7. An antiseptic and chemical resistant hose according to claim 1, characterized in that the thickness of said special high temperature and corrosion resistant coating (4) is 650-850 μm.

8. A method of making an antiseptic and chemical resistant hose according to any one of claims 1 to 7, comprising the steps of:

s1, mixing and uniformly stirring the vinyl resin, the functional filler and the accelerator according to the weight part ratio to obtain a mixed material;

s2, adding the auxiliary agent into the mixed material and uniformly stirring to obtain spraying slurry;

s3, spraying the spraying slurry on the inner wall of the inner rubber layer (3) in a centrifugal spraying mode in the pipe, and curing to form the high-temperature-resistant corrosion-resistant special coating (4), namely the anticorrosive chemical-resistant hose.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of anti-corrosion pipelines, in particular to an anti-corrosion chemical-resistant hose. The hose with the corrosion resistance and the chemical resistance is mainly applied to scenes of emergency rescue, industrial and mining drainage, agricultural dragging water/excrement delivery, field delivery of chemical substance-containing liquid and the like, and is convenient to lay, roll and store relative to a hard pipeline.

Background

At present, metal pipelines or hard pipelines are generally adopted for conveying corrosion-resistant fluid, but the metal pipelines or the hard pipelines are relatively heavy, are difficult to lay on the pipelines, are only suitable for short-distance installation, and are relatively complex in construction and long in construction period. Therefore, it is necessary to lay the hose for a long distance using a corrosion-resistant hose, and the hose has a short construction period, is easy to lay, and is easy to handle.

However, the existing production process of the hose generally adopts the polyester industrial yarn as the weaving reinforcement layer, and the inner rubber layer and the outer rubber layer are respectively used as the anti-leakage layer and the wear-resistant protective layer. The inner rubber layer serving as an anti-leakage layer generally does not have corrosion resistance, and if the inner rubber layer meets the corrosion resistance function, the cost is high; and when the inner glue layer has the corrosion-resistant function through the prior art, the adhesion of the inner glue layer and the woven reinforcing layer is difficult.

Disclosure of Invention

Aiming at the problems that the inner rubber layer in the existing hose production process does not meet the corrosion resistance function, if the inner rubber layer meets the corrosion resistance function, the production cost is increased, the adhesion between the inner rubber layer and the woven reinforcement layer is difficult to a certain degree, and the defects can cause the problems that the existing anticorrosive hose is high in production cost, the functional layers in the hose are difficult to adhere and the like; aiming at the defects and shortcomings, the invention provides the anticorrosion chemical-resistant hose which is low in cost, good in anticorrosion performance and free of influence on adhesion among functional layers in the hose.

The invention is realized by the following technical scheme:

the hose is characterized by comprising an outer rubber layer, a woven reinforcement layer, an inner rubber layer and a high-temperature-resistant and corrosion-resistant special coating from outside to inside in sequence; the high-temperature-resistant and corrosion-resistant special coating comprises the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of vinyl resin, 10-20 parts of functional filler, 0.5-1 part of accelerator and 4-8 parts of auxiliary agent.

Specifically, the functional filler is added to increase the affinity and flexibility of the high-temperature-resistant and corrosion-resistant special coating, and simultaneously, the adhesion effect between the high-temperature-resistant and corrosion-resistant special coating and the inner rubber layer is favorably improved. When the anticorrosion and chemical-resistant hose is used for conveying corrosive fluid media, the medium of the corrosive fluid can be safely conveyed through the high-temperature-resistant and corrosion-resistant special coating arranged in the hose, so that the hose is effectively protected from being corroded; long-term use proves that the anticorrosion and chemical-resistant hose is durable and has excellent anticorrosion performance; meanwhile, the high-temperature resistance of the whole hose is further improved due to the special high-temperature-resistant and corrosion-resistant coating arranged in the hose.

The high-temperature-resistant and corrosion-resistant special coating arranged in the hose disclosed by the invention has the advantages that the formula and the formula proportion are optimized, so that the coating not only meets the functions of high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance, but also has stronger bonding capability with an inner adhesive layer in the original pipeline.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:

(1) the hose capable of preventing corrosion and resisting chemicals provided by the invention has the advantages of simple structure and lower production cost; the design idea of the hose is that a layer of high-temperature-resistant and corrosion-resistant special coating is added in the original hose, and the formula of the special coating is optimized, so that the coating has excellent corrosion resistance; the hose of the invention is designed with a special high-temperature resistant and corrosion resistant coating, so that the inner glue layer in the original pipeline is not required to have a corrosion resistant function, and the hose of the invention solves the problems in the prior art that: if the inner rubber layer is required to satisfy the corrosion resistance function, the production cost is high, and the adhesion between the inner rubber layer and the woven reinforcing layer is difficult.

The functional filler is water-based PU; the accelerant is low-cobalt environment-friendly cobalt isooctanoate; the auxiliary agent is polysiloxane.

The difference between the above embodiments 1 to 5 lies in that the component contents in the high temperature resistant and corrosion resistant special coating 4 are different, and the rest are the same.

Example 6

s3, selecting an aviation-grade high-speed fan as a power source for centrifugal spraying, and spraying the spraying slurry on the inner wall of the inner glue layer 3 in a tube-in-tube centrifugal spraying mode (wherein the spraying speed is 8 m/min, the spraying temperature is 15 ℃), and curing to form a high-temperature-resistant and corrosion-resistant special coating 4 with the thickness of 780 microns; finally obtaining the anticorrosive chemical-resistant hose.

Example 7

Example 8

The preparation method of the anticorrosive chemical-resistant hose of the embodiment 3 comprises the following steps:

s1, mixing 100 parts of vinyl resin, 20 parts of functional filler (namely 20 parts of waterborne PU) and 0.8 part of accelerator according to the weight part ratio, and mechanically stirring for 10 minutes at 1000rpm to uniformly mix the components to obtain a mixed material;

s2, adding 5 parts of an auxiliary agent (namely 5 parts of polysiloxane) into the mixed material, and mechanically stirring at 1100rpm for 20 minutes to uniformly mix the mixture to obtain spraying slurry;

s3, selecting an aviation-grade high-speed fan as a power source for centrifugal spraying, and spraying the spraying slurry on the inner wall of the inner glue layer 3 in a pipe-in centrifugal spraying mode (wherein the spraying speed is 8 m/min, the spraying temperature is 25 ℃), and curing to form a high-temperature-resistant and corrosion-resistant special coating 4 with the thickness of 760 micrometers; finally obtaining the anticorrosive chemical-resistant hose.

Example 9

The preparation method of the anticorrosive chemical-resistant hose of the embodiment 4 comprises the following steps:

s1, mixing 100 parts of vinyl resin, 12 parts of functional filler (namely 12 parts of waterborne PU) and 0.6 part of accelerator according to the weight part ratio, and mechanically stirring for 15 minutes at 850rpm to uniformly mix the components to obtain a mixed material;

s2, adding 7 parts of auxiliary agent (namely 7 parts of polysiloxane) into the mixed material, and mechanically stirring for 25 minutes at 1150rpm to uniformly mix the mixture to obtain spraying slurry;

s3, selecting an aviation-grade high-speed fan as a power source for centrifugal spraying, and spraying the spraying slurry on the inner wall of the inner glue layer 3 in a centrifugal spraying mode in a pipe (wherein the spraying speed is 8 m/min, the spraying temperature is 30 ℃), and curing to form a high-temperature-resistant and corrosion-resistant special coating 4 with the thickness of 720 microns; finally obtaining the anticorrosive chemical-resistant hose.

Example 10

The method for preparing the corrosion-resistant and chemical-resistant hose of the embodiment 5 comprises the following steps:

s1, mixing 100 parts of vinyl resin, 18 parts of functional filler (namely 18 parts of waterborne PU) and 0.7 part of accelerator according to the weight part ratio, and mechanically stirring for 15 minutes at 950rpm to uniformly mix the mixture to obtain a mixed material;

s2, adding 8 parts of auxiliary agent (namely 8 parts of polysiloxane) into the mixed material, and mechanically stirring at 1100rpm for 20 minutes to uniformly mix the mixture to obtain spraying slurry;

s3, selecting an aviation-grade high-speed fan as a power source for centrifugal spraying, and spraying the spraying slurry on the inner wall of the inner glue layer 3 in a centrifugal spraying mode in a pipe (wherein the spraying speed is 8 m/min, the spraying temperature is 35 ℃), and curing to form a high-temperature-resistant and corrosion-resistant special coating 4 with the thickness of 720 microns; finally obtaining the anticorrosive chemical-resistant hose.

And (3) testing: the preparation parameters of the anticorrosive and chemical resistant hoses prepared in the above examples 6 to 10 were summarized and tested for adhesion to the inner rubber layer, which were prepared as follows:

the test data in the table show that under the controllable speed and different production environment temperatures, the corrosion-resistant coating achieves the effective design thickness, and the adhesive force between the coating and the inner adhesive layer is verified to meet the adhesive requirement.
