Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of pipeline supporting and hanging frames, in particular to a spring supporting and hanging frame load measuring device. The invention also relates to a spring support and hanger load measuring method.

Background

In order to reduce the additional stress caused by thermal expansion and cold contraction of the pipeline, the spring support and hanger is widely used for fixing and hoisting industrial pipelines or equipment in the industries of electric power, petrifaction and the like.

The existing spring support and hanger generally comprises a load plate, a bottom plate, a basket nut and a spring, wherein the load plate is parallel to the bottom plate, the basket nut is connected between the load plate and the bottom plate, and two ends of the spring are respectively abutted to the load plate and the bottom plate. Before installation, it is extremely important to accurately measure the load of the spring support and hanger.

However, the existing measurement method is usually to manually measure the load of the spring hanger bracket by using a chain block, and the measurement structure is usually inaccurate due to the limitation of the measurement experience of a measuring person. In addition, the spring hanger support is measured by means of a complex test platform, although the mode is accurate compared with manual measurement, the structure of the test platform is complex, the requirement on a use site is high, the operation difficulty is high, and the measurement is inconvenient.

Therefore, how to accurately and conveniently measure the load of the spring hanger bracket is a technical problem to be solved by the technical personnel in the field.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above, the present invention is directed to a load measuring device for a spring hanger, which only needs to adjust an adjusting plate, so that an upper pressing plate can be turned over around a supporting hinge point hinged to a supporting rod to press a load plate of a to-be-measured object, and a measuring device measures the load of the to-be-measured object by measuring the deformation of the upper pressing plate. The invention also aims to provide a spring support and hanger load measuring method.

The invention provides a spring support hanger load measuring device, which comprises:

the upper pressing plate and the lower pressing plate are oppositely arranged;

one end of the supporting rod is hinged with the upper pressing plate, and the other end of the supporting rod is fixedly connected with the lower pressing plate;

the adjusting rod is arranged between the upper pressure plate and the lower pressure plate;

the measuring piece is arranged on the upper pressure plate;

The embodiment of the invention discloses a spring support and hanger load measuring device, which is suitable for measuring and comprises a positioning pin 01, a load plate 02, a bottom plate 03, a basket nut 04 and a spring 05, wherein the positioning pin 01 is horizontally inserted into the top of the load plate 02, the load plate 02 is opposite to the bottom plate 03, two ends of the spring 05 are respectively abutted against the load plate 02 and the bottom plate 03, and the basket nut 04 is connected between the load plate 02 and the bottom plate 03. All the pieces to be tested are referred to as spring hangers and supports. In an initial state, the spring 05 is compressed, the loading plate 02 is parallel to the bottom plate 03, and the positioning pin 01 abuts against the loading plate 02 to limit the loading plate 02 to move upwards; during measurement, the load plate 02 is pressed downwards by overcoming the elastic force of the spring 05 until the positioning pin 01 can be pulled out horizontally, and then the load measurement is completed.

The supporting rod 3 is arranged between the upper pressing plate 1 and the lower pressing plate 2 and used for supporting the upper pressing plate 1 and the lower pressing plate 2. An adjusting rod 4 is also arranged between the upper pressure plate 1 and the lower pressure plate 2 and is used for adjusting the upper pressure plate 1 during measurement. The adjusting rod 4 is parallel to the supporting rod 3. The measuring part 5 is arranged on the upper pressure plate 1, and can be specifically a strain gauge adhered to the top of the upper pressure plate 1.

During measurement, the upper pressing plate 1 is parallel to the lower pressing plate 2, a piece to be measured is placed on the lower pressing plate 2, the upper pressing plate 1 and the lower pressing plate 2 are respectively abutted against the upper end and the lower end of the piece to be measured in parallel, and the upper pressing plate 1 is not loaded; the adjusting rod 4 is adjusted in the adjustment, the upper pressing plate 1 overturns relative to the lower pressing plate 2 around the hinged point hinged with the supporting rod 3, the upper pressing plate 1 overcomes the elastic force of the piece to be measured to extrude the load plate 02 of the piece to be measured, the upper pressing plate 1 generates elastic deformation, and the measuring piece 5 indirectly measures the load of the piece to be measured by measuring the deformation of the upper pressing plate 1.

In conclusion, the load measuring device for the spring support and hanger provided by the invention has fewer related parts and simpler structure, only needs to adjust the adjusting rod 4, is more convenient to operate, does not need manual measurement, and has more accurate measuring result, so that the load of the spring 05 hanger can be accurately and conveniently measured.

The supporting rod 3 is located between the upper pressing plate 1 and the lower pressing plate 2, namely the upper end of the supporting rod 3 is hinged to the center of the upper pressing plate 1, and the lower end of the supporting rod 3 penetrates through the center of the lower pressing plate 2, so that the upper pressing plate 1 and the lower pressing plate 2 can be conveniently leveled, the phenomenon that the upper pressing plate 1 is inclined due to unstable gravity after being leveled can be avoided, and the supporting rod 3 can conveniently and stably support the upper pressing plate 1 and the lower pressing plate 2.

One side of the lower pressing plate 2 close to the piece to be measured is fixedly provided with a fixed pressing point 7, the load plate 02 is downwards extruded in a point pressing mode by virtue of the fixed pressing point 7, and the measuring piece 5 is positioned between the support hinge point 6 and the fixed pressing point 7, so that the load of the piece to be measured can be accurately measured.
