The invention relates to the technical field of oil tank wave prevention, in particular to a wave prevention structure of an oil tank.

Background

The oil in the oil tank can be subjected to the change of the acceleration of the vehicle in the running process, the oil in the oil tank is in shaking at any time, and the oil in the oil tank shakes, so that the following problems can occur:

1. when a vehicle is accelerated and decelerated suddenly, oil in the oil tank forms large oil waves to impact the oil tank, so that the oil tank is expanded when the oil tank impacts the inner wall of the oil tank, and the oil quantity of the oil tank is about half of the oil quantity;

2. the oil of the oil tank of the vehicle continuously shakes, the floater of the oil tank can be changed at any time, errors can be caused in the oil quantity calculation of the oil tank, and particularly the endurance mileage calculation of the vehicle is influenced.

Therefore, how to provide a wave-preventing device capable of effectively reducing the sloshing of oil in the oil tank becomes a technical problem which needs to be solved in the field.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a wave-proof structure of an oil tank, which can effectively reduce the shaking of oil in the oil tank, thereby avoiding the impact of the oil on the oil tank and the influence on the calculation of the endurance mileage of a vehicle.

According to one aspect of the invention, the wave-proof structure of the oil tank comprises a tank body, wherein at least two upright columns are arranged in the tank body, the upper ends and the lower ends of the upright columns are respectively connected with the top surface and the bottom surface of the inner side of the tank body, sliding sleeves are arranged on the upright columns, wave-proof films are connected between the sliding sleeves, and the wave-proof films are laid on the surface of oil;

the periphery of the sliding sleeve is further sleeved with a floating ball ring, the floating ball ring is fixed on the wave-proof film, and a plurality of floating balls are arranged on the floating ball ring.

Optionally, according to the wave-proof structure of the fuel tank of the present invention, the number of the pillars is four, and the four pillars are respectively disposed at positions of the tank body near four corners.

Optionally, according to the wave structure of the oil tank of the present invention, the density of the wave-proof membrane is less than the density of the oil liquid.

Optionally, according to the wave-preventing structure of the fuel tank of the present invention, the area of the wave-preventing film is smaller than the area of the tank body.

According to the drawings 1 to 3, the invention provides a wave-proof structure of an oil tank, which comprises a tank body 1, wherein at least two upright posts 2 are arranged in the tank body 1, the upper end and the lower end of each upright post 2 are respectively connected with the top surface and the bottom surface of the inner side of the tank body 1, sliding sleeves 4 are arranged on the upright posts 2, wave-proof films 3 are connected between the sliding sleeves 4, and the wave-proof films 3 are laid on the surface of oil; the periphery of the sliding sleeve 4 is also sleeved with a floating ball ring 5, the floating ball ring 5 is fixed on the wave-proof membrane 3, and the floating ball ring 5 is provided with a plurality of floating balls 6. The wave-proof structure of the box body 1 disclosed by the invention can effectively reduce the fluctuation of fuel oil and achieve the effect of wave-proof.
