Through above-mentioned technical scheme, pour into steam sterilization subassembly 10 with matrimony vine magma through steam sterilization pipeline 9, wherein the high-temperature steam that emits through the steam hole 1009 on the steam stick 1004 of steam sterilization subassembly 10 inside passes through from the matrimony vine magma, emits from the steam outlet duct 1002 of upper end again, and in-process once more, the process carries out the effect of high temperature sterilization with purification water purification high temperature vaporization to the matrimony vine magma.

In this embodiment, the high-temperature preheating assembly 6 includes: the preheating device comprises a preheating connecting shell 601, a preheating pipeline shell 602, a preheating heating pipeline 603, a preheating heating sheet 604, a square-shaped pipeline hole 605, a control panel 606, a preheating heater 607 and a control knob 608, wherein two preheating pipeline shells 602 are fixedly mounted on two sides of the preheating connecting shell 601; a plurality of preheating heating sheets 604 are fixedly installed inside the preheating connecting shell 601, each preheating heating sheet 604 is communicated one by one, each preheating heating sheet 604 is connected through a preheating heating pipeline 603, one end of the preheating heating pipeline 603 is fixedly connected with a preheating heater 607, the preheating heater 607 is fixedly installed on the preheating connecting shell 601, one side of the preheating heater 607 is provided with a control panel 606, the lower end of the control panel 606 and the surface of one side of the preheating heater 607 are provided with a control knob 608 for adjusting the heating temperature of the preheating heater 607, the preheating heating sheets 604 are provided with a circular pipeline hole 605, hot oil in the preheating heating pipeline 603 is heated by a heating component inside the preheating heater 607, the preheating heating sheets 604 are filled with the hot oil to be communicated with the preheating heating pipeline 603, and after heating, the fresh wolfberry pulp inserted in the preheating circular pipeline 7 is preheated, the heating power of the internal heating part of the preheating heater 607 is controlled by the control knob 608.

Meanwhile, the invention also discloses a use method of the fresh wolfberry pulp sterilization device for deep processing of the wolfberry, which comprises the following operation steps:

s1: firstly, medlar primary pulp to be sterilized is added into a material cylinder shell 101 at a constant speed, the medlar primary pulp is stirred by a material cylinder roller 103 to be uniform in texture, flows through a preheating return pipeline 7 through a material cylinder outflow pipeline 5, and is preheated at a high temperature in the preheating return pipeline 7 through a high-temperature preheating assembly 6, so that the effect of primary high-temperature sterilization is achieved, and the phenomenon that the nutrient substances in the medlar primary pulp are lost due to sudden temperature rise in the subsequent process is avoided;

s2: after the wolfberry fruit raw pulp is preheated, the wolfberry fruit raw pulp is injected into the steam sterilization component 10 through the steam sterilization pipeline 9, high-temperature steam which is emitted through the steam holes 1009 on the steam rod 1004 in the steam sterilization component 10 passes through the wolfberry fruit raw pulp and then is emitted from the steam outlet pipe 1002 at the upper end, and in the process again, the purified water is vaporized at high temperature to achieve the effect of high-temperature sterilization on the wolfberry fruit raw pulp;

s3: finally, after the high-temperature disinfection is completed, a booster pump 105 at the lower end of the material cylinder shell 101 is started to boost and flush purified water into a pipeline communicated with the equipment, so that residual wolfberry puree in the pipeline is flushed, and the situation that the processing pipeline is polluted for a long time in the pipeline by the wolfberry puree is prevented.

The working principle is as follows:

firstly, medlar primary pulp to be sterilized is added into a material cylinder shell 101 at a constant speed, the medlar primary pulp is stirred by a material cylinder roller 103 to be uniform in texture, flows through a preheating return pipeline 7 through a material cylinder outflow pipeline 5, and is preheated at a high temperature in the preheating return pipeline 7 through a high-temperature preheating assembly 6, so that the effect of primary high-temperature sterilization is achieved, and the phenomenon that the nutrient substances in the medlar primary pulp are lost due to sudden temperature rise in the subsequent process is avoided; after the wolfberry fruit raw pulp is preheated, the wolfberry fruit raw pulp is injected into the steam sterilization component 10 through the steam sterilization pipeline 9, high-temperature steam which is emitted through the steam holes 1009 on the steam rod 1004 in the steam sterilization component 10 passes through the wolfberry fruit raw pulp and then is emitted from the steam outlet pipe 1002 at the upper end, and in the process again, the purified water is vaporized at high temperature to achieve the effect of high-temperature sterilization on the wolfberry fruit raw pulp; finally, after the high-temperature disinfection is completed, a booster pump 105 at the lower end of the material cylinder shell 101 is started to boost and flush purified water into a pipeline communicated with the equipment, so that residual wolfberry puree in the pipeline is flushed, and the situation that the processing pipeline is polluted for a long time in the pipeline by the wolfberry puree is prevented.
