(1) crushing 70g of carrier, namely diatomite, sieving the carrier by a 150-mesh sieve, and preparing slurry with the carrier powder at a mass percent of 75%; liquid fermentation culture of bacillus polymyxa, bacillus thuringiensis and streptomycete is carried out, bacillus polymyxa, bacillus thuringiensis and streptomycete are obtained respectively, then the obtained bacillus polymyxa, bacillus thuringiensis and streptomycete are subjected to rotary culture respectively, the rotating speed is 350r/min, the rotation is 18 minutes, then all bacteria are taken out, live bacteria and dead bacteria in strains are separated by trypan blue, and the live bacteria are taken out;

(2) weighing 40g of bacillus polymyxa liquid, 30g of bacillus thuringiensis liquid and 20g of streptomycete liquid, respectively carrying out spray drying on the liquid to prepare powdery bacterial powder, then placing the bacterial powders together for mixing, putting the mixed bacterial powder into the carrier slurry prepared in the step (1), stirring and mixing, adding 30g of protective agent after uniformly stirring, wherein the protective agent is a composition among hydrolyzed collagen, chitin, cyclodextrin and gelatin, and the mass ratio among the hydrolyzed collagen, the chitin, the cyclodextrin and the gelatin is 1.6: 1: 1.7: 1; after being stirred uniformly, 90g of bentonite is added, and the product can be obtained after being stirred uniformly, wherein the number of effective viable bacteria in the product is 2 to 3 hundred million/g.

(2) weighing 40g of bacillus polymyxa bacterial liquid and 20g of streptomycete bacterial liquid, respectively carrying out spray drying on each bacterial liquid to prepare powdery bacterial powder, then placing each bacterial powder together for mixing, putting the mixed bacterial powder into the carrier liquid prepared in the step (1), stirring and mixing, adding 30g of protective agent after uniformly stirring, wherein the protective agent is a composition among hydrolyzed collagen, chitin, cyclodextrin and gelatin, and the mass ratio among the hydrolyzed collagen, the chitin, the cyclodextrin and the gelatin is 1.6: 1: 1.7: 1; after being stirred uniformly, 90g of bentonite is added, and the product can be obtained after being stirred uniformly, wherein the number of effective viable bacteria in the product is 2 to 3 hundred million/g.

Selecting 15 groups of experimental lands with cutworms, digging holes when corns are planted, respectively putting the compound microbial agents prepared in the examples 1-12 and the comparative examples 1-3 into the holes of the corresponding groups according to the dosage of 3 kg/mu, selecting healthy corn seedlings to be put into the holes, watering for planting, using 4 kg/mu in the middle and later growth periods, and observing the control effect on the cutworms.

In summary, the following steps: as can be seen from Table 1, the embodiment of the invention has an effective killing effect on cutworms, can prevent the cutworms from appearing repeatedly and is beneficial to plant growth, and the invention provides a compound microbial agent for preventing insect pests and an application thereof.
