For example, some operations/steps may be decomposed, combined or partially combined, so that the actual execution sequence may be changed according to the actual situation.

Some embodiments of the present application will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. The embodiments described below and the features of the embodiments can be combined with each other without conflict.

Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic flowchart illustrating a method for pre-protection against brake failure according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.

As shown in fig. 1, the method includes steps S1 through S5.

Step S1, arranging a heat dissipation assembly at the rear suspension of the whole vehicle;

step S2, arranging a first cooling pipeline connected with the heat dissipation assembly in the brake shoe;

step S3, monitoring the temperature of the brake shoe in real time;

step S4, when the temperature of the brake shoe is monitored to be between a first preset temperature and a second preset temperature, the heat dissipation assembly is started to conduct circulating heat dissipation;

and step S5, when the temperature of the brake shoe is monitored to be higher than a second preset temperature, an alarm is given out.

It should be noted that, in step S3, the temperature of the brake shoes may be measured by using a temperature sensor, and the measured temperature is fed back to an instrument in the cab, so that the driver can know the temperature of the brake shoes in time, and the temperature sensor used in this embodiment is an infrared temperature sensor.

Further, as shown in fig. 2, the heat dissipating assembly includes: the radiator comprises an expansion water tank, a radiator, an electric gear pump and a fan arranged at the front end of the radiator, wherein the radiating components are all arranged at the tail beam of a vehicle body.

It should be noted that, as shown in fig. 4, when the first cooling pipeline connected to the heat sink assembly is disposed in the brake shoe, the first cooling pipeline is disposed in the wear warning area of the brake shoe, so as to effectively prevent the pipeline from being worn out, which may result in liquid leakage in the cooling pipeline.

In a preferred embodiment, in addition to the first cooling pipeline arranged on the brake shoe sheet, a second cooling pipeline is arranged on the brake drum, and the first cooling pipeline and the second cooling pipeline are cooled together to greatly improve the cooling efficiency of the brake.

Specifically, as shown in fig. 2 and fig. 3, the heat dissipation assembly is opened to perform circulating heat dissipation, specifically, normal-temperature water is filled in the expansion water tank, the expansion water tank has a certain pressure, and normal-temperature water in the expansion water tank can be pumped into the heat dissipation assembly, and the normal-temperature water passes through the radiator and is cooled to low-temperature water by the radiator, and the low-temperature water flows into the first cooling pipeline and the second cooling pipeline, and the low-temperature water in the first cooling pipeline and the second cooling pipeline can absorb heat in the brake shoe and the brake drum to cool the brake shoe and the brake drum. The low temperature water in the first cooling pipeline and the second cooling pipeline becomes high temperature water because of absorbing the heat, the high temperature water is pumped into the radiator by the electric gear pump once more, it is low temperature water to cool off high temperature by the radiator, flow into first cooling pipeline and second cooling pipeline once more, be brake shoe and brake drum cooling temperature once more, and so circulate and reach the purpose of circulation heat dissipation cooling, and the front end of radiator has increased the fan, can increase the heat-sinking capability of radiator, improve the efficiency that the radiator cools off the high temperature water into low temperature water.

Further, the first preset temperature is 70% of the maximum allowable brake shoe temperature, and the second preset temperature is 90% of the maximum allowable brake shoe temperature. Brake shoeThe maximum permissible temperature is determined by calibration tests, and the braking force for braking is a m/s under the condition that the vehicle is fully loaded2The maximum brake shoe temperature to achieve the braking force is b ℃, and the temperature at the moment is the maximum allowable brake shoe temperature. The maximum temperature allowed by the brake shoe is different when different braking forces of vehicles are different.

Further, the first preset temperature is set to be 70% of the maximum temperature allowed by the brake shoe, the second preset temperature is 90% of the maximum temperature allowed by the brake shoe, the heat dissipation assembly can be started when the temperature reaches 70% of the maximum temperature allowed by the brake shoe, the brake shoe and the brake drum are cooled through the circulating heat dissipation and cooling method, when the temperature reaches 90% of the allowed temperature, the cooling method cannot meet the safety requirement, the brake shoe is too hot, the brake force is greatly reduced, danger is generated when the vehicle continues to drive, and at the moment, a voice prompt is sent out in the cab to remind a driver of taking emergency measures, such as rushing up a high-speed slope danger avoiding lane and the like.

Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic block diagram illustrating a structure of a brake failure pre-protection device according to an embodiment of the present application.

As shown in fig. 2, the apparatus includes:

the temperature sensor is used for monitoring the temperature of the brake shoe in real time; the heat dissipation assembly is arranged at the rear suspension of the whole vehicle; the first cooling pipeline is connected with the heat dissipation assembly and arranged inside the brake shoe;

the heat dissipation assembly is used for circularly dissipating heat when the temperature of the brake shoe monitored by the temperature sensor is between a first preset temperature and a second preset temperature;

the temperature sensor is also used for sending a high-temperature signal to enable the alarm to send out an alarm when the temperature of the brake shoe is monitored to be at a second preset temperature.

In some embodiments, the temperature sensor is further connected with an instrument of a cab, when the temperature of the brake shoe is measured, the temperature is fed back to the instrument, so that a driver can know the temperature of the brake shoe in time, and the temperature sensor adopted in the embodiment is an infrared temperature sensor.

Preferably, radiator unit all sets up in the tail boom department of whole car rear overhang, and radiator unit has included expansion tank, radiator, electronic gear pump and setting are in the fan of radiator front end.

In a preferred embodiment, in addition to the first cooling pipeline arranged on the brake shoe sheet, the second cooling pipeline is arranged on the brake drum, and the first cooling pipeline and the second cooling pipeline are cooled together to greatly improve the cooling efficiency of the brake.

Specifically, the expansion tank is filled with water at normal temperature, and the expansion tank has certain pressure, can pump the normal temperature water in it into radiator unit, and normal temperature water passes through the radiator, is the low temperature water with the normal temperature water cooling by the radiator, and low temperature rivers flow into first cooling pipeline and second cooling pipeline, and the low temperature water in first cooling pipeline and the second cooling pipeline can absorb the heat in brake shoe and the brake drum, for brake shoe and the cooling of brake drum.

It is worth mentioning that the temperature sensor is used for monitoring the temperature of the brake shoes in real time, wherein the first preset temperature is set to be 70% of the maximum temperature allowed by the brake shoes, the second preset temperature is 90% of the maximum temperature allowed by the brake shoes, when the temperature reaches 70% of the maximum temperature allowed by the brake shoes, the brake drum and the brake shoes can be cooled through the device and the circulating cooling method, when the temperature reaches 90% of the allowed temperature, the cooling method has no effect, the brake shoes are already over-high in temperature, the braking force is greatly reduced, running is continued to generate danger, and at the moment, a voice prompt is sent out in a cab to remind a driver of taking emergency measures, such as rushing up a high-speed slope danger-avoiding lane and the like.

Furthermore, the maximum temperature allowed by the brake shoe is obtained by a calibration test, and the braking force for braking is a m/s under the condition that the vehicle is fully loaded2The maximum brake shoe temperature to achieve the braking force is b ℃, and the temperature at the moment is the maximum allowable brake shoe temperature. The maximum temperature allowed by the brake shoe is different when different braking forces of vehicles are different.
