step S1: placing a workpiece to be processed on cutting equipment, and fixing the workpiece by using an adsorption table (3);

step S2: cutting a workpiece by using a water cutting platform (2) until a row of required sample pieces are formed, wherein one end of each sample piece is provided with a margin for connecting other sample pieces;

step S3: a row of sample pieces formed after the water cutting platform (2) cuts are transferred to a cutter cutting platform (4);

step S4: the allowance of each sample piece is cut off by using a cutter cutting platform (4).

4. The method for cutting a thermoplastic composite material according to claim 3, wherein: in the step S2, after the workpiece is cut by the water cutting platform (2), the remaining amount of each sample piece in a row of sample pieces is connected together.

5. The method for cutting a thermoplastic composite material according to claim 3, wherein: in the step S2, after the workpiece is cut by the water cutting platform (2), the allowance of each sample piece in a row of sample pieces is set on the same side end face of the sample piece.

Background

The composite material has a mixed system consisting of resin and fiber, and the composite material cutting machine tool is required to meet the requirements of cutting off the fiber with high strength and high modulus and ensure that a resin matrix is not overheated and overburnt in the cutting process; the composite material cutting method is required to meet the high-efficiency requirement, and the defects of layering and the like of the composite material cannot be caused.

Conventional composite cutting tools and methods are well suited for thermoset composites. The defects of layering, tearing, burrs and the like are easily generated in the cutting process, and the processing quality is not easy to ensure; the abrasion of the cutter is aggravated by the rebound of high-hardness fiber materials and powder cutting; the difference between the thermal expansion coefficients of the matrix and the fiber material is large, and residual stress is easy to generate in processing; the cutting chips exist in a dust form, the processing environment is severe, and a special chip removal system is needed; and the process is not suitable for use with thermoplastic composites. The thermoplastic composite material is a composite material which can be melted by heating, and the problems of material sticking, serious cutter loss, poor trimming quality and the like caused by a large amount of cutting heat easily occur by using a traditional machining mode. The development of the composite material in China in the field of aerospace is severely limited by processing tools, processing modes, processing efficiency, processing quality and the like. In recent years, with the explosion of thermoplastic composite materials, further research on new machining techniques has been focused.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to: the cutting equipment for the thermoplastic composite material is provided, and the cutting method for the thermoplastic composite material is provided based on the cutting equipment and is used for processing the thermoplastic composite material which is easy to melt when heated.

The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:

step S4: the balance of each sample piece is cut off using the cutter cutting table 4.
