4. The steel band scraper device of claim 3 wherein the adjusting member and the frame have a limiting hole at a position corresponding thereto, the limiting hole being used to mount a pin after the scraper set abuts against the steel band to lock the rotating shaft.

The steel band scraper device of claim 2 wherein the scraper set comprises scrapers and scraper fixing plates, the scrapers are rotatably connected with the rotating shaft through the scraper fixing plates, the scraper fixing plates are further connected with scraper positioning rods, and the scraper positioning rods limit and support the scrapers.

6. The steel belt scraper assembly of claim 5 wherein the scraper mounting plate is connected to the scraper positioning rod by a connector.

7. The steel band scraper device of claim 6 wherein the connecting member has one end connected to the scraper mounting plate and the other end provided with a groove for abutting against the outer circumferential surface of the scraper positioning rod.

The steel band scraper device of claim 2, wherein the elastic member comprises a tension spring and a fixed tension spring rod, two ends of the fixed tension spring rod are respectively connected with the bracket and are parallel to the rotating shaft, one end of the tension spring is connected with the fixed tension spring rod, and the other end of the tension spring is connected with the scraper group.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of drying equipment, in particular to a steel belt scraper device.

Background

Drying of liquids has many applications in industrial production and in daily life. Especially in the industries of chemical industry, wastewater treatment and the like, substances in the solution have high recovery value. Therefore, the drying of the liquid has important significance for industrial production, wastewater treatment and daily life of people.

In the case of drying a liquid, there are various methods for drying, and the drying of a mixed liquid is mainly carried out by spraying, flash evaporation, direct drying, or the like. Spray drying works best for mixed liquids, but costs the highest, with direct drying being the lowest and more widely used.

When the mixed liquid is dried by using a direct drying method, the adhesion degree of the dried residue to the conveying belt is different according to different characteristics of the residue. Meanwhile, the high temperature makes the residues more easily attached to the surface of the conveying belt; the accumulation of residue reduces the drying effect of the freshly added liquid and the residue is not easily collected. Therefore, in the process of drying the liquid, the residues on the surface of the conveying belt are removed in time, the residues are collected, and meanwhile, the drying efficiency can be improved.

At present, the direct drying device who commonly uses is drum-type drying equipment, and to the higher solution of concentration, drying effect is better, but drum-type drying equipment has certain requirement to the concentration of solution and the adhesion characteristic of solution, and to the solution that solution concentration is lower or adhesion characteristic is not good, drying effect is not good. Meanwhile, the cost of large-scale drum-type drying equipment is high. For drum-type drying equipment, steel band drying equipment can make by the dry solution tiling to the steel band surface, and the tiling thickness can be adjusted according to steel band functioning speed and solution dripping speed. For different solutions, different spreading thicknesses can be selected to achieve the desired drying effect. Therefore, the steel strip drying equipment has lower requirements on the concentration and the adhesion property of the solution and has wider application range.

When the steel strip drying equipment works, the solution is spread on the steel strip, and after the solution is dried, residues can be attached to the surface of the steel strip. However, because the thickness of the steel strip is thin, the residue cannot be directly scraped by the fixed scraper structure, otherwise the steel strip is easily damaged by the scraper.

Reference will now be made in detail to the exemplary embodiments, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings. When the following description refers to the accompanying drawings, like numbers in different drawings represent the same or similar elements unless otherwise indicated. The implementations described in the exemplary embodiments below are not intended to represent all implementations consistent with the present disclosure. Rather, they are merely examples of apparatus and methods consistent with certain aspects of the present disclosure, as detailed in the appended claims.

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in one embodiment of the present invention, a steel strip scraper apparatus includes: the roller is used for supporting and driving the steel belt to rotate; the scraper mechanism comprises a fixed group and scraper groups, the scraper groups are arranged on the fixed group in parallel, and an elastic part is arranged between each scraper group and the fixed group; the fixed group is arranged opposite to the roller and rotates to drive the scraping plate group to be close to or far away from the steel belt; after the scraper groups are close to the steel belt, the elastic pieces provide preset elastic force to act on the corresponding scraper groups so that the scraper groups are abutted to the steel belt.

As shown in fig. 1, the total width of the scraper groups arranged in parallel in the fixed group is equal to or slightly larger than the width of the steel strip; so that the scraping plate group can synchronously remove the foreign matters adhered to the steel belt. When the steel belt scraper device is in a working state, the roller 2 drives the steel belt 1 to rotate to dry the solution, and foreign matters or residues generated in the drying process are adhered to the surface of the steel belt to influence the drying effect; the border of scraping board group and the contact of steel band 1, the residue of adhesion or foreign matter have a reaction force to the border of scraping board group on steel band 1, extrude the border of scraping board group, because scraping board group has the predetermined elasticity that an elastic component provided, the realization is with the contact of steel band 1, consequently, when the reaction force of residue is greater than predetermined elasticity, the border of scraping board group is crowded and is opened, can not form hard extrusion to the steel band 1 of residue adhesion department, prevent that 5 scraping board mechanisms from colliding with 1 and damaging the steel band of steel band.

As shown in fig. 2, when the steel strip scraper device is in a non-working state, the fixed group is rotated to bring the edge of the scraper group away from the surface of the steel strip, so that the edge of the scraper group is separated from the steel strip; the steel belt or the scraper group can be prevented from being damaged due to collision between the scraper mechanism 5 and the steel belt 1 under emergency; meanwhile, when the scraper group needs to be replaced, the scraper can be replaced quickly and conveniently.

Referring to fig. 3-5, in another embodiment, the fixing mechanism includes a frame 3, a bracket 501, a rotating shaft 505 and a scraper positioning rod 507 oppositely disposed through the bracket 501, wherein the rotating shaft 505 is installed on both sides of the drum through the frame 3; the plurality of scraper groups are arranged on the rotating shaft and the scraper positioning rod in parallel.

In this embodiment, the rollers are installed at corresponding positions of the steel strip drying device through roller shafts, the frame 3 is fixedly installed on the steel strip drying device, and the rotating shaft 505 is fixed when rotating to the state that the scraper sets contact the surface of the steel strip, so that the scraper sets remove the foreign matters adhered to the steel strip.

As shown in fig. 3, in one embodiment, an adjusting member is installed at one or both ends of the rotating shaft, and the rotating shaft is driven to rotate by the adjusting member.

The pin shaft and the limiting hole form a limiting part to realize the fixation of the adjusting frame, the rotating shaft and the rack; the limiting hole on the adjusting frame is an arc limiting hole, and when the elastic part is inconvenient to adjust, the contact force between the steel belt and the outer edge of the scraper group is adjusted by finely adjusting the arc limiting hole and the pin shaft; on the other hand, the locking positions of the pin shaft and the arc-shaped limiting hole and the preset elasticity of the elastic piece can be adjusted simultaneously, so that the scraper group is in the best working state, and the best effects of protecting the steel belt and removing residues adhered to the steel belt are kept. In some scenarios, bolts may also be used instead of pins.

In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 3 to 6, the bracket is provided with a limit rod 502, and the limit rod 502 is in stroke interference with the frame 3 to limit the rotation angle of the rotation shaft.

As shown in fig. 5-7, the elastic member includes a tension spring 509 and a fixed tension spring rod 508, two ends of the fixed tension spring rod 508 are respectively connected to the bracket 501 and are parallel to the rotating shaft 505, one end of the tension spring 509 is connected to the fixed tension spring rod 508, and the other end is connected to the scraper group; when the steel belt scraper device is in a working state, the outer edge of the scraper 503 is downward, and the elastic piece is arranged on the scraper; foreign matters adhered to the steel belt have force towards the scraper positioning rod on the scraper 503 and the scraper fixing plate 504, the scraper fixing plate 504 is pressed downwards, and the tension spring 509 upwards supports the scraper fixing plate 504 through elasticity of the scraper fixing plate 504, so that self-adaption of the scraper is achieved.

In another application scenario, the blade retaining plate 504 is connected to a blade positioning rod 507 via a connecting member 506. One end of the connecting piece 506 is connected with the scraper fixing plate, and the other end is provided with a groove which is abutted against the outer circumferential surface of the scraper positioning rod. The both ends of extension spring 509 connect the lateral part of fixed extension spring pole and connecting piece 506 respectively, and connecting piece 506 has the degree of freedom around scraper blade locating lever axial rotation, makes extension spring 509 can normally stretch out and draw back, realizes the elastic support to the scraper blade fixed plate. In addition, in some embodiments, the tension spring 509, the connecting member and the scraper fixing plate may be assembled as a whole, so as to avoid the influence on the reliability and stability of the scraper mechanism due to excessive connection between the connecting member and the scraper fixing plate and the scraper positioning rod.

When the steel belt scraper device is in a non-working state, the fixing group is rotated to bring the edge of the scraper group away from the surface of the steel belt, so that the edge of the scraper group is separated from the steel belt; the steel belt or the scraper group is prevented from being damaged due to the collision of the scraper mechanism 5 and the steel belt 1.
