Example 1

As shown in fig. 1 to fig. 3, the sliding type track switching on/off switch of the present invention includes a sliding track set 100, a sliding device 200 and a locking device 300, wherein the sliding track set 100 is fixed on the sliding device 200, and the sliding device 200 drives the sliding track set 100 to move, so as to achieve the purpose of switching tracks. The locking device 300 is arranged on both sides of each fixed track 400, and the sliding track group 100 is provided with a lock sleeve matched with the locking device 300; after the sliding rail set 100 moves to the preset position, the locking device 300 is matched with the lock sleeve to fix the sliding rail set 100 and the fixed rail 400 together; when the movement is required, the restriction of the sliding rail set 100 by the locking device 300 is firstly released.

The sliding track group 100 includes two groups of tracks arranged in a V-shape, and each group of tracks includes two rails 1 arranged at intervals. The front and rear ends of the rail are in a shape of a saw tooth, and the fixed rail 400 is provided with saw teeth matched with the fixed rail, so that the sliding rail set 100 and the fixed rail 400 can be accurately positioned. Each set of tracks is identical in structure to the fixed track 400. Referring to fig. 4 to 7, the sliding device 200 includes a supporting seat 2, a sliding seat 3, a sliding limit switch 41, two sliding rails 5, and a plurality of sliding driving devices 6, where the sliding rails 5 are fixed at two ends of the supporting seat 2, two ends of the sliding seat 3 are slidably disposed on the sliding rails 5, each sliding driving device 6 is connected to the sliding seat 3, the sliding driving device 6 is configured to drive the sliding seat 3 to move on the sliding rails 5 and the supporting seat 2, and the sliding track group 100 is fixed on the sliding seat 3, so as to drive the sliding track group 100 to move. The sliding limit switch 41 is arranged on the supporting seat 2, the sliding seat 3 is provided with a trigger piece 42 for triggering the sliding limit switch 41, the sliding limit switch 41 is electrically connected with the sliding driving device 6, and when the sliding driving device 6 drives the sliding seat 3, and the sliding seat 3 is close to the proximity switch, the proximity switch controls the driving device to stop driving. The sliding seat 3 comprises a bearing beam 31, a mounting plate 32 and two sliding blocks 33, wherein the two sliding blocks 33 are fixed at two ends of the mounting plate 32, the bearing beams 31 are mounted on the mounting plate 32, a mounting space is formed between the bearing beam 31 and the bearing beam 31, and the driving device is located in the mounting space to ensure that the driving device cannot interfere with other structures. The sliding block 33 is provided with a sliding groove, and the sliding groove is matched with the sliding rail 5. The mounting bar 421 is fixed between the two load beams 31. The two ends of the roller 631 are provided with limit baffles, and the two sides of the carrier beam 31 are located between the limit baffles, so that the carrier beam 31 cannot deviate on the roller 631. The transmission assembly 62 comprises a transmission belt 621 and two transmission wheels 622, the two transmission wheels 622 are transmitted by the transmission belt 621, and the transmission wheels 622 are fixed on the roller assembly 63, namely, a rotating shaft 632 of the roller assembly 63. The sliding motor 61 rotates to drive the rotating shaft 632 to rotate, the rotating shaft 632 rotates the rotating drum, the rotating shaft 632 rotates to drive the other rotating shaft 632 to rotate through the transmission component 62, and the other rotating shaft 632 drives the corresponding rotating drum to rotate.

As shown in fig. 8, the locking device 300 includes a locking cylinder 71, a locking block 72, a first guide block 73, and a second guide block 74, wherein the locking cylinder 71 is fixed on a fixed rail 400, the locking block 72 is fixed on the locking cylinder 71, the locking block 72 slides along the belt line of the rail, the second guide block 74 is fixed on the mounting plate 32 of the sliding seat 3, and the second guide block 74 is used for guiding the locking block 72 to ensure that the locking block 72 can move along the sliding rail set 100. The first guide block 73 is fixed to the support base 2 to ensure that the lock block 72 can move along the fixed rail 400. The locking oil cylinder 71 drives the locking block 72 to move and insert into the lock sleeve, so that the fixed track 400 and the sliding track group 100 are connected together, and the locking oil cylinder 71 drives the locking block 72 to slide out of the lock sleeve during unlocking. The locking block 72 extends upwards to form a joint part, and the joint part is positioned in a gap between the fixed slide rail 5 and the sliding slide rail 5, so that the train can move stably on the rail, and the stability of the train is improved.

When the track needs to be switched, the locking oil cylinder 71 is used for sliding the locking block 72 out of the lock sleeve, and then the sliding driving device 6 is used for driving the sliding seat 3 to move along the sliding rail 5, so that the sliding track group 100 is driven to move; when the sliding track group 100 moves to a preset position, the trigger 42 triggers the sliding limit switch 41 to stop driving the sliding driving device 6, at this time, the locking device 300 aligned with the sliding track group 100 is started, the locking oil cylinder 71 drives the locking block 72 to be inserted into the corresponding lock sleeve to realize locking, and therefore switching of the tracks is completed. Example 2

As shown in fig. 9, the present embodiment is different from embodiment 1 in the structure of the slide drive device 6.

The sliding driving device 6 is a sliding oil cylinder 201, the sliding oil cylinder 201 is fixed on the supporting seat 2, and an expansion rod of the sliding oil cylinder 201 is fixed with a fixing block 312 on the bearing beam 31. The sliding oil cylinder 201 stretches and retracts to drive the bearing beam 31 to move along the sliding rail 5, so that the whole sliding is realized, that is, the sliding rail group 100 is driven to move.

Example 3

As shown in fig. 10 and 11, the present embodiment is different from embodiment 1 in the structure of the slide drive device 6.

The slippage driving device 6 comprises a slippage motor 81, an output gear 82 and a rack 83, wherein the output gear 82 is fixed on an output shaft of the slippage motor 81, the rack 83 is fixed on the column bearing beam 31, and the rack 83 is in meshing transmission with the output gear 82. The motor rotates to drive the output gear 82 to rotate, the output gear 82 rotates to drive the rack 83 to move transversely, and the rack 83 moves to drive the bearing beam 31 to move along the sliding rail 5, so that the whole sliding is realized, namely the sliding rail group 100 is driven to move.

As shown in fig. 12 to 16, the present embodiment is different from embodiment 1 mainly in that the structure further including the lock device 300 is different. It should be understood that the locking device 300 in the present embodiment is also applicable to embodiment 2 and embodiment 3.

The locking device 300 comprises a locking oil cylinder 93, a locking sliding seat 91 and a locking piece 92, wherein the locking oil cylinder 93 is fixed in a mounting groove 22 of a support seat 2, the locking sliding seat 91 is connected with the oil cylinder, a sliding groove 321 is arranged on the mounting plate 32, the locking sliding seat 91 slides in the mounting groove 22 and the sliding groove 321, the locking piece 92 is rotatably arranged on a sliding track group 100, the sliding track group 100 is provided with a containing cavity 401 for containing the locking sliding seat 91 and the locking piece 92, the locking piece 92 is approximately in a vertical state under the condition of no external force, and the sliding track group 100 is ensured not to interfere with a fixed track 400 and other components in the sliding process. The locking slide carriage 91 is used for pushing the locking piece 92, so that the locking piece 92 is rotatably inserted into the clamping groove in the fixed rail 400, and the locking piece 92 is flush with the upper end face of the fixed rail 400 after being inserted into the clamping groove, so that the noise of a train passing by is reduced. The rail 1 of each track set is provided with a locking piece 92, and a locking oil cylinder 93 and a locking slide seat 91 are correspondingly arranged. In other embodiments, the shape of the receiving cavity 401 may be irregular (as shown in fig. 17).

The locking member 92 includes a lock body 921, a connecting body 922 and a linkage body 923, the locking and the linkage body 923 are both fixed on the connecting body 922, the lock body 921 is used for inserting the slot 12 in the fixed rail 400, the linkage body 923 is linked with the locking slide carriage 91, and the connecting body 922 is rotatably arranged on the sliding rail group 100 through a shaft.

The locking slide seat 91 comprises a seat body 911, a locking slide block 912, a rotating wheel 913 and a spring 914, wherein the locking slide block 912 is provided with an installation groove, the rotating wheel 913 is arranged in the installation groove, the rotating wheel 913 can rotate in the rotating groove, the locking slide block 912 is arranged on the seat body 911 in a sliding manner, one end of the spring 914 is fixed with the locking slide block 912, and the other end of the spring 914 is fixed in an accommodating hole in the seat body 911. When the sliding track set 100 and the fixed track 400 need to be locked, the locking cylinder 73 drives the seat body 911 to move on the support base 2, the seat body 911 drives the locking slider 912, the rotating wheel 913 and the spring 914 to move together, the rotating wheel 913 contacts with the locking member 92 and then continues to push the locking member 92, so that the locking member 92 rotates until the lock body 921 of the locking member 92 is inserted into the slot of the fixed track 400.
