1. An ambience light trim piece (100) comprising:

-a light guiding element (1), the light guiding element (1) being for propagating light rays,

-a decorative layer (2), the decorative layer (2) being at least partially sewn onto the light-guiding element (1),

it is characterized by also comprising:

-a support frame (3), said support frame (3) defining two internal spaces horizontally spaced apart:

a light guide element receiving space (301), the light guide element receiving space (301) being adapted to receive the light guide element (1), the light guide element receiving space (301) being occupied by the light guide element (1) when the light guide element (1) is inserted into the support frame (3),

a light source headspace (302), the light source headspace (302) reserving space for a light source,

-an LED module (4), the LED module (4) being fixedly mounted within the light source headspace (302) to provide a light source,

wherein the light source provided by the LED module (4) is horizontally transmitted to the light guide element (1) and is transmitted to the outside of the atmosphere lamp interior (100) along the vertical direction through the light guide element (1).

2. The ambience lamp trim (100) according to claim 1, wherein the light guide element receiving space (301) at least partially communicates with the light source accommodating space (302) and is at least partially blocked by a partition wall (111), and the light source propagates through the communication between the two.

The ambience light trim (100) according to claim 1, wherein the light guiding element (1) has a light guiding body (10), a first skirt (11) and a second skirt (12) extending from both sides of the light guiding body (10), and a support (13) extending in opposite directions with respect to the light guiding body (10),

5. The ambience lamp interior according to claim 3, wherein the first and second skirt (11, 12) respectively form with the light guiding body (10) a first and a second groove (15, 16) for accommodating the decorative layer (2).

6. The ambience lamp interior trim piece (100) according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the support frame (3) comprises:

a first frame (31), the first frame (31) having a first sidewall (122) and a first bottom (101) defining the light guide element receiving space (301),

a second frame (32), the second frame (32) having a second sidewall (201) and a second bottom (202) defining the light source headspace (302),

wherein the first bottom (101) of the first frame (31) and the second bottom (202) of the second frame (32) have snap features to snap together into a unitary snap bottom.

7. The ambience lamp trim according to claim 6, wherein the LED module is fixedly mounted on the second sidewall (201) of the second frame (32).

The ambience light trim piece (100) according to claim 6, wherein the first bottom (101) of the first frame (31) has a first snap structure comprising: a row of protruding teeth (151) arranged in the first bottom part (101) in the longitudinal direction (x) of the ambience light trim piece (100),

and wherein the second bottom (202) of the second frame (32) has a second snap feature comprising: a row of complementary teeth (203) arranged in the second bottom (202) in the longitudinal direction (x) of the atmosphere light trim piece (100),

and wherein the teeth (151) of the first bottom (101) of the first frame (31) snap together with complementary teeth (203) of the second bottom (202) of the second frame (32) to constitute a complete support frame (3).

9. The ambience light trim according to claim 8, wherein the first frame (31) comprises a plurality of partition walls (111) distributed over the respective lobes (151) of the bottom thereof.

10. The ambience lamp trim according to claim 1, wherein the LED module comprises a circuit board (41) and a LED strip (42) arranged thereon for realizing dynamic dimming.

11. An automobile, characterized in that it comprises an ambiance light trim according to any of claims 1 to 10.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of automotive interior trim, in particular to an atmosphere lamp interior trim part and an automobile comprising the atmosphere lamp interior trim part.

Background

With the increasingly smaller quality differences of automobiles produced by automobile manufacturers in various countries, the latest research results show that the quality is no longer the main difference of automobile manufacture, and the automobile interior becomes a key factor influencing the automobile purchase of consumers. Interior lighting is receiving increasing attention as part of interior trim. Passengers desire comfort room lighting in a vehicle and a functional mood light ambient lighting system can satisfy various sensory needs of the passengers in different environments.

Automotive interior atmosphere lamps are generally installed in positions such as an instrument panel, a center console, and a door handle.

Patent EP0988179a1 discloses an automotive interior trim part comprising a light wave guide fixed in an elongated material of a tightening device, forming a transparent hollow portion, and a single extension forming a sewing plane for sewing a decorative leather. For the traditional single-extension-part light pipe, the light source is positioned at two ends of the light guide, the optical fiber is inserted into the transparent hollow part of the light guide and is used for transmitting light emitted by the light source to form a light belt, and when the light is transmitted in the hollow part of the light guide, the suture thread sewed on the single extension part can be displayed under the shining of the light, so that the appearance is influenced. Furthermore, since the light sources are located at both ends of the light guide, only a semi-dynamic effect, i.e. only a mixing of light of two different colors, can be achieved.

The present invention is intended to solve this problem so that the trace of the sewing thread is not displayed. Furthermore, the implementation of dynamic lighting is also addressed.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to solve the above problem, a first aspect of the present invention provides an atmosphere lamp interior, including:

-a light guiding element for propagating light rays,

a decorative layer, which is at least partially sewn to the light-guiding element,

in addition, it also includes:

-a support frame defining two horizontally spaced internal spaces:

a light guide element accommodating space for accommodating the light guide element, the light guide element accommodating space being occupied by the light guide element when the light guide element is inserted into the support frame,

a light source reserved space which reserves a space for the light source,

an LED module fixedly mounted in the light source headspace for providing a light source,

the light source provided by the LED module is horizontally transmitted to the light guide element in the inner space of the supporting frame and is transmitted to the outside of the atmosphere lamp interior trim part along the vertical direction through the light guide element.

Through the structure of the atmosphere lamp interior trim part, light can be transmitted from the horizontal direction to the vertical direction, and the trace of a suture line cannot be displayed.

It is also possible for the atmosphere light trim part of the present invention to incorporate one or more of the following features:

in one embodiment, the light guide element receiving space and the light source accommodating space are at least partially in communication with each other and are at least partially blocked by the partition wall, and the light source is transmitted through the communication part between the two.

In one embodiment, the light guide element has a light guide body, first and second skirts extending from both sides of the light guide body, and a bearing portion extending in opposite directions with respect to the light guide body, and wherein the support frame includes first and second shoulder portions for placing and fixing the first and second skirts of the light guide element, respectively.

Further, the first skirt and the second skirt of the light guide element are fixed to the first shoulder and the second shoulder of the support frame by a material having adhesion.

Or the first skirt edge and the second skirt edge respectively form a first groove and a second groove for accommodating the decoration layer together with the light guide body.

In one embodiment, the support frame comprises:

a first frame having a first sidewall and a first bottom defining a light guide element receiving space,

a second frame having a second sidewall and a second bottom defining a light source headspace,

the first bottom of the first frame and the second bottom of the second frame are provided with buckling structures so as to be buckled together to form an integral buckling bottom, and maintenance personnel can better detect, maintain and replace the interior trim part of the atmosphere lamp through the detachable structures.

Further, the LED module is fixedly mounted on a second sidewall of the second frame.

Still alternatively, the first bottom of the first frame has a first snap structure, and the first snap structure includes: a row of protruding teeth arranged in the first bottom part in the longitudinal direction of the atmosphere light trim piece,

and wherein, the second bottom of second frame has second buckle structure, and second buckle structure includes: a row of complementary protruding teeth arranged in the second bottom part in the longitudinal direction of the atmosphere light trim piece,

and the convex teeth of the first bottom of the first frame and the complementary convex teeth of the second bottom of the second frame are buckled together to form the supporting frame.

Further, the first frame includes a plurality of partition walls distributed on the respective lobes of the bottom thereof to facilitate cooling of the LED module.

In one embodiment, the LED module includes a circuit board and a LED strip disposed on the circuit board for implementing dynamic dimming.

A second aspect of the invention provides an automobile comprising an interior trim piece of an atmosphere lamp as any of the above.

Detailed Description

The advantages of the invention are explained in detail below with reference to the drawings and the embodiments.

With respect to the coordinate system shown in the figures, direction x is defined as the longitudinal extension direction of the atmosphere light trim, direction y is defined as the transverse extension direction of the atmosphere light trim, and direction z is defined as the vertical extension direction of the atmosphere light trim.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the present invention provides an atmosphere lamp interior part 100 capable of exhibiting different illumination variations according to different usage scenarios, which achieves the effects by the following components:

a light-guiding element 1, the light-guiding element 1 being intended for propagating light rays,

a decorative layer 2, the decorative layer 2 being at least partially sewn to the light-guiding element 1,

a support frame 3, the support frame 3 defining two internal spaces horizontally spaced apart:

a light guide element receiving space 301, the light guide element receiving space 301 being adapted to receive the light guide element 1, the light guide element receiving space 301 being occupied by the light guide element 1 when the light guide element 1 is inserted into the support frame 3, a light source accommodating space 302, the light source accommodating space 302 being adapted to accommodate a light source,

an LED module 4, the LED module 4 being fixedly mounted in the light source headspace 302 to provide a light source,

wherein the light source provided by the LED module 4 propagates horizontally to the light guiding element 1 and vertically through the light guiding element 1 to the outside of the atmosphere light interior 100.

The individual components of the atmosphere lamp trim 100 are described separately below with reference to fig. 3 to 6.

Referring to fig. 3, a light guiding element 1 and a decorative layer 2 at least partially stitched together therewith are shown.

The light guide element 1 serves to transmit a light source from the inner space of the support frame 3 to the outside, thereby exhibiting light variation. In particular, the light guiding element 1 comprises a light guiding body 10 extending in direction z, a first skirt 11 and a second skirt 12 extending from both sides of the light guiding body 10, and a support portion 13 extending in opposite direction with respect to the light guiding body 10.

The light guiding body 10 of the light guiding element 1 is a medium for converting light propagating in the horizontal direction of the LED module into light propagating in the vertical direction into the vehicle compartment. In this atmosphere lamp trim 100, light is emitted only from the light guide body 10, and is not emitted from other portions. In order to improve the light transmission quality, the outer end of the light guide body 10 is rounded.

The first skirt 11 and the second skirt 12 of the light-guiding element 1 are at a distance from the light-guiding body 10, so that the distance between the light-guiding body 10 and the first skirt 11 and the second skirt 12 is approximately equal to the thickness of the decorative layer 2, and thus the decorative layer 2 can be sewn with the first skirt 11 and the second skirt 12 of the light-guiding element 1 better, thereby improving compactness. In other words, the light-guiding body 10 of the light-guiding element 1 and the first and second skirt 11, 12 form a first and second groove 15, 16, respectively, for accommodating the decorative layer 2, and the width of the groove is approximately equal to the thickness of the decorative layer 2 and can be dimensioned according to the decorative layer used.

The first skirt 11 and the second skirt 12 are disposed opposite to each other, and are disposed on two sides of the light guide body 10, and extend along the same direction as the extending direction of the light guide body 10, i.e., the vertical upward direction in fig. 3, and are denoted by a direction z.

Alternatively, the first and second skirts 11 and 12 may be partially hollowed out to save material.

The support portion 13 of the light guide element 1 is used to support the light guide body 10 and the first and second skirts 11 and 12, and the light guide element 1 is inserted into the light guide element accommodating space 301 of the support frame 3 through the support portion 13 thereof, thereby fixing the position of the light guide element 1. The support portion 13 extends in the opposite direction with respect to the light guide body 10 and may be offset from the light guide body 10, which may be configured in a trapezoidal shape in fig. 1 to 3, so as to be inserted into the light guide element receiving space 301 and stably fixed therein.

The light guiding element 1 may be made of thermoplastic polyurethane to form a transparent or translucent shape that can transmit light.

The decorative layer 2 is used to cover the inside of the atmosphere lamp interior 100, to prevent the occupant from seeing the inside of the atmosphere lamp interior 100 from the outside, and to provide the occupant with a comfortable tactile sensation, and for example, the decorative layer 2 may be a material such as genuine leather, artificial leather, fabric, and the like, preferably a material that is opaque to light.

During assembly, the decorative layer 2 is first inserted into the first slot 15 and the second slot 16, and then is at least partially sewn to the first skirt 11 and the second skirt 12, preferably with a sewing thread provided on the side away from the light guide body 10, so that the side of the decorative layer 2 close to the light guide body 10 has no sewing thread, and thus the light transmitted by the light guide body 10 is not affected, and the trace of the sewing thread is not displayed.

The support frame 3 may be fixed to the dashboard, door panel or centre console of the vehicle, thereby providing a stable support for the entire atmosphere light trim. In the present embodiment, a detachable support frame 3 is proposed, which is constituted by a detachable first frame 31 and a second frame 32. The first frame 31 and the second frame 32 have snap bottoms which are integrally formed with each other, and inspection, maintenance and replacement of parts by a maintenance worker are greatly facilitated by such a detachable structure.

Referring to fig. 4, there is shown the first frame 31 supporting the frame 3, the first frame 31 having a first shoulder 131 and a second shoulder 132 for holding the first skirt 11 and the second skirt 12 of the light guide element 1, and the first frame 31 further having a first upper sidewall 161 and a second upper sidewall 162 for holding outer surfaces of the first skirt 11 and the second skirt 12 of the light guide element 1, respectively. The distance from the first upper sidewall 161 to the second upper sidewall 162 is substantially equal to the distance from the outer surface of the first skirt 11 to the outer surface of the second skirt 12 of the light guide element 1, so that the first skirt 11 and the second skirt 12 of the light guide element 1 are not displaced randomly.

The first frame 31 further comprises a first side wall 122 defining a light guiding element receiving space 301 and a first bottom 101, in which first bottom 101 a row of protruding teeth 151 is arranged in the longitudinal direction x of the ambience light trim 100, each protruding tooth 151 having a plurality of partition walls 111 extending therefrom.

The first shoulder 131 of the first frame 31 is supported by the partition walls 111, and the second shoulder 132 of the first frame 31 is supported by the first side wall 122.

When the light guide element 1 is inserted into the light guide element receiving space 301, both sides of the support portion 13 of the light guide element 1 contact the partition wall 111 and the first sidewall 122 of the first frame 31, respectively, and since the support portion 13 of the light guide element 1 is configured in a trapezoidal shape, a wedge effect is generated with the insertion of the support portion 13, thereby improving the stability after installation.

Preferably, when the light guide element 1 is completely inserted into the light guide element accommodating space 301, the light guide element accommodating space 301 is completely occupied by the light guide element 1.

In addition, the first frame 31 can further have an auxiliary support portion 163, the auxiliary support portion 163 extending from the first shoulder portion 131 for assisting in supporting the decoration layer 2 to prevent the decoration layer 2 from collapsing.

Referring then to fig. 5, fig. 5 shows a second frame 32 supporting frame 3, second frame 32 having a second side wall 201 and a second bottom 202 defining a light source headspace 302. The second bottom 202 of the second frame 32 has a complementary row of teeth 203 arranged in the longitudinal direction x of the atmosphere light trim piece 100. Wherein the teeth 151 of the first bottom 101 of the first frame 31 can snap together with the complementary teeth 203 of the second bottom 202 of the second frame 32 to form a complete snap bottom.

The second frame 32 can further comprise a flanging 204 connecting the second side wall 201, the flanging 204 being adapted to contact and provide a supporting force to the auxiliary support 163 of the first frame 31 when the teeth 151 of the first bottom 101 of the first frame 31 and the complementary teeth 203 of the second bottom 202 of the second frame 32 are snapped together to constitute a complete snap bottom.

Preferably, the bottom portions of the first and second frames are made of aluminum or aluminum alloy.

Referring then to fig. 6, fig. 6 shows an LED module 4, which includes a circuit board 41 and an LED strip 42 disposed on the circuit board, where the LED strip 42 may be composed of individual LED tubes, and thus each LED tube may operate independently, so as to achieve the effect of dynamically changing light.

The LED module 4 is fixed on the inner wall 201 of the second frame 32 of the support frame 3. Light emitted therefrom may be injected into the light guide element 1 through the gaps between the partition walls 111 and then be transmitted to the outside through the light guide body 10 of the light guide element 1. As no suture line or joint exists in the path of the light propagation, the light propagated is complete and high in quality.

The manufacturing of the atmosphere lamp trim piece 100 may be achieved by:

in a first step, a light-guiding element 1 and a decorative layer 2 are provided, at least a portion of the decorative layer 2 is inserted into a first groove 15 and a second groove 16 of the light-guiding element 1, and then the decorative layer 2 is at least partially sewn to a first skirt edge 11 and a second skirt edge 12 of the light-guiding element 1,

secondly, the light-guiding element 1 sewn together with the decorative layer 2 is inserted into the first frame 31 of the support frame 3,

and a third step of mounting the LED module into the second sidewall 201 of the second frame 32 of the support frame 3,

fourthly, the second frame 32 provided with the LED module and the first frame 31 provided with the light guide element 1 are buckled into a whole.

Any equivalent modifications and substitutions to those skilled in the art are also within the scope of the present invention.
