Referring to fig. 1-6, 5-6, the push rod 24 is inserted into the left and right sides of the movable plate 28, a wedge-shaped groove is opened and closed inside the movable plate 28, the baffle plate 23 is inserted into the wedge-shaped groove, a caulking groove is opened inside the baffle plate 23, a fixed shaft is inserted into the caulking groove, the fixed shaft is fixedly installed at one end of the push rod 24 connected with the baffle plate 23, the movable plate 28 is fixed through the baffle plate 23 and the wedge-shaped groove, so that the movable plate is prevented from moving right when no leather is fixed, and the baffle plate 23 can be driven to rotate by the fixed shaft when the baffle plate 23 moves.

The leather cutting process of the leather shoveling machine for processing rough edges comprises the following operation flows:

s1: putting leather needing to be shaved on a leather shaver 1, clamping the leather through a presser foot, and adjusting the position of a cutter and the clamping thickness of a clamp;

s2: after the adjustment is finished, the right end of the leather is placed between the two clamping plates 27, the rotating plate 7 is pushed rightwards through the holding rod 8, the rotating plate 7 rotates, and as the distance between the circle center of the sliding rod 6 and the bottom end of the rotating plate 7 is smaller than the distance between the circle center of the sliding rod 6 and the right end of the rotating plate 7, the sliding rod 6 is driven to ascend when the rotating plate 7 rotates, and the sliding rod 6 drives the pull rod 10 to ascend through the lantern ring 9;

s3: the pull rod 10 drives the inner rod 11 to rise, the inner rod 11 drives the bottom plate 12 to rise, the bottom plate 12 and the top plate 16 are both connected with a clamping rod 18, the right ends of the clamping rods 18 are close to each other, and the left end of the clamping rod 18 drives the two clamping plates 27 to be close to each other, so that the right end of the leather is clamped;

s4: when the rotating plate 7 rotates to be horizontal, the rotating plate 7 presses the pressure rod 20 downwards, the pressure rod 20 pushes the wedge block 21 to descend, the wedge block 21 pushes the push block 22 to the left side and the right side, so that the push rod 24 is retracted into the movable plate 28, the push rod 24 drives the baffle plate 23 to rotate towards the movable plate 28, and the baffle plate 23 is pulled out of the wedge groove;

s5: the baffle plate 23 and the wedge-shaped groove do not fix the movable plate 28 any more, the leather shoveling machine 1 is started, the sliding plate 4 is pulled rightwards through the holding rod 8, so that the clamping rod 18 is driven to move rightwards, the leather is driven to be pulled rightwards through the clamping plate 27, and the purpose of shoveling the leather is achieved;

s6: after the leather is shoveled, the rotating plate 7 rotates reversely, the clamping plate 27 is loosened, the leather is taken down, the sliding plate 4 is pushed to the original position, the push rod 24 resets under the action of the reset spring, the baffle plate 23 is pushed back into the wedge-shaped groove again, the reset is completed, and the leather shovel is convenient to use next time.

In summary, by rotating the rotating plate 7, because the distance between the center of the circle of the sliding rod 6 and the bottom end of the rotating plate 7 is smaller than the distance between the center of the circle of the sliding rod 6 and the right end of the rotating plate 7, when the rotating plate 7 rotates, the sliding rod 6 is driven to rise, the sliding rod 6 drives the pull rod 10 to rise through the lantern ring 9, the pull rod 10 rises to drive the bottom plate 12 to rise, the right ends of the clamping rods 18 are close to each other, and the left end of the clamping rod 18 drives the two clamping plates 27 to be close to each other, so that the right end of the leather is clamped, an operator is prevented from directly contacting the leather, and the safety of the operator in use is improved;

when cliping the leather, baffle 23 withdraws, pull holding rod 8 right, it moves to drive the leather right, make the removal of leather more laborsaving, be favorable to the processing of leather, simultaneously through utilizing baffle 3, the effect of roof 16 and locating plate 14 mutual location, make the removal of leather more steady, the effect of processing is better, avoided when using the centre gripping equipment to remove the leather by hand, can be because the shake of health and the problem that can't keep accurate removal, lead to the incomplete condition of leather processing to take place.
