In a specific embodiment, three oil suction adapter ports 213 are provided, which correspond to different pneumatic oil suction pumps 212 and different waste oil recovery tanks 211 respectively, and a first oil suction adapter port 213.1 connects the first pneumatic oil suction pump and the first waste oil recovery tank, and the first waste oil recovery tank is disposed in the rear frame 200; the second oil suction adapter port 213.2 is connected with a second pneumatic oil suction pump and a second waste oil recovery box, and the second waste oil recovery box is arranged at the bottom of the rear frame 200; the third oil suction adapter 213.3 is connected with a third pneumatic oil suction pump and a third waste oil recovery tank, and the third waste oil recovery tank is an external waste oil recovery tank.

In a specific embodiment, the waste oil recovery mechanism 210 further includes a first shunt valve and a second shunt valve, which are disposed inside the rear frame, a first output end of the first shunt valve is connected to an oil suction input end of the pneumatic oil suction pump 212, a first input end of the first shunt valve is connected to the oil suction adapter 213, a second input end of the second shunt valve is connected to an oil suction output end of the pneumatic oil suction pump 212, and a second output end of the second shunt valve is connected to the waste oil recovery tank 211. The number of the oil suction adapter ports 213 is set according to the number of the branches of the first branch valve, and the waste oil recovery tank 211 is set according to the number of the branches of the second branch valve. In one embodiment, the refueling mechanism 220 includes a refueling oil drum 221, a refueling meter 222, a pneumatic refueling pump 223, a tubing reel 224, a refueling pipe 225 and a machine oil filling gun 226 connected by a pipeline, the refueling meter 222, the pneumatic refueling pump 223 and the tubing reel 224 are all disposed on the upper portion of the rear frame 200, the waste oil recycling tank 221 is internally provided with a lubricating oil to be supplied, the pneumatic refueling pump 223 is provided with an air source interface, a refueling output end and a refueling input end, the air source interface is connected with the air supply and power supply mechanism 230 by a pneumatic pipeline, the refueling input end extends into the waste oil recycling tank 221 by a pipeline, the refueling output end is connected with the input end of the refueling pipe 225, the output end of the refueling pipe 225 is provided with the machine oil filling gun 223, and the tubing reel 224 is used for winding the refueling pipe 225. The oil fill gun 226 can automatically meter the amount of oil added, making the process more automated.

In one embodiment, the refueling mechanism 220 further includes a fuel level sensing assembly mounted on the waste oil recovery tank 221 for monitoring the amount of engine lubricant in the waste oil recovery tank 221, and the fuel level sensing assembly issues an alarm when the monitored amount of engine lubricant in the refueling oil drum 221 is below the monitored level. The condition that the lubricating oil in the refueling oil barrel 221 is insufficient in the refueling process can be prevented.

In one embodiment, the pneumatic oil filling pumps 223 are respectively arranged on two sides of the rear frame 200, so that the number of matched oil filling guns 226 can be increased within a certain length of the service vehicle, and multi-station operation is facilitated.

In one embodiment, the oil filling gun 226 and the pneumatic fuel pump 223 are connected through a gas supply and power supply mechanism 230, and a button is arranged on the oil filling gun 226 to control the on-off of the pneumatic fuel pump 223. The user can conveniently adjust the oil filling amount by using the oil filling gun 226 during the oil filling process.

In one embodiment, the oil filling gun 226 is provided with a display screen, and the display screen is electrically connected to the oil filling gun 226 to synchronously display the measured value on the oil filling meter 222. The user can conveniently read the oiling value in the oiling process. In another embodiment, a display screen on the oil fill gun 226 may display a single fill amount and a cumulative fill amount.

In a specific embodiment, a sensor is arranged on the gun head of the engine oil filling gun 226, and when lubricating oil in an engine of a vehicle to be filled reaches the position of the gun head, an electric signal can be sent to control the pneumatic oil filling pump 223 to stop pumping oil, so that the filling of the oil can be stopped in time after the oil tank is detected to be full in the filling process, and the problem of oil overflow is prevented.

In one embodiment, the oil filling gun 226 is an anti-leakage oil filling gun and is formed by a precision pumping aluminum oxide alloy die; the automatic oil sealing gun head prevents oil dripping of the oil gun and rotates the joint by 360 degrees.

In a specific embodiment, the gun head of the engine oil filling gun 226 is a detachable gun head, so that replacement is convenient.

In a specific embodiment, the number of the oil filling guns 226 is 8, and the oil filling guns correspond to 8 pneumatic oil filling pumps 223, so that a plurality of vehicles to be filled can be conveniently filled with oil at the same time.

In a specific embodiment, a plurality of refueling barrels 221 can be placed in the rear frame 200, lubricating oils of different types and varieties can be stored in the refueling barrels 221, and lubricating oils of different types and varieties can be filled by using different engine oil filling guns 226, so that a service vehicle can conveniently perform refueling operation on different vehicles to be refueled.

In a specific embodiment, the pneumatic oil suction pump 212 and the pneumatic oil filling pump 223 are industrial reciprocating oil pumps, and adopt a precision pumping aluminum alloy body, a dual-system oil-gas separation structure design and a German import polyurethane oil seal, so that the wear resistance of the oil cylinder and the oil seal is greatly improved. Has the advantages of high pressure resistance, fatigue resistance, high pressure exertion by low air pressure, remote transportation and long-time operation. The problem that high-viscosity fluid oil is not easy to absorb in winter is solved. In one embodiment, the gas supply and power supply mechanism 230 includes a gas supply component 231, a circuit control component 232; the air supply assembly 231 comprises an air storage tank 231.1, an air pressure gauge 231.2, an electromagnetic valve group and an air supply connector which are connected through a pneumatic pipeline, the air storage tank 231.1, the air pressure gauge 231.2 and the electromagnetic valve group are arranged on the upper side of the rear frame 100, the air supply connector is connected to the outer side of the rear frame 100 through an air pipe, and an air inlet of the air storage tank 231.1 is connected with an air source in the vehicle body 100 through the pneumatic pipeline; the circuit control assembly 232 comprises a control electric cabinet 232.1, a display 232.2 with a touch screen and a control circuit, and the control electric cabinet 232.1 is arranged on the front upper side of the rear frame 100; the display 232.2 is arranged on one side of the rear frame 200, and the screen of the touch screen faces the outside of the vehicle body, so that the operation of an operator is facilitated.

In a specific embodiment, the air supply assembly 231 further comprises a dust blowing gun 231.3, the dust blowing gun 231.3 is connected with the air supply connector, and the dust blowing gun 231.3 can control the opening and closing of the air tap, so that the operation of an operator is facilitated. In one embodiment, the operator may blow air through the filter using the dust blowing gun 231.3 to blow out foreign particles that may clog the filter.

In one embodiment, the display 232.2 is provided with a plurality of switches including the switch of the pneumatic oil suction pump 212 in the waste oil recovery mechanism 210. As shown in fig. 7, in one embodiment, the central control integration system 240 includes a server 241, a user terminal 242, a backend 243, an operation panel 244, and a printing device 245; the server 241 is configured to receive order information of the backend terminal 243, process oil change, maintenance and maintenance information input by the operation panel 244, and upload the information to the backend terminal 243; the user side 242 is connected with the server 241 through the internet and used for placing orders for the oil change, maintenance and repair information; the background terminal 243 is connected to the server 241 through the internet, and is configured to receive and process order information of the user side 242 and order information of the storage server 241 and perform real-time monitoring; the operation panel 244 is connected with the server 241 through the internet and used for man-machine interaction during oil change maintenance and inputting field oil change maintenance information; the printing device 245 is connected to the server 241, and receives the order information of the server 241 and prints the order information. The functions of oil product filling quantity full digitalization, filling quantity quantification, record inquiry, oil shortage prompt, license plate input, list report, password management, remote control, 4G/5G networking, station independent control/record, wireless remote control of an oil gun and the like can be realized.

In a specific implementation mode, the specific operation mode is that a touch screen computer is clicked to set a license plate number and the number of liters of oil to be filled corresponding to the model number of the oil product, a start button is clicked, the plunger pump oil pump can be pushed through compressed air, lubricating oil passes through each station of an oil conveying pipeline at a fixed point, a filling prompting lamp is installed on each oil drum of the station, the prompting lamp automatically lights when the filling is prepared, and the oil is automatically extinguished after the filling is finished. The oil drum/lubricating oil gun is connected with a filling terminal through various metering sensor electric control valves and the like to output quantitative oil products. The computer can remotely control the operation mode.

In one embodiment, the user needs to change the engine oil by entering order information on the user side 242; the background terminal 243 receives the order information and then dispatches the order information to the server 241 of the service vehicle; the service personnel drives the service vehicle to the pointed place according to the order information, and inputs field oil change information such as the vehicle type, the vehicle license plate, the model of the engine, the model of the filter element, the model of the lubricating oil and the like on the operation panel 244; the server 241 processes the oil change information and transmits the oil change information to the printing device 245, the printing device 245 performs printing work, and information such as a license plate, maintenance time, a lubricating oil type, a lubricating oil unit price, a lubricating oil total price and a name of a company to which the vehicle belongs is recorded on a printed running water receipt; in addition, the server 241 uploads oil change information to the background terminal 243; the background terminal 243 stores the order information, and is convenient for preparing for the next service of the same vehicle.

In one embodiment, the flow ticket printed by the printing device 245 further records information such as the type of the parts replaced by the maintenance service, the name of the parts, the unit price of the parts, and the total price of the parts.

In one embodiment, the operator panel 244 is mounted within the display 232.2 of the air supply and power mechanism 230.

In one embodiment, the server 241 includes an order processing module 241.1, a payment processing module 241.2, a GPS module 241.3, and a monitoring module 241.4; the order processing module 241.1 is configured to process order information sent by the background terminal 243; the payment processing module 241.2 is used for carrying out settlement payment on the completed order; the GPS module 241.3 is used for positioning the service vehicle in real time; and the monitoring module 241.4 is used for monitoring the oil change operation inside the service vehicle and of an operator in real time. The GPS module 241.4 can locate the service cart, facilitate the scheduling of the background terminal 243 according to the location on the order information, and perform real-time position monitoring in the order processing process and timely feed back to the customer. The monitoring module 241.4 is mainly used for monitoring the operation of the staff in the service cart, and can share the monitoring picture to ensure that the customer can enjoy the service at ease.

In one embodiment, the user terminal 242 includes a customer evaluation module 242.1, and the customer evaluation module 242.1 is configured to evaluate the service attitude and the service quality of the operator in the user terminal 242 after the oil change service is performed by the customer.

In one embodiment, the backend terminal 243 includes a storefront management module 243.1, where the storefront management module 243.1 is configured to manage resources of a store to which the service vehicle belongs, and may query service vehicle information such as vehicle location, type and quantity of lubricating oil in the vehicle, and the like; the lubricating oil inventory in the store can also be checked. The convenience store dispatches service cart and lubricating oil, realizes the functions of oil filling amount full digitalization, record inquiry and oil shortage prompt, and improves the working efficiency.

In a specific embodiment, the central control integrated system 240 is a lubricating oil intelligent integrated central control filling system, which includes a lubricating oil intelligent timing and quantitative filling system and a waste oil centralized collection system, and the lubricating oil intelligent timing and quantitative filling system can fill lubricating oil at regular time, intelligently control the oil filling time, and facilitate the reasonable arrangement of service vehicles; the waste oil centralized collection system can quickly realize waste oil recovery.

As shown in fig. 4, in one embodiment, the service cart further comprises a lube oil recovery cart assembly 300, the lube oil recovery cart assembly 300 comprises a lube oil recovery cart 310, the lube oil recovery cart 310 comprises a cart 312 and an oil receiving vessel 311, the oil receiving vessel 311 is fixed on the cart 312; the height of the top of the oil receiving vessel 311 is matched with the height of the chassis of the automobile and can be pushed into the bottom of the automobile. Because the oil receiving vessel 311 on the automobile lubricating oil recovery cart 310 can push the bottom of the automobile to carry out oil receiving operation, the automobile lubricating oil can be more conveniently and quickly replaced, and the problem that the user is inconvenient to replace the automobile lubricating oil in a limited place is solved.

In one embodiment, the oil recovery cart assembly 300 further includes a placement box 320 disposed on one side of the bottom of the rear frame, the interior space of the placement box 320 being adapted to the size of the oil recovery cart.

In one embodiment, the oil receiving vessel 311 is an oil tank with an open top for facilitating direct flow of engine oil into the housing structure; the trolley 312 of the lubricating oil recovery trolley 310 comprises a trolley body which is of a hollow frame structure, and the oil tank is mounted in the hollow position of the trolley body; the cart 312 is provided with a pneumatic oil pump assembly 313, the pneumatic oil pump assembly 313 is provided with an oil suction pipe, an oil discharge pipe and an air source interface, the oil suction pipe connecting pipeline extends into the bottom of the oil tank, the oil discharge pipe is connected with the oil discharge pipe, and the air source interface can be connected with an air source in the cart body 100.

In a specific embodiment, an air source interface on the pneumatic oil pump assembly 313 is connected to an air supply connector of the air supply assembly 231 in the air supply and power supply mechanism 230 through an air pipe, so that air can be supplied to the pneumatic oil pump assembly 313, and the quick oil absorption of the lubricating oil recovery cart is realized.

In one embodiment, the service cart further comprises a filter recovery mechanism 400, the filter recovery mechanism 400 comprises a filter recovery tank 410, the filter recovery tank 410 is arranged on one side of the rear frame 200, and the filter recovery tank 410 comprises a tank body 411; the tank 411 is of a box-shaped structure with an open top; the width of the groove cavity of the groove body is matched with the filter; an auxiliary positioning piece 412 is arranged in the groove of the groove body 411, the auxiliary positioning piece 412 is used for enabling the filter to be vertically or obliquely abutted against the groove body 411, and a clear oil outlet of the filter faces downwards. The filter includes oil cleaner and diesel oil cleaner, and filter recovery mechanism 400 can make things convenient for service personnel to place the filter and retrieve waste oil wherein changing the filter, is favorable to keeping the clean and tidy and waste oil recovery in ground, and the environmental protection avoids waste oil polluted environment.

As shown in fig. 5, in a specific embodiment, the bottom of the groove 411 of the filter recovery tank 410 is an inclined structure, the lowest part of the groove is provided with an oil drain hole 412, a vertical partition 413 and a baffle 414 are arranged in the groove 411, the lower part of the partition 413 is provided with a filtering hole, the baffle 414 is spliced with the partition 413 in a contact manner and is arranged above the oil drain hole 412 in parallel, and the baffle 414 is provided with a filtering hole. The inclined structure at the bottom of the tank body 411 can facilitate oil in the filter to be gathered at the oil drain hole 412, the vertical partition 413 can separate a filter placing area and a waste engine oil collecting area to prevent engine oil from soaking the bottom of the filter, and the lower part of the vertical partition 413 is provided with a filter hole for primary filtering to prevent impurity particles of the waste engine oil from blocking the oil drain hole; baffle 414 is provided with and crosses the filtration hole and can place the oil absorption connecting pipe, lets in the fluid of oil absorption connecting pipe drips to cell body 411, prevents that fluid from dripping to ground, the cleanness of destruction environment.

In one embodiment, the filter recovery mechanism 400 further includes a waste oil recovery tank 420, a recovery connection pipe 430, the waste oil recovery tank 420 being disposed in the rear frame 200 or at the bottom of the rear frame 200, and the filter recovery tank 410 being connected to the waste oil recovery tank 420 through the recovery connection pipe 430. Waste oil flowing out of the filter can be conveniently recycled.

In a specific embodiment, the filter recovery tank 410 is connected to an oil suction input end of a pneumatic oil suction pump 212 of the waste oil recovery mechanism 210 through an oil pipe, an oil suction output end of the pneumatic oil suction pump 212 is connected to the waste oil recovery tank 420 through a recovery connection pipe 430, and pneumatic oil suction is realized by the pneumatic oil suction pump 212, which is more beneficial for an operator to recover the waste oil.

As shown in fig. 6, in one embodiment, the lifting device further comprises an auxiliary lifting mechanism 260 disposed at the rear side of the rear frame 200; the auxiliary hoisting mechanism 260 comprises a small motor 261, a pulley block 262, a steel wire rope 263 and an installation frame 264, wherein the small motor 261, the pulley block 262 and the steel wire rope 263 are installed on the installation frame, an output shaft of the small motor 261 fixes one end of the steel wire rope 263 through the pulley block 262, and the direction of the steel wire rope 263 is changed through the pulley block 262. The small motor 261 is used for providing power, and the labor burden can be reduced. The pulley block 262 is used to conveniently adjust the direction of the steel wire rope 263.

In one embodiment, the auxiliary work mechanism 500 includes a toolbox assembly 510, a monitoring assembly 520, a lighting assembly 530, an auxiliary support assembly 540; the tool box assembly 510 comprises a plurality of tool boxes 511 arranged at the upper side in the rear frame 200; the monitoring assembly 520 comprises a camera 521, which is arranged at the upper side in the rear frame 200 and at the outer side of the rear frame 200; the lighting assembly 530 comprises a plurality of LED lamps which are respectively arranged inside the rear frame 200 and outside the rear frame 200; the auxiliary bracket assembly 540 includes a fixed bracket 541 and a movable fixing member 542, the fixed bracket 541 is fixed on the rear frame 200, and the movable fixing member 542 is movably connected to the fixed bracket 541. The toolbox assembly 510 can facilitate the orderly arrangement of maintenance articles by operators, thereby improving the maintenance efficiency; the monitoring component 520 can monitor the operator to ensure that the operation meets the safety standard; the lighting assembly 530 can facilitate the operation of an operator at night, and the limitation of illumination on the working time of the service vehicle is reduced; supplementary bracket component 250 can fix the interior portable article of back frame 200, like oil drum and safety sign tablet etc. prevents that portable article from taking place the skew in the driving process.

In a specific embodiment, the tool box assembly 510 further includes a sundries cabinet 512 disposed at the bottom of the rear frame 200, which facilitates the placement of sundries such as oil pipes by operators and prevents oil drops in the oil pipes from polluting the clean environment inside the service cart.

In one embodiment, the movable connection of the auxiliary support assembly 540 includes a hinge connection, a latch connection, and the like.

In a specific implementation mode, movable fixing member 542 is bending sheet metal component, and appearance profile such as adaptation oil drum can increase movable fixing member 542 and the area of contact of being fixed thing, and fixed effect is better. As shown in fig. 9, in one embodiment, a rear door opening mechanism is provided on the rear frame 200. The rear door opening mechanism is convenient to provide oil change maintenance service for large automobiles in long and narrow places.

In one embodiment, the rear frame 200 is provided with a solar module, the solar module comprises a solar panel and a storage battery which are connected through a circuit, and the solar panel absorbs solar energy and converts the solar energy into electric energy to be stored in the storage battery, so as to provide electric energy for the service vehicle. Green and environment-friendly, and saves resources. In one embodiment, the solar panel is disposed outside the rear frame 200 to facilitate absorption of energy from sunlight.

The working principle of the service vehicle for oil change maintenance of the large-sized vehicle is as follows:
