. The punch frame 20 has a C-shape as viewed from the + X side. The press frame 20 has a lower press frame portion 21, an upper press frame portion 22, and a longitudinal press frame portion 23. The lower punch frame 21 is provided on, for example, a floor surface of a building. In addition, the lower press frame 21 supports the lower turret 12 as a part of the press mechanism portion 10. The upper press frame portion 22 is located above the lower press frame portion 21 with a conveyance space K1 for the workpiece W conveyed by the conveyance device 60 interposed therebetween. The upper punch holder 22 supports the upper turret 11 as a part of the punch mechanism 10. The vertical press frame portion 23 connects the lower press frame portion 21 and the upper press frame portion 22. The upper press frame portion 22 and the lower press frame portion 21 are integrally connected to each other on the + Y side by a vertical press frame portion 23. The lower press frame portion 21, the upper press frame portion 22, and the lower press frame portion 21 are made of a structural material such as a column or a beam, and a panel or the like is formed by being bonded to the outer surface side. The press frame 20 is formed to have high rigidity because it receives a load when the upper press tool 15 and the lower press tool 16 clamp the portion of the workpiece W to be processed when the workpiece W is processed as described above. Therefore, the rigidity of the press frame 20 (upper press frame portion 22) is higher than the rigidity of the upper laser frame portion 42 of the laser frame 40 described later.

In addition, the press frame 20 has a fixing table 24. The fixing stand 24 is provided on the lower press frame portion 21. Note that, in fig. 1, the fixed base 23 is not illustrated. The fixed stand 24 is disposed at a height between the upper turret 11 and the lower turret 12. Further, in order to reduce friction with the lower surface side of the workpiece W, a brush, a free ball bearing, or the like may be provided on the upper surface of the fixed base 24.

As shown in fig. 2, the dimension of the fixed table 24 in the Y direction is set to a length in which the vicinity of the connecting portion between the upper press frame portion 22 and the lower press frame portion 21 is a + Y-side end portion, and the-Y side of the movable region of the laser head 31 described later is a-Y-side end portion. As shown in fig. 2, the dimension of the fixed base 24 in the X direction is set to a length slightly larger than the diameter of the upper turret 11 (lower turret 12). A through-hole 25 is formed in the fixed table 24 in a range corresponding to a movable region of a laser head 31 described later. The through-hole 25 has a predetermined width in the X direction and extends in the Y direction.

The lower press frame portion 21 of the press frame 20 is provided with a conveying device 60. The conveying device 60 conveys the workpiece W to both the press mechanism 10 and the laser mechanism 30. The conveyance device 60 includes a movable table 61, an X guide 62, a Y guide 63, an X slider 64, and a workpiece holder 65. The movable stage 61 is disposed on the + X side and the-X side of the fixed stage 23, respectively. The two movable tables 61 are coupled to each other on, for example, the-Y side, and the + X side movable table 61 and the-X side movable table 61 can be moved integrally by a driving unit not shown. The + X-side movable table 61 may not be connected to the-X-side movable table 61, and the driving units provided in the + X-side movable table 61 and the-X-side movable table 61 may be synchronized to drive them simultaneously. The two movable tables 61 are supported by Y guides 63 so as to be movable in the Y direction. In order to reduce friction with the lower surface side of the workpiece W, a friction reducing portion 61a (see fig. 1) such as a brush or a free ball bearing may be provided on the upper surface of the movable table 61.

The X guide 62 extends in the X direction and is provided at the + Y-side end of the movable table 61. The movable table 61 on the + X side and the movable table 61 on the-X side may be coupled to each other by the X guide 62. The X guide 62 is movable in the Y direction integrally with the movable table 61. The X guide 62 is provided at a position higher than the fixed table 23. Therefore, when the X guide 62 moves in the Y direction, it does not interfere with the fixed stage 23.

The Y guide 63 is provided below each of the + X-side movable table 61 and the-X-side movable table 61, and extends in the Y direction. The Y guide 63 guides the + X-side movable table 61 and the-X-side movable table 61 in the Y direction. The Y guide 63 is provided on the lower press frame portion 21, but is not limited to this configuration, and may be provided on a floor surface on which the combined machining tool 100 is installed.

The X slider 64 is provided on the + Y side of the X guide 62. The X slider 64 is movable in the X direction along the X guide 62 by a drive unit not shown. The X slider 64 includes a plurality of (three in the present embodiment) workpiece holders 65. Each workpiece holder 65 is disposed on the-Y side of the X slider 64. The plurality of workpiece holders 65 are arranged at predetermined intervals in the X direction, and grip the end portion of the workpiece W on the + Y side. Further, the workpiece holder 65 may be movable in the X direction with respect to the X slider 64.

By moving the X guide 62 in the Y direction together with the movable table and moving the X slider 64 in the X direction with respect to the X guide 62, the workpiece W held by the workpiece holder 65 can be moved in the X direction and the Y direction (horizontal direction).

The driving of each part of the press mechanism 10 (for example, the rotation of the upper turret 11 and the lower turret 12, the driving of the upper press tool 15 and the lower press tool 16, the movement of the movable table 61 of the transfer device 60, the movement of the X slider 64, and the like) is controlled by the control unit 70. The driving of each part of the press mechanism 10 is not limited to the control by the control unit 70, and may be performed by a manual operation of an operator, for example, by appropriately rotating the upper turret 11 and the lower turret 12 by the operator, or by appropriately driving the movable table 61 and the X slider 64 of the transfer device 60.

Laser frame 40 has a lower laser frame portion 41, an upper laser frame portion 42 and a longitudinal laser frame portion 43. The lower laser frame portion 41 is provided on the floor surface. The upper laser frame portion 42 is positioned above the lower laser frame portion 41 with a conveyance space K2 for the workpiece W conveyed by the conveyance device 60 interposed therebetween. The vertical laser frame portion 43 connects the lower laser frame portion 41 and the upper laser frame portion 42. The longitudinal laser frame portion 43 supports the-Y side of the upper laser frame portion 42. That is, the upper laser frame portion 42 is supported in a cantilever manner by the longitudinal laser frame portion 43. The upper laser frame portion 42 extends in the + Y direction from the upper portion of the vertical laser frame portion 43 toward the upper press frame portion 22 side of the press frame 20, and is disposed apart from the press frame 20 (the upper press frame portion 22). The lower laser frame portion 41, the upper laser frame portion 42, and the vertical laser frame portion 43 are made of a structural material such as a column or a beam, and a panel or the like is formed by being bonded to the outer surface side. The dimension of the upper laser frame portion 42 in the Y direction is set to a length that ensures the movement of the laser head 31 in the Y direction.

The upper laser frame portion 42 supports the laser mechanism portion 30, and includes a Y guide, not shown, for guiding the laser head 31 in the Y direction. Since the upper laser frame portion 42 only needs to support the laser mechanism portion 30, rigidity as in the upper press frame portion 22 is not required. Therefore, the rigidity of the upper laser frame portion 42 is lower than the rigidity of the upper press frame portion 22. However, the upper laser frame portion 42 may be formed to have a rigidity equal to or higher than that of the upper press frame portion 22. The upper press frame portion 22 and the upper laser frame portion 42 are disposed so that end portions thereof face each other. The lower press frame portion 21 and the lower laser frame portion 41 may be coupled by a fastening member R such as a bolt (see fig. 1).

The laser mechanism 30 includes a laser head 31, a Y slider 32, and a head drive unit 33. The laser head 31 is supported movably in the Y direction with respect to the upper laser frame portion 42 via the Y slider 32. The laser head 31 is connected to a laser light source, not shown, provided on the floor surface or the laser chassis 40 via an optical transmission line, not shown, such as an optical fiber. As the laser light source, for example, a carbon dioxide laser light source, a solid laser light source, or the like can be used. The laser head 31 can irradiate the laser beam L (see fig. 6) transmitted from the laser light source downward (-Z direction).

The Y slider 32 is provided between the upper laser frame portion 42 and the laser head 31. The Y slider 32 is supported movably in the Y direction with respect to the upper laser frame portion 42, and moves in the Y direction integrally with the laser head 31. That is, the laser mechanism section 30 can move the laser head 31 in one direction (Y direction) along the longitudinal direction of the upper laser frame section 42. The laser mechanism 30 is not limited to the one that moves the laser head 31 in one direction, and may be configured to fix the laser head 31 to a predetermined position on the upper laser frame 42 in the Y direction. The Y slider 32 includes a Z guide (not shown) for movably supporting the laser head 31 in the vertical direction (Z direction).

The head driving unit 33 moves the laser head 31 and the Y slider 32 along the upper laser frame portion 42 of the laser frame 40 in one direction (Y direction) along the longitudinal direction of the upper laser frame portion 42. Therefore, the position of the laser beam L irradiated from the laser head 31 (the laser processing position P2) moves in the Y direction in accordance with the movement of the laser head 31. The head driving unit 33 can adjust the distance between the laser head 31 and the workpiece W by moving the laser head 31 up and down (in the Z direction) along a Z guide (not shown) of the Y slider 32. The head driving unit 33 can be configured to move the laser head 31 in the Y direction or the Z direction using, for example, a ball screw mechanism using an electric motor, a linear motor mechanism, or the like. The head driving unit 33 may be provided on the upper laser frame unit 42 of the laser frame 40, or may be provided on a portion other than the upper laser frame unit 42 (for example, the lower laser frame unit 41 or the vertical laser frame unit 43 of the laser frame 40).

The laser mechanism 30 is controlled by the control unit 70, and outputs a laser beam L of a predetermined output from the laser head 31 to the workpiece W to perform laser processing (drilling, cutting, marking, or the like) on the workpiece W. The workpiece W is cut into a desired shape by moving the laser head 31 in one direction (Y direction) along the longitudinal direction of the upper laser frame portion 42 and moving the X slider 64 holding the workpiece W in the X direction (a direction intersecting with the one direction along the longitudinal direction of the upper laser frame portion 42) to move the laser processing position P2 in a horizontal plane. Further, for example, when the laser beam L is irradiated by the laser head 31, the laser mechanism 30 performs laser processing while injecting an assist gas downward from the laser head 31 and blowing a melt of the workpiece W generated by the laser beam L to the through-hole 25 below the workpiece W.

The driving of each part of the laser mechanism 30 (for example, the irradiation of the laser beam L from the laser head 31, the driving of the head driving unit 33, and the like) is controlled by the control unit 70. The driving of each part of the laser mechanism unit 30 is not limited to the control by the control unit 70, and may be performed by a manual operation of an operator, for example, by appropriately moving the laser head 31 by the operator.

The engaging portion 50 includes an engaging portion (in the present embodiment, a receiving portion 51) and an engaged portion (in the present embodiment, a moving portion 52) that are relatively moved so as to come into contact with or separate from each other, and switches between a coupled state in which the upper press frame portion 22 and the end portion of the upper laser frame portion 42 are coupled and a decoupled state in which the coupling is released. Fig. 3 is an enlarged perspective view of the joint 50. As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the joint portion 50 includes a receiving portion 51 as an engaging portion, a moving portion 52 as an engaged portion, and a driving portion 53. Fig. 3 shows the upper press frame portion 22 with a part cut away.

The receiving portion 51 is provided on either the upper press frame portion 22 or the upper laser frame portion 42. The moving unit 52 is provided on the other of the upper press frame unit 22 and the upper laser frame unit 42. In the present embodiment, the receiving portion 51 is provided on the-Y-side end surface of the upper punch holder 22. The moving unit 52 is provided on the + Y-side end surface of the upper laser frame unit 42. However, the present invention is not limited to the configuration shown in the embodiment, and the receiving portion 51 may be provided on the + Y-side end surface of the upper laser frame portion 42, and the moving portion 52 may be provided on the-Y-side end surface of the upper press frame portion 22. In this case, the vertical relationship between the receiving portion 51 and the moving portion 52 is reversed.

The moving portion 52 is attached to the lower end of the driving portion 53 and is disposed above the receiving portion 51. That is, the receiving portion 51 and the moving portion 52 are arranged in the vertical direction. In the present embodiment, the receiving portion 51 is disposed on the lower side, and the moving portion 52 is disposed on the upper side. However, the present invention is not limited to the configuration shown in the embodiment, and the receiving portion 51 may be disposed on the upper side and the moving portion 52 may be disposed on the lower side. In this case, the receiving portion 51 is provided on the upper laser frame portion 42, and the moving portion 52 is provided on the upper press frame portion 22. The moving portion 52 is movable by the driving portion 53 between a position in contact with the receiving portion 51 and a position spaced apart from the receiving portion 51.

The joint 50 moves the moving part 52, brings the receiving part 51 into contact with the moving part 52 to bring the receiving part into a connected state, and brings the receiving part 51 into a connected state by separating the receiving part 51 from the moving part 52. The upper surface 51a of the receiving portion 51 faces the lower surface 52a of the moving portion 52. The upper surface 51a and the lower surface 52a are planar. A projection 51b is provided on the upper surface 51a of the receiving portion 51. The protruding portion 51b protrudes from the upper surface 51a in the + Z direction and extends in the Y direction. The groove 52b is provided on the lower surface 52a of the moving portion 52. The groove portion 52b is recessed from the lower surface 52a in the-Z direction and extends in the Y direction (one direction along the longitudinal direction of the upper laser frame portion 42). The protrusion 51b and the groove 52b are arranged such that the protrusion 51b enters the groove 52b in the coupled state.

The driving unit 53 moves the moving unit 52. The driving unit 53 can use a fluid pressure cylinder 54 such as an air cylinder device or a hydraulic cylinder device. The fluid pressure cylinder 54 has a cylinder main body 54A and a piston rod 54B. The cylinder body 54A is fixed to the + Y-side end surface of the upper laser frame portion 42. The piston rod 54B protrudes downward (-Z direction) from the cylinder main body 54A. The piston rod 54B moves in the vertical direction in accordance with the pressure of the fluid flowing into or out of the cylinder main body 54A. The moving portion 52 is fixed to a lower end of the piston rod 54B, and moves up and down by the piston rod 54B moving in the vertical direction.

In the present embodiment, as described above, the fluid pressure cylinder 54 is used as the drive unit 53. In the present embodiment, a part of the load on the + Y side of the upper laser frame portion 42 is received by the pressure of the fluid for driving the fluid pressure cylinder 54. With this configuration, a part of the load on the + Y side of the upper laser frame portion 42 can be reliably received. Upper punch holder portion 22

Fig. 4 is a perspective view showing an example of a state in which the joint portions 50 are connected. As shown in fig. 4, the moving portion 52 moves downward and contacts the receiving portion 51 with respect to the joint portion 50 in the connected state. In this configuration, the moving portion 52 on the upper laser frame portion 42 side is placed on the receiving portion 51 on the upper press frame portion 22 side from above. Therefore, the + Y side end of the upper laser frame portion 42 is supported by the-Y side end of the upper press frame portion 22 via the joint portion 50. Therefore, the end portion on the + Y side of the upper laser frame portion 42 can be prevented from sagging. In the present embodiment, the upper press frame portion 22 has higher rigidity than the upper laser frame portion 42. Therefore, the upper laser frame portion 42 can be efficiently prevented from sagging by being coupled to the upper press frame portion 22 having high rigidity.

As shown in fig. 4, the joint 50 is in a state where the protrusion 51b enters the groove 52b in the coupled state. As a result, the receiving portion 51 and the moving portion 52 are relatively movable in the Y direction (one direction along the longitudinal direction of the upper laser frame portion 42) in which the upper laser frame portion 42 extends, and are restricted from relatively moving in the X direction, which is the orthogonal direction. Therefore, the upper laser frame portion 42 and the upper press frame 22 can be allowed to expand and contract in the Y direction due to heat or the like while preventing the end portion on the + Y side of the upper laser frame portion 42 from sagging.

The surfaces of the protrusion 51b and the groove 52b may be subjected to a surface treatment for reducing friction therebetween. The projection 51b is not limited to the receptacle 51 and the groove 52b is provided in the moving part 52, and the receptacle 51 may be provided with a recess and the moving part 52 may be provided with a projection. The number of the protrusion 51b and the groove 52b is not limited to one, and may be plural.

The driving of the driving unit 53 of the joint unit 50 (switching between the coupled state and the decoupled state) is controlled by the control unit 70. The control unit 70 may switch the coupled state and the decoupled state by driving the driving unit 53 of the joint 50 between a case where the workpiece W is press-worked by the press mechanism 10 and a case where the workpiece W is laser-worked by the laser mechanism 30, for example. For example, the control unit 70 may automatically switch the joining portion 50 to the separated state when the workpiece W is press-worked by the press mechanism 10 and the joining portion 50 to the connected state when the workpiece W is laser-worked by the laser mechanism 30. The driving of the driving unit 53 is not limited to the control by the control unit 70, and may be performed by a manual operation by an operator, for example.

Next, the operation of the combined processing machine 100 according to the embodiment will be described. First, the workpiece W is carried into the compound processing machine 100. The workpiece W is placed on the fixed table 23 and the movable table 61 when being carried into the compound processing machine 100. The workpiece W may be conveyed from the outside by a conveying device or the like, not shown. Then, the work holder 65 holds the-Y-side end of the work W.

In this state, a case where the workpiece W is press-worked by the press mechanism 10 will be described. The press working is performed by the control of the control unit 70 based on, for example, a working program. First, the control unit 70 horizontally moves the workpiece W via the movable table 61(X guide 62) and the X slider 64, and arranges (positions) the part of the workpiece W to be processed at the press processing position P1. That is, when the workpiece W is processed by the press mechanism section 10, the workpiece W is moved by the conveying device 60 in one direction (Y direction) along the longitudinal direction of the upper laser frame section 42 and in the intersecting direction (X direction) intersecting the one direction, and the processing target portion of the workpiece W is disposed at the press processing position P1. Simultaneously with or before the movement of the workpiece W, the controller 70 rotates the upper turret 11 and the lower turret 12, selects the upper press tool 15 and the lower press tool 16 for press working, and places them at the press working position P1.

Subsequently, the controller 70 lowers the head 17 to feed the upper tool 15 downward. In accordance with this operation, the upper tool 15 and the lower tool 16 sandwich the processing target portion of the workpiece W, and press processing (drilling, forming, cutting, or the like) is performed on the processing target portion. By repeating such a series of operations, a plurality of portions of the workpiece W are subjected to press working.

Fig. 5 is a diagram showing an example of a case where the workpiece W is processed by the press mechanism 10. Note that fig. 5 omits the description of the laser head 31. When the workpiece W is press-worked by the press mechanism 10, the controller 70 brings the joint 50 into the separated state as shown in fig. 5. The control unit 70 controls the driving unit 53 so that the moving unit 52 is separated from the receiving unit 51. As a result, the upper laser frame portion 42 is separated from the upper press frame portion 22. Therefore, it is possible to avoid the transmission of vibration generated by the press working of the press mechanism portion 10 to the upper laser frame portion 42 via the upper press frame portion 22.

Next, a case where the workpiece W is laser-processed by the laser mechanism 30 will be described. First, the control unit 70 controls the movable table 61(X guide 62) so that the workpiece W is disposed on the-Y side. The control unit 70 sets the position of the laser head 31 in the Y direction and the position of the X slider 64 holding the workpiece W so that the starting point of the cutting portion of the workpiece W is disposed (positioned) at the laser processing position P2. The controller 70 may adjust the distance (distance in the Z direction) between the workpiece W and the laser head 31. Next, the control section 70 irradiates the laser beam L of a predetermined output from the laser head 31, and simultaneously performs the movement of the laser head 31 in the Y direction and the transfer of the workpiece W in the X direction by the X slider 64. That is, when the workpiece W is processed by the laser mechanism section 30, the laser head 31 is moved in one direction (Y direction) along the longitudinal direction of the upper laser frame section 42, and the workpiece W is moved in the intersecting direction (X direction) intersecting the one direction by the conveying device 60, thereby performing laser processing on the processing target portion of the workpiece W.

The control unit 70 performs the laser processing (drilling, cutting, marking, or the like) on the processing target portion of the workpiece W by moving the workpiece W in the X direction (the cross direction) and moving the laser head 31 in the Y direction (the one direction) by the X slider 64 while irradiating the laser beam L based on, for example, a processing program (NC data) stored in advance in a storage device or the like (not shown). By repeating such a series of operations, laser processing can be performed on a plurality of portions of the workpiece W. When the position of the laser head 31 (the laser processing position P2) is fixed in the Y direction, the workpiece W is moved by the conveying device 60 in one direction (the Y direction) along the longitudinal direction of the upper laser frame portion 42 and in the intersecting direction (the X direction) intersecting the one direction, and the portion to be processed of the workpiece W is appropriately placed at the laser processing position P2, whereby laser processing can be performed by the laser head 31.

Fig. 6 is a diagram showing an example of a case where the workpiece W is processed by the laser mechanism section 30. When the workpiece W is laser-machined by the laser mechanism portion 30, the control portion 70 sets the joining portion 50 in a connected state as shown in fig. 6. The control unit 70 controls the driving unit 53 so that the moving unit 52 contacts the receiving unit 51. As a result, the socket 51 and the moving part 52 are coupled with each other in a state where the protrusion 51b of the socket 51 enters the groove 52b of the moving part 52. Therefore, the upper laser frame portion 42 is supported by the upper press frame portion 22, and the + Y-side end portion of the upper laser frame portion 42 can be prevented from sagging.

After the laser processing, the control unit 70 may perform press processing again by the press mechanism 10 (for example, edge processing for performing forming processing on the cut portion after the laser processing). After the press working by the press mechanism 10 or after the laser working by the laser mechanism 30, the workpiece W may be conveyed to the outside by a conveying device or the like, not shown.

Fig. 7 shows another example of the joint portion, where (a) is a perspective view showing a separated state and (B) is a perspective view showing a connected state. The joint portion 150 shown in fig. 7 (a) and (B) includes a receiving portion 151 as an engaging portion, a moving portion 152 as an engaged portion, and a driving portion 153. The receiving portion 151 has a planar upper surface 151 a. The moving portion 152 is formed in a columnar or cylindrical shape and extends in the vertical direction (Z direction). The joint 150 does not have a structure corresponding to the groove 52b and the protrusion 51b, as compared with the joint 50. The driving unit 153 moves the moving unit 152 up and down (moves in the vertical direction).

In the separated state shown in fig. 7 (a), the joint 150 is in a state where the moving part 152 is separated from the receiving part 151. In the coupled state shown in fig. 7 (B), the lower end 152a of the moving portion 152 is in contact with the upper surface 151a of the receiving portion 151. By thus setting the engagement portion 150 to the connected state, the end portion of the upper laser frame portion 42 is supported by the upper press frame portion 22, and the end portion of the upper laser frame portion 42 can be prevented from drooping. Further, by bringing the engagement portion 150 into the separated state, it is possible to prevent vibration from being transmitted from the upper press frame portion 22 to the upper laser frame portion 42.

The joint 150 can move the receiving portion 151 and the moving portion 152 relative to each other in the XY plane (horizontal plane) in the coupled state. Therefore, the engagement portion 150 can prevent the end portion of the upper laser frame portion 240 from drooping in the coupled state and allow the relative movement between the upper press frame portion 22 and the upper laser frame portion 42 in the horizontal plane. Further, the lower end 152a of the moving part 152 and the upper surface 151a of the receiving part 151 may be subjected to surface treatment with less friction therebetween. Further, the following structure is also possible: a free ball bearing or the like is provided at the lower end 152a of the moving part 152, and the receiving part 151 and the moving part 152 can easily move relative to each other in a connected state.

Fig. 8 shows another example of the joint portion, where (a) is a perspective view showing a separated state and (B) is a perspective view showing a connected state. The joint portion 250 shown in fig. 8 (a) and (B) includes a receiving portion 251 serving as an engaging portion, a moving portion 252 serving as an engaged portion, and a driving portion 253. In the joining portion 250, the receiving portion 251 has a hole portion 251a provided in either one of the upper press frame portion 22 and the upper laser frame portion 42. The moving portion 252 has a rod-like body 252a provided in the other of the upper press frame portion 22 and the upper laser frame portion 42 and insertable into the hole 251 a. The hole 251a and the rod-like body 252a are arranged in the horizontal direction (for example, the Y direction). The driving unit 253 moves the rod-like body 252a in the horizontal direction (for example, the Y direction).

In the separated state shown in fig. 8 (a), the joining portion 250 is in a state in which the receiving portion 251 and the moving portion 252 are separated from each other by the rod-like body 252a being disposed outside the hole 251 a. In the coupled state shown in fig. 8 (B), the tip 252B of the rod-like body 252a enters the hole 251a, and the moving portion 252 comes into contact with the receiving portion 251. The tip 252b is tapered to facilitate entry into the hole 251 a.

Thus, by bringing the engagement portion 250 into the coupled state, the-Z side of the rod-shaped body 252a is received by the-Z side of the hole 251a, and the end portion of the upper laser mount portion 42 is supported by the upper press mount portion 22 via the engagement portion 250. Therefore, the end portion of the upper laser frame portion 42 can be prevented from sagging. Further, by setting the engagement portion 250 to the separated state, it is possible to prevent vibration from being transmitted from the upper press frame portion 22 to the upper laser frame portion 42.

In the coupled state of the joint portion 250, the hole 251a and the rod-like body 252a can be relatively moved in one direction (for example, the Y direction) of the horizontal direction. Therefore, the engagement portion 250 can prevent the end portion of the upper laser frame portion 42 from drooping in the coupled state while allowing the upper press frame portion 22 and the upper laser frame portion 42 to relatively move in one of the horizontal directions.

As described above, according to the composite working machine 100 of the present embodiment, the joining portions 50, 150, and 250 are connected, and the end portion of the upper laser frame portion 42 is supported by the upper press frame portion 22, so that the upper laser frame portion 42 can be prevented from sagging. As a result, it is possible to suppress the position of the laser head 31 in the vertical direction and the direction of the laser beam L irradiated from the laser head 31 from changing, and to process the workpiece W with high accuracy. Further, since there is no need to increase the rigidity of the upper laser frame unit 42, the size and manufacturing cost of the combined machine 100 (upper laser frame unit 42) can be suppressed from increasing. Further, by bringing the engagement portion 50 into the separated state, it is possible to prevent vibration from being transmitted from the upper press frame portion 22 to the upper laser frame portion 42. As a result, occurrence of damage, displacement, or the like of each member of the laser mechanism section 30 due to vibration or the like can be suppressed.

The technical scope of the present invention is not limited to the embodiments described above. In addition, one or more elements described in the above embodiments and the like may be omitted. Further, the elements described in the above embodiments and the like can be combined as appropriate. In addition, the disclosures of japanese patent application laid-open No. 2019-089258 and all documents cited in the above-described embodiments and the like are cited as a part of the description herein, within the limits permitted by law. For example, in the above-described embodiment, the description has been given by taking as an example the configuration in which the moving portion 52 moves relative to the fixed receiving portion 51, but the present invention is not limited to this configuration. For example, the following structure may be applied: the receiving portion 51 and the moving portion 52 are provided so as to be relatively movable, and move in the separating direction in the separated state, and move in the approaching direction in the connected state to come into contact with each other.
