As shown in fig. 5 and 7, a limit strip 21 is horizontally and fixedly connected to the upper end of the side wall of the support plate 17 near the armrest 2, and the length direction of the limit strip 21 is parallel to the width direction of the backrest of the wheelchair 1. The both ends position of spacing strip 21 lower extreme face is fixedly connected with a pair of articulated seat 22 respectively, and the horizontal rotation is provided with articulated shaft 23 between a pair of articulated seat 22, and the axial direction of articulated shaft 23 is parallel with the length direction of spacing strip 21. The supporting plate 17 is provided with a sun shield 24, one end face of the sun shield 24 is fixedly connected with a pair of hinge lugs 25, and the hinge shafts 23 sequentially penetrate through the pair of hinge lugs 25 and are fixedly connected with the hinge lugs 25, so that the sun shield 24 is hinged with the supporting plate 17.

As shown in fig. 6 and 7, when the sun visor 24 is turned to the vertical state, the support plate 17 and the sun visor 24 can be slidably inserted into the mounting groove 16 at the same time to achieve stable storage of the support plate 17 and the sun visor 24. When the sun visor 24 is turned to the horizontal state, the hinge lug 25 abuts against the stopper bar 21 to define the maximum turning angle of the sun visor 24.

As shown in fig. 6 and 7, the hinge shaft 23 is sleeved with a plurality of torsion springs 26 located between the pair of hinge lugs 25, one leg of each torsion spring 26 is fixedly connected with the lower end face of the limiting strip 21, and the other leg of each torsion spring is abutted to the end face of the sun visor 24 departing from one end of the limiting strip 21, so that the torsion springs 26 can drive the sun visor 24 to turn towards the direction far away from the support plate 17.

As shown in fig. 6 and 7, a driving mechanism 27 for driving the support plate 17 to move vertically is disposed in the mounting groove 16, and the driving mechanism 27 includes a driving rod 271 vertically penetrating through the support plate 17 and forming a threaded fit with the support plate 17. A first forward and reverse rotation motor 272 is fixedly connected to the bottom wall of the mounting groove 16, and an output shaft of the first forward and reverse rotation motor 272 is fixedly connected to the lower end portion of the driving rod 271, so as to provide a stable driving source for the rotation of the driving rod 271.

As shown in fig. 6 and 7, a second counter-rotating motor 29 is fixedly connected to the inner wall of the lower end of the mounting groove 16, a rotating shaft 30 is horizontally and fixedly connected to the output shaft of the second counter-rotating motor 29, and one end of the rotating shaft 30, which is far away from the second counter-rotating motor 29, forms a horizontal rotating fit with the inner wall of the mounting groove 16 through a bearing. Meanwhile, the two end positions of the end surface of the sun shield 24 departing from the hinge lug 25 are fixedly connected with mounting blocks 31 respectively.

As shown in fig. 5 and 6, a pair of bovine nostrils 32 is formed on the side wall of the support plate 17 near the armrest 2. Each mounting block 31 is provided with a pull wire 33 made of nylon. One end of the pulling wire 33 is fixedly connected to the corresponding mounting block 31, and the other end passes through the corresponding bull-nose hole 32 and is fixedly connected to the rotating shaft 30.

As shown in fig. 5 and 7, a receiving groove 34 is formed in an end surface of the sun visor 24 facing away from one end of the stopper 21, and a fan 35 is fixedly embedded in the receiving groove 34. The side wall of the support plate 17 close to the side of the armrest 2 is provided with a trigger switch 36 for controlling the on/off of the fan 35, and the trigger switch 36 is used for abutting against the sun visor 24 when the sun visor 24 is turned to the vertical state.

When the sun visor 24 is needed to be used, the output shaft of the first forward and reverse rotation motor 272 drives the driving rod 271 to rotate, the supporting plate 17 is driven by the driving rod 271 to drive the guide block 18 to move vertically upwards along the guide groove 20, and meanwhile, the sun visor 24 is driven by the supporting plate 17 to move vertically upwards. Meanwhile, the output shaft of the second forward/reverse rotation motor 29 is used to drive the rotation shaft 30 to rotate forward, and the two pull wires 33 are gradually unwound.

When the sun visor 24 is extended from the mounting groove 16, the first forward/reverse rotation motor 272 and the second forward/reverse rotation motor 29 are turned off. At this time, the sun visor 24 is turned towards the direction far away from the support plate 17 under the elastic force of the torsion springs 26, and when the hinge lug 25 abuts against the limit bar 21, the sun visor 24 is in a horizontal state, so as to shield the sunlight. Meanwhile, when the sun visor 24 is disengaged from the push switch 8, the fan 35 is activated, so that the cool wind generated by the fan 35 can blow the user.

At this time, the user can drive the rotating shaft 30 to rotate in the reverse direction by the second forward/reverse rotation motor 29, and wind the two wires 33 around the rotating shaft 30. At this time, the sun visor 24 is turned toward the support plate 17 by the pulling of the two pull wires 33 to achieve the adjustment of the turning angle of the sun visor 24. Meanwhile, the output shaft of the first forward and reverse rotation motor 272 can be used to drive the driving rod 271 to rotate reversely, and then the driving rod 271 drives the supporting plate 17 to drive the guide block 18 to move vertically along the guide groove 20, so that the height of the sun visor 24 from the head of the user can be adjusted.

When the sun visor 24 needs to be stored, the second forward/reverse rotation motor 29 drives the rotating shaft 30 to rotate in the reverse direction, and the two wires 33 are wound around the rotating shaft 30. At this time, the sun visor 24 is turned toward the support plate 17 by the pulling of the two pull wires 33. When the sun visor 24 is turned to the upright position, the sun visor 24 interferes with the touch switch, and the fan 35 is automatically turned off. At the same time, the torsion springs 26 are all in a compressed state.

Subsequently, the first forward and reverse rotation motor 272 is started, the output shaft of the first forward and reverse rotation motor 272 drives the driving rod 271 to rotate in the reverse direction, the supporting plate 17 is driven by the driving rod 271 to drive the guide block 18 to move vertically downwards along the guide groove 20, and meanwhile, the sun visor 24 is driven by the supporting plate 17 to move vertically upwards. When the mounting block 31 enters the mounting groove 16, the second forward and reverse rotation motor 29 can be turned off. Subsequently, the stay 17 and the shade 24 are gradually entered into the mounting groove 16, thereby achieving the storage of the shade 24 and the stay 17.
