Background

The waterproof coiled material is mainly used for building walls, roofs, tunnels, highways, refuse landfills and the like, can be curled into a roll-shaped flexible building material product for resisting external rainwater and underground water leakage, is used as a leakage-free connection between an engineering foundation and a building, is a waterproof first barrier of the whole engineering, and plays a vital role in the whole engineering. The waterproof material is divided into asphalt waterproof coiled material, macromolecule modified asphalt waterproof coiled material and macromolecule waterproof coiled material according to different main component materials. The waterproof roll is required to have good water resistance, stability to temperature change (no flow, no bubble, no disturbance at high temperature, no brittle fracture at low temperature), certain mechanical strength, extensibility and fracture resistance, certain flexibility and aging resistance and the like. However, the comprehensive performance of the existing polymer waterproof roll needs to be further improved. Chinese patent CN105602477A discloses a cement adhesive for a polymer waterproof membrane, a composite waterproof roll and a preparation method thereof. The waterproof roll comprises a waterproof substrate, a release film and a reaction adhesive layer positioned between the waterproof substrate and the release film, wherein the waterproof substrate is a high-molecular waterproof film; the reaction adhesive layer comprises 40-50 parts by weight of carboxyl rubber, 5-15 parts by weight of a water reducing agent and 40-50 parts by weight of softening oil. The reactive bonding process of the adhesive and the cement is further accelerated and the bonding force is enhanced by the chemical reaction of the R-COOH group in the carboxyl rubber and the-SO 3H group in the water reducing agent and/or the R-COOH group and the CSH gel. However, the combination of the carboxyl rubber and the water reducing agent leads to a certain sacrifice of the flexibility and the strength of the waterproof coiled material.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects: according to the invention, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, styrene-butadiene rubber, diatomite, asphalt, a dispersing agent, a defoaming agent and an ultraviolet absorbent are mixed together, preheated and stirred, then press-polished and formed in a press-polished forming machine to obtain a waterproof substrate layer, and a waterproof layer of ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer 4, acrylic ester, diatomite, a silane coupling agent and naphtha in certain parts by weight is coated on the waterproof substrate layer, so that the finally obtained waterproof coiled material has an excellent waterproof effect and good flexibility.

Example 2

A preparation method of a waterproof roll specifically comprises the following steps:

s1: mixing 95 parts of ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, 90 parts of styrene butadiene rubber, 150 parts of diatomite, 400 parts of asphalt, 5 parts of sodium oleate, 5 parts of polyether modified organic silicon type defoaming agent and UV-98 parts of ultraviolet absorbent together, preheating to 110 ℃, stirring for 6 hours, and then performing press polish forming at 70 ℃ in a press polish forming machine to obtain the waterproof substrate layer.

S2: 60 parts by weight of ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, 50 parts by weight of acrylate, 22 parts by weight of diatomite, 6 parts by weight of vinyltrimethoxysilane and 45 parts by weight of naphtha are heated to a molten state, mixed for 50min and uniformly coated on the waterproof substrate layer in the step S1.

Example 3

A preparation method of a waterproof roll specifically comprises the following steps:

s1: mixing 85 parts of ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, 75 parts of styrene butadiene rubber, 120 parts of diatomite, 340 parts of asphalt, 4 parts of carboxylate, 4 parts of polyether modified organic silicon type defoaming agent and UV-5316 parts of ultraviolet absorbent together, preheating to 100 ℃, stirring for 5 hours, and then performing press molding at 65 ℃ in a press molding machine to obtain the waterproof substrate layer.

S2: 50 parts by weight of ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, 40 parts by weight of acrylic ester, 18 parts by weight of diatomite, 4 parts by weight of vinyltris (beta-methoxyethoxy) silane and 35 parts by weight of naphtha are heated to a molten state, mixed for 40min and uniformly coated on the waterproof substrate layer in the step S1.

Example 4

A preparation method of a waterproof roll specifically comprises the following steps:

s1: mixing 90 parts by weight of ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, 85 parts by weight of styrene-butadiene rubber, 130 parts by weight of diatomite, 380 parts by weight of asphalt, 5 parts by weight of alkyl quaternary ammonium salt, 5 parts by weight of polyether modified organic silicon type defoaming agent and UV-3277 parts by weight of ultraviolet absorbent together, preheating to 105 ℃, stirring for 5.5 hours, and then performing press-polishing molding in a press-polishing molding machine at 65 ℃ to obtain the waterproof substrate layer.

S2: 55 parts of ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, 45 parts of acrylate, 20 parts of diatomite, 5 parts of vinyl tri (beta-methoxyethoxy) silane and 40 parts of naphtha by weight are heated to a molten state, mixed for 45min and uniformly coated on the waterproof substrate layer in the step S1.

Performance testing: the application performance test is carried out on the waterproof coiled material prepared in the embodiment 1-4: after the surface of the test concrete is cleaned to remove dirt, the waterproof coiled material is adhered on the surface of the test concrete after the release film is removed, the impermeability, 180-degree peel strength and elongation at break of the waterproof coiled material are tested, and the test results are shown in the following table 1,
