Taking a battery compartment 3, enabling the tail part of the battery compartment 3 to face the inside of the cabinet body, enabling a handle arranged outside the battery compartment 3 to face downwards, enabling the left side and the right side of the battery compartment 3 to be tightly attached to the left side and the right side plates 141 of a connecting sheet 14 to be inserted into the cabinet body, when a buckle limiting plate 1423 on a tail plate 142 of the connecting sheet 14 contacts the tail part of the battery compartment 3, horizontally lifting the battery compartment 3 upwards by about 25mm, enabling a buckle limiting plate 1423 of an anti-dismantling buckle on the connecting sheet 14 to fall into an anti-theft hole 31 of the battery compartment 3, then pushing the battery compartment 3 inwards, enabling a tail plate 142 of the connecting sheet 14 to be attached to the outer part of the tail part of the battery compartment 3, then slightly pressing the battery compartment 3 downwards, enabling the buckle 142limiting plate 3 on the connecting sheet 14 to clamp the battery compartment 3 through the anti-theft hole 31 of the battery compartment 3, enabling a compartment mounting hole on the inner side of the battery compartment 3 to correspond to a battery compartment mounting hole on the connecting sheet 14, then enabling an anti-theft screw to pass through the battery compartment mounting hole and the compartment mounting hole, the battery case 3 is fixed to the connecting piece 14 so as to be rotatable about the pin together with the connecting piece 14.

The conventional state of all battery compartments 3 of the battery compartment changing cabinet is a vertical locking state (as shown in fig. 7), at this time, the electric control lock 215 mounted on the lock support 15 at the back of the cabinet body is vertically inserted by the lock hook 2151 mounted on the lock hook support 32 of the battery compartment 3 through the lock tongue opening 1551, meanwhile, the tail part of the bottom surface of the battery compartment 3 is contacted and attached with the upper end of the front cross beam 122, the indicating lamp hole 1226 on the front cross beam 122, which is penetrated by the indicating lamp 216 mounted on the tail part of the battery compartment 3, is shown to a user, the front opening of the battery compartment changing cabinet is blocked by the side wall of the battery compartment 3, the opening of the battery compartment 3 is hidden in the cabinet, so that the user can not contact the batteries in the compartment when the battery compartment 3 is locked, and the anti-theft and anti-peeping effects can be achieved effectively.

When a legal user is authorized by the control system, the electronic control lock 215 of the specified battery compartment 3 can be opened, and the lock hook 2151 pops out of the electronic control lock 215 to release the locking state of the specified battery compartment 3. Different from the design that the electric control lock 215 and the lock hook 2151 of the traditional power conversion cabinet are completely exposed to a user after being opened, the electric control lock 215 is arranged on the lock support 15 of the rear frame 11 of the cabinet body, and no matter in the process that the battery compartment 3 is opened and rotated or after the battery compartment is completely rotated in place, the electric control lock 215 is always positioned in the shielding surrounded by the front frame and the battery compartment 3, so that the user cannot observe from the front side, and meanwhile, because the electric control lock is protected by the front cross beam 122, the gap between the bottom surface of the battery compartment 3 and the front cross beam 122 during rotation is not enough for the user to stretch into and contact with internal devices. The false information reported by the feedback mechanism of the electric control lock 215 by pressing the lock tongue is fundamentally avoided to cause system logic abnormity and battery theft risk.

Different from the design that the existing battery compartment 3 needs to be completely immersed and fixed in the power exchange cabinet, when the battery compartment 3 is locked, the bottom surface of the battery compartment 3 is tightly attached to the front frame, and the length from the pin shaft to the front frame is the distance from the pin shaft to the bottom plate of the battery compartment 3; when the battery compartment 3 is opened, the tail part of the battery compartment 3 rotates in a sector mode in the cabinet, the front part of the battery compartment 3 is exposed out of the cabinet body, and the maximum length from the pin shaft to the rear frame 11 is the distance from the pin shaft to the outermost edge top angle of the connecting sheet 14 and the battery compartment 3 combined body. Under the beneficial effect, the thickness of the power change cabinet can be much thinner than that of the traditional power change cabinet.

For example, the battery compartment 3 with the specification of (L)200mm × W (200 mm × H)360mm is also installed, the conventional power conversion cabinet needs to accommodate all the battery compartments 3 in the cabinet, and meanwhile, a certain maintenance space needs to be reserved between the tail of the battery compartment 3 and the back plate, and the thickness of the conventional power conversion cabinet needs to be about 600 mm.
