In the prior art, 3D modeling simulation is adopted to determine the matching range of each bone screw and each screw hole, and parameters of the corresponding screw holes on the bone fracture plate can be correspondingly changed due to different parameters of the bone screws such as diameters and the like, so that each hole needs to be simulated respectively, the process is complicated, the universality is poor, and the screw hole testing efficiency is directly influenced.

The detection device provided by the embodiment judges whether the screw hole on the bone plate 6 is qualified or not by measuring the matching size of the bone screw 5 and the bone plate 6, so that the bone screws 5 used in the detection device are all standard parts of the bone screws 5.

To facilitate assembly of the height gauge 2, the gauge rod 3 and the bone screw 5, the through-hole 4 includes a main core hole 41, a counter bore 42 at the top of the main core hole 41, and a tapered hole 43 at the lower end of the main core hole 41.

To facilitate the installation of the height gauge 2, the inner diameter of the counterbore 42 is larger than the inner diameter of the main core hole 41.

For convenience of measurement, the outer diameter of the shank of the bone screw 5 is smaller than the inner diameter of the lower end of the tapered hole 43.

Specifically, the shank of the bone screw 5 can extend into the main core hole 41, and the end of the shank is in contact with the lower end of the measuring rod 21, so that the measurement of the fit size of the bone screw 5 and the bone plate 6 is realized.

During measurement, the lower end of the measuring sleeve 1 is required to be abutted against the bone fracture plate 6, and the surface of the bone fracture plate 6 is generally in a non-planar structure, so that the difference between the outer diameter of the nail body of the bone screw 5 and the inner diameter of the lower end of the tapered hole 43 is 2-5mm in order to ensure the measurement accuracy.

Too large or too small a range may cause deviations in the measured values due to the shape of the surface of the bone plate 6.

Preferably, the difference between the outer diameter of the shank of the bone screw 5 and the inner diameter of the lower end of the tapered hole 43 is in the range of 3 mm.
