The center monitor sensor 541, the transverse monitor sensor 542, and the longitudinal monitor sensor 543 according to this embodiment are provided to monitor the cross positioning mark and the center mark, so that the cross positioning mark and the center mark can be detected by using a sensor for detecting color.

In this embodiment, the data processing unit 544 is in communication connection with the central monitoring sensor 541, the transverse monitoring sensor 542, and the longitudinal monitoring sensor 543, that is, the data processing unit 544 receives real-time monitoring data from the central monitoring sensor 541, the transverse monitoring sensor 542, and the longitudinal monitoring sensor 543.

The data processing unit 544 stores standard data of the plastic film corresponding to the central monitoring sensor 541, the transverse monitoring sensor 542 and the longitudinal monitoring sensor 543, which are arranged below the monitoring assembly 54 according to a specified position, the data processing unit 544 receives real-time monitoring data of the central monitoring sensor 541 and compares the real-time monitoring data with the standard data, the clamping adjusting assembly 51 translates according to a comparison result, the data processing unit 544 receives real-time monitoring data of the transverse monitoring sensor 542 and compares the real-time monitoring data with the standard data for the first time, the real-time monitoring data of the longitudinal monitoring sensor 543 and the standard data are compared for the second time under the condition of consistency, and the clamping adjusting assembly 51 adjusts the angle of the plastic film according to the comparison result for the first time.

In the present invention, the clamping adjustment assembly 51 is usually adopted to suck the plastic film and move upward to pass through the monitoring assembly 54 for monitoring, and the completion of the upward movement of the clamping adjustment assembly 51 can be used as a monitoring start signal of the detection assembly 54.

The monitoring assembly 54 works specifically as follows, firstly, the central monitoring sensor 541 monitors whether the central mark is at the specified position, the real-time monitoring data is transmitted to the data processing unit 544 for data comparison, the clamping adjusting assembly 51 continuously adjusts and continuously compares the real-time monitoring data to shift the central mark to the specified position, then the transverse monitoring sensor 542 monitors whether the cross positioning mark is at the specified position, the real-time monitoring data is transmitted to the data processing unit 544 for data comparison, the clamping adjusting assembly 51 continuously adjusts the angle and continuously compares the real-time monitoring data to adjust the plastic film to the specified position, and the longitudinal monitoring sensor 543 performs secondary comparison to verify that the plastic film is actually shifted to the specified position, when the comparison results of the real-time monitoring data of the transverse monitoring sensor 542 and the longitudinal monitoring sensor 543 are different, inspection of the internal structure of the inspection assembly 54 and inspection of the cross-positioning marks and center marks on the plastic film is required, and the corresponding device is replaced in the event of a failure.

The invention mainly adopts a clamping and adjusting assembly 51 to adjust the position and the angle of the plastic film, the clamping and adjusting assembly 51 comprises a translation frame seat 511 arranged on the mounting top frame 3, a rotating disc 512 arranged in the translation frame seat 511, a translation part 513 arranged on the side edge of the translation frame seat 511 and a rotating part 514 connected on the side edge of the rotating disc 512, a pushing cylinder 515 is connected below the rotating disc 512, a sucking disc 516 is connected below the pushing cylinder 515, the upper end of the sucking disc 516 is connected with a suction pump 518 through a suction pipe 517, the sucking disc 516 adsorbs four corners of the plastic film and controls the displacement of the plastic film, the clamping and adjusting assembly 51 also fixes the plastic film, the suction pump 518 extracts gas in the sucking disc 516, so that the sucking disc 516 is adsorbed on the plastic film.

The translating element 513 in this embodiment drives the translating frame 511 to translate to adjust the horizontal position of the translating frame 511, and the rotating element 514 drives the rotating disc 512 to rotate to adjust the angle of the rotating disc 512.

The translation member 513 mainly adopts an adjusting cylinder 5131 disposed on the mounting top frame 3, the adjusting cylinders 5131 are respectively connected to four sides of the translation frame base 511, the adjusting cylinder 5131 drives the translation frame base 511 to move so as to adjust the horizontal position of the translation frame base 511, and the adjusting cylinder 5131 on the adjacent side can adjust the position of the translation frame base 511.

The angle that this embodiment adopted rotation piece 514 to adjust the plastic film, rotation piece 514 is including connecting the connection bolt 5141 on rolling disc 512, connect the gear arc 5142 on connecting bolt 5141, and the adjusting gear 5143 of meshing in the gear arc 5142 outside, be provided with the arc hole that supplies to connect bolt 5141 to pass on the translation frame base 511, be provided with the slip annular groove 5144 that supplies gear arc 5142 and adjusting gear 5143 to slide and place on the translation frame base 511, be connected with third driving motor on the adjusting gear 5143, third driving motor drives adjusting gear 5143 and rotates.

The third driving motor drives the adjusting gear 5143 to rotate so as to drive the gear arc plate 5142 to rotate, and the gear arc plate 5142 drives the rotating disc 512 to rotate through the connecting bolt 5141 so as to drive the plastic film at the lower end to rotate.

In summary, the main embodiment of the present invention is that the protective cover is fixed at a specific position by the fixing mechanism 4, the conveying assembly 52 is used to convey the plastic film, the plastic film is conveyed to the position below the transfer assembly 53 to be printed with the cross positioning mark and the center mark, when the plastic film is conveyed to the position below the clamping adjustment assembly 51, the clamping adjustment assembly 51 adsorbs the plastic film and brings the plastic film to a certain distance, the center mark is monitored by the monitoring assembly 54, the translation assembly 513 is controlled to move the plastic film to the specific position according to the monitoring result, the cross positioning mark is monitored, the rotation assembly 514 is controlled to adjust the plastic film to rotate a certain angle to a specific angle according to the monitoring result, after the adjustment is completed, the plastic film is driven to move down and attach to the protective cover to stand for a certain time, and then the clamping adjustment assembly 51 brings the plastic film to the conveying assembly 52 to be conveyed.
