Technical Field

Background

The goat milk powder is a modern scientific complementary food which is prepared by taking original ecological high-quality millet and rice as main raw materials, taking white granulated sugar, vegetables, fruits, eggs, meat and the like as selective ingredients, adding a proper amount of nutrient substances and trace elements required by the overall development and growth of infants such as calcium, phosphorus, iron, protein and the like, and processing the ingredients according to a scientific formula, is specially used for supplementing and providing nutrition for infants when the breast milk is insufficient or adults eat excessively.

The existing goat milk powder market is continuously heated. However, the existing goat milk powder has low preparation efficiency and influences the supply of products.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a goat milk powder production line and a using method thereof, so as to improve the preparation efficiency of goat milk powder.

According to a first aspect of the embodiments of the present invention, there is provided a goat milk powder production line, comprising a cooling system and a processing system, wherein the processing system comprises a proportioning bin, a homogenizer, a sterilizing device, a spraying tower, a filtering device, a fluidized bed, a vacuum freezing device and a packaging device,

Preferably, the cooling system is selected from a plate heat exchanger unit, and an outlet of the plate heat exchanger unit is connected with an inlet of the homogenizer.

Preferably, the filter device further comprises at least one outlet connected to the inlet of the spray tower. When the particles in the filter device are smaller than the preset value, the particles reenter the spraying tower.

Preferably, the goat milk powder production line further comprises a conveying device, one end of the conveying device is connected with the cooling system, and the other end of the conveying device is connected with the batching bin of the processing system.

Preferably, the cooling system is further connected with the fluidized bed to realize cooling treatment of the fluidized bed.

step three, sterilizing the goat milk treated by the homogenizer, then sending the goat milk into a spray tower for atomization agglomeration, then sieving the goat milk by a filtering device, and collecting the screenings;

step four, delivering the screenings into a fluidized bed, and then processing the screenings through a vacuum freezing device to obtain the goat milk powder;

and step five, packaging the obtained goat milk powder.

Preferably, in the fourth step, the sieve residue can be added with mixed calcium salt, nutrient substances and the like after being fed into the fluidized bed so as to enrich the milk powder components.
