In some embodiments of the present invention, referring to fig. 1 and 2, the number of the fixing portions 201 is at least one, and the number of the first sliding grooves and the number of the second sliding grooves are equal to the number of the fixing portions 201 of the first adjusting bracket 2 and the number of the fixing portions 201 of the second adjusting bracket 3, respectively.

In some embodiments of the invention, the first adjusting bracket 2 and the second adjusting bracket 3 are configured as a fairchild, taking the first adjusting bracket 2 as an example, the number of the fixing portions 201 is two, the two fixing portions 201 are symmetrically arranged in front and back, the battery fixing block 1 is provided with the first sliding grooves corresponding to the two fixing portions 201, and the two fixing portions 201 and the two first sliding grooves guide the first adjusting bracket 2, so as to improve the sliding stability.

It should be noted that, when the fixing portion 201 is provided with at least two, the first locking member 4 may be provided with one, or may be provided with at least two.

In some embodiments of the invention, with reference to fig. 1 and 2, said first adjusting carriage 2 further comprises a sliding portion 203;

the sliding portion 203 is slidably disposed on the abutting portion 202, the sliding portion 203 is parallel to the abutting portion 202, and a side surface of the sliding portion 203 away from the battery fixed block 1 is flush with a side surface of the abutting portion 202 away from the battery fixed block 1.

In some embodiments of the present invention, taking the first adjusting bracket 2 as an example, the abutting portion 202 is provided with a sliding slot, the sliding portion 203 is slidably disposed in the sliding slot of the abutting portion 202, and a right side surface of the sliding portion 203 is flush with a right side surface of the abutting portion 202.

In some embodiments of the present invention, referring to fig. 1 and 2, the first adjusting bracket 2 or the second adjusting bracket 3 is provided with a fourth sliding slot, the battery connector 6 is slidably disposed on the fourth sliding slot, and a side wall of the fourth sliding slot is provided with a wire-passing hole.

In some embodiments of the invention, the battery connector 6 is disposed at the front end of the second adjusting bracket 3, the fourth sliding groove is a T-shaped groove, a plurality of uniformly arranged circular wire routing holes are disposed on the rear side wall of the T-shaped groove, and the wire routing position of the battery connector 6 can be adjusted as required along with the adjustment of the position of the battery connector 6.

It is worth to say that, the wiring hole can also be set as a strip-shaped hole, and the wiring requirement is met.

In some embodiments of the present invention, the shape of the fourth sliding groove is the same as the shape of the sliding groove provided in the abutting portion 202, so that the sliding portion 203 and the battery connector 6 can share the sliding groove.

In some embodiments of the invention, referring to fig. 1 and 2, further comprising a flexible mat 8;

the flexible pad 8 is arranged on one side of the second adjusting bracket 3 or one side of the first adjusting bracket 2 far away from the battery fixing block 1.

In some embodiments of the present invention, the flexible pad 8 is disposed on the right side of the second adjusting bracket 3, and the battery device can compensate for errors when disposed in the battery compartment through the flexible pad 8.

In some embodiments of the present invention, referring to fig. 1 and 2, two sides of the flexible pad 8 are provided with chamfers, and a side of the flexible pad 8 away from the battery fixing block 1 is provided with friction lines.

In some embodiments of the present invention, the corners of the upper and lower sides of the flexible pad 8 are provided with chamfers, and the friction lines are disposed on the right side of the flexible pad 8.

It should be noted that the flexible pad 8 may be disposed on the abutting portion 202 and/or the sliding portion 203.

In some embodiments of the invention, referring to fig. 1, the first adjusting carriage 2 and the second adjusting carriage 3 are provided with scales (not shown).

In some embodiments of the present invention, the scale of the first adjusting bracket 2 is arranged in the left-right direction, and the scale of the second adjusting bracket 3 is arranged in the front-back direction. During the use, according to the initial length or the width of battery fixed block 1, and according to first regulation support 2 and/or scale information can be known to the removal distance observation of second regulation support 3 the overall length and the width of battery device are convenient for adjust the not unidimensional battery compartment of suitable size adaptation.

In some embodiments of the present invention, referring to fig. 1, a plurality of numbers are set on one side of the scale, the numbers are integers, and the numbers of the numbers are sequentially increased along a direction in which the second adjusting bracket 3 or the first adjusting bracket 2 approaches the battery fixing block 1.

In some embodiments of the invention, taking the first adjusting bracket 2 as an example, the initial value of the number is zero, the numbers sequentially increase along a direction from right to left, and the value from right to left shows length information of the first adjusting bracket 2 from right to left, so that the information of the entire width of the battery device after adjustment can be known by adding the initial width of the battery fixing block 1 and the value shown by the first adjusting bracket 2 after adjustment.

It is noted that the initial value of the number may also be set to the initial width of the battery device.

Fig. 4 is a schematic structural view of a first locking block and a first elastic protrusion in yet another embodiment of the present invention.

In some embodiments of the present invention, referring to fig. 1 and 4, the first side surface is provided with a first locking groove, the first locking member 4 is slidably disposed in the first locking groove, when the first locking member 4 slides to a first preset position, the first locking member 4 is located on a side of the first elastic protrusion 9 away from the first sliding groove, the first adjusting bracket 2 is in a movable state, when the first locking member 4 slides to a second preset position, the first locking member 4 is located on a side of the first elastic protrusion 9 close to the first sliding groove, the first adjusting bracket 2 is in a fixed state, and the first elastic protrusion 9 is used for keeping the first locking member 4 located at the first preset position or the second preset position;

the second side face is provided with a second clamping groove, the second clamping groove is the same as the first clamping groove in structure, a second elastic bulge is arranged in the second clamping groove, the second elastic bulge is the same as the first elastic bulge 9 in structure, and the second elastic bulge is used for keeping the position of the second locking piece 5.

In some embodiments of the invention, taking the first elastic protrusion 9 and the first locking groove as an example, the first locking groove is a T-shaped groove, the first elastic protrusion 9 is an elastic piece, one end of the first elastic protrusion 9 is fixedly disposed in the first locking groove, the other end of the first elastic protrusion is either movably or fixedly disposed, initially, the middle bulge of the first elastic protrusion 9 is located in the first locking groove, at this time, the middle bulge of the first elastic protrusion 9 abuts against one side of the first locking member 4, the first locking member 4 is located at the first preset position or the second preset position, the first locking member 4 is slid, the position of the first locking member 4 is adjusted, the first locking member 4 presses the middle bulge, and then the first elastic protrusion 9 returns to the shape under the action of the elastic deformation of itself after moving to the other preset position under the action of the external force, that is, the middle bulge of the first elastic protrusion 9 abuts against the other side of the first locking member 4, so that the first locking member 4 is kept at the first preset position or the second preset position, and when the first locking member 4 is respectively located at the first preset position and the second preset position, the first locking member 4 abuts against and is separated from the first adjusting bracket 2, so that the first adjusting bracket 2 is respectively in a movable state and a fixed state.

It should be noted that the first elastic protrusion 9 may also exist in a combination form of a spring and a fixed block, or may be a protrusion made of a flexible material, and the protrusion itself has a power to recover deformation.

Although the embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail hereinabove, it is apparent to those skilled in the art that various modifications and variations can be made to these embodiments. However, it is to be understood that such modifications and variations are within the scope and spirit of the present invention as set forth in the following claims. Moreover, the invention as described herein is capable of other embodiments and of being practiced or of being carried out in various ways.
