1. A roasting apparatus for charcoal calcination, characterized by: comprises a furnace body (1), a heating device (2), a waste discharge pipeline (3) and a mobile trolley (4);

at least two furnace chambers (101) are uniformly arrayed in the furnace body (1); a furnace wall (102) is fixed between two adjacent furnace chambers (101);

heating devices (2) are fixedly arranged on two sides in each furnace chamber (101);

a waste discharge pipeline (3) is fixedly communicated with the inner top of each furnace chamber (101);

a movable trolley (4) is in clearance fit in each furnace chamber (101), and charcoal to be calcined and roasted is placed on the movable trolley (4);

and a door body (5) is arranged on each furnace chamber (101).

2. The roasting apparatus for charcoal calcination according to claim 1, wherein each of said chambers (101) has guide grooves (103) formed on an opposite inner side wall thereof.

3. A roasting apparatus for charcoal calcination according to claim 2, wherein said moving carriage (4) is fixed with guide bars (401) on one opposite outer side; the outer side surface of the guide strip (401) is in sliding fit with the inner wall of the guide groove (103).

The roasting apparatus for charcoal calcination according to claim 3, wherein casters are fixedly installed at the bottom of said traveling carriage (4); the caster wheels positioned at the two sides of the front part of the mobile trolley (4) adopt fixed caster wheels (402); the casters positioned at the two sides of the rear part of the mobile trolley (4) adopt universal casters (403).

s01, placing charcoal to be calcined and roasted on the moving trolley (4);

s02, pushing each moving trolley (4) into the corresponding furnace chamber (101) respectively, and closing the door body (5) on the furnace chamber (101);

s03, opening the waste discharge pipeline (3), heating the interior of the furnace chamber (101) to a certain temperature through the heating device (2), and then baking for a period of time;

s04, after baking is completed, the heating device (2) is closed, after a period of time, the temperature is reduced to a proper temperature, discharging is carried out, and then the waste discharge pipeline (3) is closed.

Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of smelting and casting of copper products, and particularly relates to baking equipment for charcoal calcination and a using method thereof.

Background

At present, the demand of people on products is increased and the requirement on the quality of the products is gradually improved; among other things, the yield requirements and quality requirements for copper and copper alloy products are also increased. And the casting link is used as the first procedure in the production and processing process, and the quality of copper and copper alloy cast ingots plays an important role.

At present, charcoal is required to cover the surface of a metal melt in the process of casting copper and copper alloy, and the charcoal mainly has three functions: 1) preserving heat; 2) air is isolated, and air suction is prevented; 3) reducing the metal oxide. The calcined charcoal has good water absorption, is easy to absorb moisture in the processes of manufacturing, transporting and storing, and particularly absorbs moisture more seriously in rainy seasons and under indoor humid conditions. When the moist charcoal covers the surface of the metal melt, the defects of air holes and looseness of copper and copper alloy cast ingots can be caused, and finally the product is scrapped. Therefore, the calcination of the charcoal to obtain charcoal with good water absorption is also a crucial step. Accordingly, the present invention contemplates a roasting apparatus for charcoal calcination and a method of using the same.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide baking equipment for charcoal calcination and a using method thereof, which enable charcoal calcined and baked to have good water absorption and effectively reduce the loss of oxidation combustion of the charcoal through the effects of the baking equipment and the using method, thereby solving the problem of poor water absorption.

In order to solve the technical problems, the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:

the invention relates to a baking device for charcoal calcination, which comprises a furnace body, a heating device, a waste discharge pipeline and a movable trolley, wherein the furnace body is provided with a plurality of heating devices; at least two furnace chambers are uniformly arrayed in the furnace body; a furnace wall is fixed between two adjacent furnace chambers; heating devices are fixedly arranged on two sides in each furnace chamber; a waste discharge pipeline is fixedly communicated with the inner top of each furnace chamber; a moving trolley is in clearance fit with the inner part of each furnace chamber, and charcoal to be calcined and roasted is placed on the moving trolley; and each furnace chamber is provided with a door body. The charcoal calcining and baking device comprises a furnace body, a plurality of moving trolleys, a plurality of heating units and a plurality of baking units, wherein the plurality of furnace chambers are arranged in the furnace body, so that the charcoal on the plurality of moving trolleys can be calcined and baked each time, and the production efficiency is obviously improved; and a certain amount of charcoal is dispersed on the plurality of moving trolleys, so that when the same amount of charcoal is calcined and roasted, the invention also has the advantages of more uniform and full calcining and roasting effect, thereby achieving good water absorption and effectively reducing the loss of oxidation combustion of the charcoal.

Furthermore, a guide groove is formed in the inner side wall of each furnace chamber; the guide groove aims to limit the moving path of the moving trolley and accurately control the distance between the moving trolley and the heating devices on the two sides, so that the calcination and baking effects of the temperature on the charcoal on the moving trolley are accurately controlled.

Furthermore, guide strips are fixed on the opposite outer sides of the moving trolley; the outer side surface of the guide strip is in sliding fit with the inner wall of the guide groove; the purpose of gib block is that higher and guide way carry out sliding fit, ensure the smooth and easy nature of removal.

Furthermore, the bottom of the movable trolley is fixedly provided with a caster; the trundles positioned on the two sides of the front part of the movable trolley adopt fixed trundles; the casters positioned on the two sides of the rear part of the movable trolley adopt universal casters; the fixed caster wheels are arranged at the front part of the bottom of the movable trolley and the universal caster wheels are arranged at the rear part of the bottom of the movable trolley, so that the fixed caster wheels are used for stabilizing the moving direction and facilitating the smooth movement in the guide grooves; the universal caster wheels are convenient to submit the moving direction of the moving trolley and adjust the moving direction; the whole body achieves the smoothness of moving into the furnace chamber.

A method of using a roasting apparatus for charcoal calcination, comprising the steps of:

s01, placing charcoal to be calcined and baked on the moving trolley;

s02, respectively pushing each moving trolley into the corresponding furnace chamber, and closing a door body on the furnace chamber;

s03, opening the waste discharge pipeline, heating the furnace chamber to a certain temperature by the heating device, and then baking for a period of time;

and S04, after baking is finished, closing the heating device, discharging the furnace after a period of time until the temperature is reduced to a proper temperature, and closing the waste discharge pipeline.

The invention has the following beneficial effects:

through the action of the baking equipment and the using method, the charcoal after being calcined and baked has good water absorption, and the loss of the charcoal due to oxidative combustion is effectively reduced.

Referring to fig. 1 to 5, the present invention is a baking apparatus for charcoal calcination, comprising a furnace body 1, a heating device 2, a waste discharge pipe 3 and a mobile cart 4; at least two furnace chambers 101 are uniformly arrayed in the furnace body 1; a furnace wall 102 is fixed between two adjacent furnace chambers 101; the heating devices 2 are fixedly arranged on two sides inside each furnace chamber 101; a waste discharge pipeline 3 is fixedly communicated with the inner top of each furnace chamber 101; a moving trolley 4 is in clearance fit in each furnace chamber 101, and charcoal to be calcined and baked is placed on the moving trolley 4; each of the oven chambers 101 is provided with a door body 5.

The furnace body 1 is internally provided with a plurality of furnace chambers 101, so that charcoal on a plurality of moving trolleys 4 can be calcined and roasted each time, and the production efficiency is obviously improved; and a certain amount of charcoal is dispersed on the plurality of moving trolleys 4, so that when the same amount of charcoal is calcined and roasted, the invention also has the advantages of more uniform and full calcining and roasting effect, thereby achieving good water absorption and effectively reducing the loss of oxidation combustion of the charcoal.

Preferably, a guide groove 103 is formed in an opposite inner side wall of each cavity 101; the purpose of the guide groove 103 is to limit the moving path of the moving trolley 4 and to accurately control the distance between the moving trolley 4 and the heating devices 2 on both sides, so as to accurately control the calcination and baking effect of the temperature on the charcoal on the moving trolley 4.

Preferably, a guide bar 401 is fixed on one opposite outer side of the moving trolley 4; the outer side surface of the guide strip 401 is in sliding fit with the inner wall of the guide groove 103; the purpose of the guide bar 401 is to be in sliding fit with the guide groove 103 to a higher degree, thereby ensuring smooth movement.

Preferably, the bottom of the movable trolley 4 is fixedly provided with a caster; the castors positioned at the two sides of the front part of the mobile trolley 4 adopt fixed castors 402; the casters at the two sides of the rear part of the movable trolley 4 are universal casters 403; the fixed caster 402 is arranged at the front part of the bottom of the movable trolley 4, and the universal caster 403 is arranged at the rear part of the bottom of the movable trolley 4, so that the fixed caster 402 is used for stabilizing the moving direction and is convenient to move smoothly in the guide groove 103; the universal caster 403 is convenient for submitting the moving direction of the moving trolley 4 and adjusting the moving direction; the whole body can move smoothly into the furnace chamber 101.
