Background

In the modern production process of traditional Chinese medicines, a certain amount of water or ethanol is added into traditional Chinese medicines, the traditional Chinese medicines are heated, decocted and extracted, active ingredients in the traditional Chinese medicines are extracted, the extracted liquid medicine is further concentrated to a specified concentration, and then the next procedure is carried out; at present, a single-effect or multi-effect concentrator is selected for low-temperature vacuum concentration of thermosensitive materials by a traditional Chinese medicine production pharmaceutical factory when the equipment type of the concentration process is selected, and the type and the size of the concentrator can be selected by a user according to the amount of liquid medicine and the target concentration.

In the process of liquid medicine concentration, the liquid level of the liquid medicine needs to be monitored by a liquid level meter at any time, but the following defects exist in the liquid medicine amount detection process at present:

firstly, the shapes of the existing domestic main concentrator production equipment manufacturers are different, and the bottoms of evaporation chambers are provided with cones, flat bottoms and other special shapes, which brings great difficulty to the model selection and accurate measurement of liquid level meters.

Second, the most direct mount of current level gauge is in the bottom of evaporating chamber, nevertheless because the liquid medicine is the vortex form in the evaporating chamber, has brought the very big degree of difficulty for the accurate measurement of level gauge to measured liquid level precision also can't guarantee, thereby brings a great deal of inconvenience for the use of reality.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide a concentrator with simple structure, high measurement precision and convenient operation, wherein the liquid level of liquid medicine in an evaporation chamber is measured by adding an expansion pipe communicated with the evaporation chamber outside the evaporation chamber and utilizing the liquid level measurement of a liquid level meter in the expansion pipe.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the technical scheme that: a concentrator with high liquid level measurement accuracy comprises:

a heating chamber having a steam inlet in a side wall thereof;

the side wall of the evaporation chamber is communicated with the top of the heating chamber, and an upper communication pipe interface is arranged on the side wall of the evaporation chamber; the bottom of the evaporation chamber is communicated with the bottom of the heating chamber through a lower circulating pipe, and a lower communicating pipe interface is arranged on the lower circulating pipe;

the side wall of the upper part of the enlarged pipe is detachably communicated with the upper communicating pipe interface; the bottom of the enlarged pipe is detachably communicated with the lower communicating pipe joint;

the liquid level meter is inserted from the top opening of the expansion pipe to the bottom of the expansion pipe;

the condenser is communicated with the top of the evaporation chamber, and a plurality of liquid receivers are arranged at the bottom of the condenser.

Further, the side wall of the evaporation chamber is communicated with the top of the heating chamber through an upper circulating pipe.

Furthermore, the upper communication pipe interface and the lower communication pipe interface are positioned on the same vertical central line.

Referring to fig. 1-2, a concentrator with high liquid level measurement accuracy according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a heating chamber 1, an evaporation chamber 2, an expansion pipe 3, a liquid level meter 4, a condenser 5, and a liquid receiver 6; the upper end of the left side wall of the heating chamber 1 is provided with a steam inlet 10, and the upper part of the right end of the heating chamber 1 is inserted into the left side wall of the evaporation chamber 2 through an upper circulation pipe 7.

The side wall of the evaporation chamber 2 is provided with an upper communicating pipe connector 20; the bottom of the evaporation chamber 2 communicates with the bottom of the heating chamber 1 through a lower circulation pipe 21, and a lower communication pipe connection 22 is provided on the lower circulation pipe 21.

The side wall of the upper part of the enlarged pipe 3 is detachably communicated with the upper communicating pipe connector 20; the bottom of the enlarged pipe 3 is detachably communicated with the lower communicating pipe joint 22.

The liquid level meter 4 is vertically inserted into the bottom of the enlarged tube 3 from the top opening of the enlarged tube 3.

Two condensers 5 are connected in series at the top outlet of the evaporation chamber 2, and two liquid receivers 6 are arranged at the bottom of the condensers 5.

the liquid medicine in the evaporation chamber 2 enters the heating chamber 1 through the lower circulating pipe 21 for cyclic utilization; meanwhile, when the liquid medicine in the evaporation chamber 2 is accumulated to a height higher than the upper communicating pipe connector 20, the liquid medicine automatically flows into the expansion pipe 3, then the liquid medicine downwards enters the lower circulating pipe 21 through the expansion pipe 3, and finally flows back to the heating chamber 1 for recycling.

Level gauge 4 inserts down to expansion pipe 3's bottom from expansion pipe 3's open-top, at this moment, the liquid medicine in the expansion pipe 3 is regular upper and lower undulant liquid level, utilize the liquid level of the interior liquid medicine of level gauge 4 convenient and accurate definite expansion pipe like this, because expansion pipe 3 is direct communicating with each other with evaporating chamber 2, be equivalent to the principle of linker behind the UNICOM between the two, thereby can know the liquid level of the interior liquid medicine of evaporating chamber 2 in real time through the liquid level of level gauge 4 measurement expansion pipe 3, whole process operation is convenient laborsaving, the liquid level precision of simultaneous measurement liquid medicine is high.

As a further preferred embodiment, the upper communication pipe joint 20 and the lower communication pipe joint 22 are located on the same vertical center line.

In a further preferred embodiment, the diameter of the enlarged tube 3 is larger than the diameters 22 of the upper communicating tube connector 20 and the lower communicating tube connector, and the diameter of the enlarged tube 3 is larger, so that the liquid level meter 4 can conveniently measure the liquid level of the liquid medicine.
