6. A steam sterilisation device for pre-packaged food products, as claimed in claim 1, characterised in that said second inclined side injection duct element (43) comprises a second profiled annular frame (431) and a plurality of third nozzles (432) mounted on the inner wall thereof.

Steam sterilisation device for pre-packaged food products, according to claim 1, characterised in that said steam injection duct group (4) further comprises a communication means (44), said communication means (44) being adapted to communicate in series said vertical injection duct element (41), said first inclined injection duct element (42) and said second inclined injection duct element (43).

the second oblique-side spraying pipe 43 includes a second shaped ring frame 431 and a plurality of third spraying heads 432 mounted on an inner wall thereof.
