Because the rotation speed of the driving plate 4 is higher than that of the end cover 5, and the oil return pressure is large, under the condition of matching the same fan, the separation time of the clutch is reduced by about 40% by additionally arranging the oil return pressure pump 41 and the oil return channel 42. The oil return system is optimized, the clutch separation time is reduced, the stepless characteristic and the response capability of the clutch are improved, and the oil consumption and the noise are reduced.
