Technical Field

Background

An RJ45 connector is one type of information jack (i.e., communications outlet) connector in a wiring system. In some cases, the designer needs to set up a specific network card in cases where space in the chassis is limited. When the chassis has no space left to lift the network card, existing products typically place it near the bottom of the chassis with the locking clip of the cable connector facing the bottom. Due to space limitation, fingers cannot be placed at the bottom between the network card and the case to press the locking clip, and a worker must cancel or break the locking clip to pull out the cable connector from the port, so that the problem that the cable connector is difficult to pull out occurs.

First embodiment

Referring to fig. 1, in an embodiment of the present application, an unlocking bracket 100 is provided for plugging and unplugging a connector 200 (see fig. 3), where the unlocking bracket 100 includes a fastener 10 and an unlocking member 20, the fastener 10 includes a fixing shell 12 and a supporting rod 11 disposed on the fixing shell 12, the supporting rod 11 abuts against the connector 200, the fixing shell 12 is sleeved on the connector 200, the unlocking member 20 includes a cantilever 21 and an unlocking block 22 disposed on the cantilever 21, the cantilever 21 is rotatably disposed on the fixing shell 12, the unlocking block 22 abuts against a locking clip 2101 (see fig. 3) of the connector 200, and the cantilever 21 drives the unlocking block 22 to rotate to push the locking clip 2101.

Referring to fig. 2, the fastening device 10 includes a supporting rod 11 and a fixing shell 12, and the supporting rod 11 is disposed on the fixing shell 12. The strut 11 abuts against the connector 200, and the fixing shell 12 is sleeved on the connector 200 to fix the connector 200.

The strut 11 contacts the bottom of the connector 200 to form a support point with the connector 200 to facilitate the rotational installation of the fastener 10. In one embodiment, the length of the strut 11 is equal to the width of the port of the connector 200. It should be noted that the type of the supporting rods 11 is not limited to this, and as in other embodiments, the supporting rods 11 are block-shaped structures, and there are two supporting rods 11, and two supporting rods 11 are symmetrically disposed on the inner wall of the fixing shell 12 and respectively extend inward along the inner wall of the fixing shell 12 by a designated length.

The fixing shell 12 includes two side plates 121, a limit plate 122, and a fixing block 123. The two side plates 121 are respectively and symmetrically arranged at two ends of the supporting rod 11. The limiting plate 122 is fixed on the inner walls of the two side walls, and the limiting plate 122 is located at the upper end of the side plate 121. The fixing block 123 is disposed at the end of the two side plates 121.

The side plate 121 is clamped on the outer wall of the connector 200, and the fixing shell 12 and the second plug connector 220 are fixed through the limiting plate 122 and the fixing block 123. It will be appreciated that the distance between the side plates 121 is equal to the distance between the outer walls of the connector 200 and varies as the distance between the outer walls of the connector 200 varies.

The side plate 121 is further provided with a connecting hole 1211. The unlocking member 20 is rotatably disposed in the connection hole 1211 and rotates about the connection hole 1211.

The stopper plate 122 is provided at the upper end of the stationary housing 12 to define the position of the upper end of the connector 200 when the stationary housing 12 fixes the port of the connector 200.

The two ends of the fixing block 123 are disposed on the two side plates 121, and the fixing block 123 extends downward from the upper ends of the side plates 121 along a radial direction by a designated length to limit the end position of the connector 200 when the fixing housing 12 fixes the connector 200.

The fixing block 123 is provided with a plurality of anti-slip grooves 1231 at equal intervals near the end surface of the limiting plate 122, so as to prevent the fixing block 123 from slipping when the fixing shell 12 is rotatably mounted on the connector 200.

The fixing shell 12 is provided with a clamping groove 124, and the connector 200 is clamped in the clamping groove 124.

The stationary housing 12 is further provided with an opening 125 communicating with the card slot 124, through which the connector 200 extends.

Referring to fig. 2, the unlocking member 20 includes a cantilever 21 and an unlocking block 22 disposed on the cantilever 21. The cantilever 21 is positioned over the fastener 10 and the unlocking block 22 abuts the locking clip 2101.

The cantilever 21 is used to drive the unlocking block 22 to rotate, so that the unlocking block 22 lifts the locking clip 2101. In one embodiment, the cantilever arms 21 are two vertical plate-like structures, such that when the unlocking member 20 lifts the latching clip 2101, the cantilever arms 21 abut the fastener 10. The problem that the unlocking member 20 is damaged due to excessive pressing because a gap exists between the cantilever 21 and the fastener 10 when the locking member is lifted is prevented. Note that the shape of the cantilever 21 is not limited to this, and the cantilever 21 may be configured to be able to fit the fastener 10 when the lock clip 2101 is lifted.

The cantilever 21 is provided with a socket 211. The insertion port 211 is disposed between the cantilever 21 and the unlocking block 22, and the insertion port 211 faces the opening 125. The connector 200 extends into the opening 125 and the socket 211.

The unlocking block 22 is adapted to the latching clips 2101 to lift or release the latching clips 2101 during the rotation of the cantilever 21.

The unlocking member 20 further includes a fulcrum shaft 23. The fulcrum shaft 23 is disposed on an outer wall of the pressing member, the fulcrum shaft 23 is located in the connection hole 1211, and the unlocking member 20 rotates around the fulcrum shaft 23. In one embodiment, there are two fulcrum shafts 23, and the two fulcrum shafts 23 are symmetrically arranged on the outer wall of the cantilever 21. It should be noted that the type of the fulcrum shaft 23 is not limited to this, and as in other embodiments, the fulcrum shaft 23 is a long straight cylinder, the fulcrum shaft 23 is disposed through the cantilever 21, and both ends of the fulcrum shaft 23 extend out of the outer wall of the pressing member and are disposed in the connection hole 1211.

Referring to fig. 3 or 4, the connector 200 includes, but is not limited to, a cable connector, a network card connector, and the like. In one embodiment, the connector 200 includes a first connector 210 and a second connector 220. The first plug connector 210 is provided with a locking clamp 2101, and the first plug connector 210 extends into the second plug connector 220 and is locked and separated from the second plug connector 220 through the locking clamp 2101.

Referring to fig. 3 and 4, in operation, the opening 125 is close to the second connector 220, and the rod 11 abuts against the bottom of the second connector 220. The fastener 10 is rotated, the fastener 10 rotates along the supporting rod 11 until the fixing shell 12 is sleeved on the second connector 220, at this time, the fastener 10 is fixed to the second connector 220, and the second connector 220 extends out of the opening 125.

When the connector 200 needs to be locked, the first plug connector 210 is inserted into the second plug connector 220 through the plug interface 211 and the opening 125, and the locking clip 2101 pushes the locking part to rotate along the fulcrum shaft 23. The cantilever 21 is tilted upward, and a gap exists between the cantilever and the fastener 10, and the unlocking block 22 is tilted downward and abuts against the locking clip 2101, at this time, the cable connector 200 is in a locked state.

When the connector 200 needs to be unlocked, the cantilever 21 is pressed, so that the unlocking member 20 rotates along the fulcrum shaft 23. The cantilever 21 moves downward until it fits on the fastener 10, and the unlocking block 22 lifts the locking clip 2101 upward to unlock the first plug connector 210 and the second plug connector 220. At this time, the connector 200 is in an unlocked state, and the first connector 210 can be drawn out.

Second embodiment

Referring to fig. 5, the unlocking support 100 of the second embodiment is substantially the same as that of the first embodiment except that the fastening member 10 and the unlocking member 20 are integrally formed, and the fastening member 10 and the unlocking member 20 are made of an elastic material. The elastic material includes, but is not limited to, nylon, elastic resin, and the like.

Referring to fig. 6 and fig. 7, in the present embodiment, when the connector 200 needs to be locked, the first plug connector 210 is directly inserted into the second plug connector 220 through the insertion opening 211 and the opening 125. The locking clip 2101 abuts against the unlocking block 22, and the cable connector 200 is in a locked state.

When the connector 200 needs to be unlocked, the cantilever 21 is pressed, the unlocking block 22 deforms, and the locking clip 2101 is lifted upwards. At this time, the connector 200 is in an unlocked state, and the first connector 210 is pulled out to separate the first connector 210 from the second connector 220. After the first connector 210 is pulled out, the unlocking block 22 is restored to its original shape under the action of elasticity.

The unlocking bracket 100 is provided with the unlocking member 20 rotatably connected with the fastening member 10 by fixing the fastening member 10 to the second connector 220. The cantilever 21 is located above the fastener 10, when the connector 200 is pulled out, the connector 200 can be unlocked only by pressing the cantilever 21 downwards above the connector 200, the problem that the connector 200 is difficult to pull out due to the fact that the locking clamp 2101 faces downwards and the space of a chassis is insufficient is solved, and the pulling-out process is simple and easy to operate.
