As shown in fig. 1 and 2, a conventional brake with a manual unlocking function is provided with an unlocking handle 2 and an operating lever on a body of the brake 1; the unlocking handle is U-shaped, the middle part of the upper end of the unlocking handle is provided with an operating lever mounting hole, and the operating lever is a cylindrical long rod; the operating lever is broken by utilizing the lever principle, and is usually longer in order to make the operation easier; when the user uses the manual unlocking function, the brake can be unlocked only after the user needs to wrestling a certain unlocking angle towards the appointed direction, and when the unlocking state needs to be maintained, the user needs to maintain the operating lever at the unlocking position all the time by manpower.

However, when the brake with the manual unlocking function is used for the motor, the sealing problem of the manual unlocking brake is often solved by processing the operating lever housing in consideration of the motor sealing, when the brake is used for the manual unlocking function, a user needs to open the operating lever housing firstly and then break the operating lever to unlock, if the unlocking state is needed, the hand cannot release the operating lever, and when the brake is used up, the operating lever housing needs to be installed again to meet the requirement of the motor sealing.

When the brake 1 is manually braked, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the release lever 4 is manually pulled horizontally to pull the limiting rod 6 out of the rectangular shallow groove 14, the rotating lever 5 is rotated again until the limiting rod 6 can pass through the rectangular through hole 17 and enter the first chamber 9 of the protective shell 3, the limiting rod 6 is restored to the original position, and the brake 1 is restored to the braking state; in the second chamber 10 the spring 11 is in a slightly compressed state, ensuring the relative position of the U-shaped opening of the connector 7 and the unlocking direction.
