1. A food pasteurization apparatus of the rotary spray type, comprising:

Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of pasteurization setting, in particular to food pasteurization equipment adopting a rotary spraying mode.

Background

The pasteurization method is also called as low-temperature sterilization method or cold sterilization method, is a sterilization method invented by French biologist Louis and Pasteur in 1962, adopts lower temperature, and heats food within a specified time to achieve the purpose of killing microorganism nutriments, and is a method which can achieve the purpose of sterilization without damaging the quality of the food. The pasteurization heat treatment is relatively low, and heating is generally carried out at a temperature below the boiling point of water, and the heating medium is hot water. Pasteurization is widely used in the food processing industry, and different foods are pasteurized for different purposes.

When existing pasteurization equipment is used for disinfecting food with an outer package, most of the existing pasteurization equipment is used for soaking the food with the outer package in disinfectant, so that the using amount of the disinfectant is large, and the cost is increased. And after the disinfectant is used for a period of time, the disinfectant needs to be poured out and added again, so that labor waste is caused.

In view of the above, there is a need for a new type of food pasteurization apparatus using rotary spray type to overcome or at least alleviate all or some of the above-mentioned disadvantages.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention mainly aims to provide food pasteurization equipment adopting a rotary spraying mode, and aims to solve the technical problems of large usage amount and high cost of disinfectant of pasteurization equipment in the prior art.

the spray assembly comprises a water storage tank, a water outlet pipe, a heating tank and a spray head, the heating tank is arranged on the water outlet pipe, one end of the water outlet pipe is connected with the adapter, the other end of the water outlet pipe is connected with the water storage tank, and the spray head is communicated with the water outlet pipe;

the rotating assembly comprises a driving piece, a first driving wheel and a second driving wheel, the driving piece is in transmission connection with the first driving wheel, the first driving wheel is in transmission connection with the second driving wheel, and the second driving wheel is in transmission connection with the spray head so as to drive the spray head to rotate through the second driving wheel;

a through hole is formed at the bottom of the disinfection groove, the lower end of the through hole is connected with two drainage plates, water outlet ends of the two drainage plates form a water outlet hole, and the water outlet hole is communicated with the water storage tank;

and a liquid level detector is also arranged in the water storage tank and is in signal connection with the driving piece.

Preferably, the outlet pipe includes first section and second section, first section intercommunication the storage water tank with the water inlet of heating cabinet, the second section intercommunication the delivery port of heating cabinet with the shower nozzle, the second section is the hose.

Preferably, a first water pump is arranged on the first section, and a liquid level detector and a second water pump are arranged on the second section.

Preferably, a flow regulating valve is further arranged on the second section.

Preferably, a temperature detector is arranged in the heating box.

Preferably, the disinfection cover is provided with the baffle, first drive wheel with the second drive wheel all set up in on the baffle, the driving piece include the cylinder body and with the rotation axis that the cylinder body is connected, the cylinder body set up in disinfection cover outside top, the rotation axis stretches into in the disinfection cover with first drive wheel transmission is connected.

Preferably, the disinfection cover is further provided with an air heater, the air heater comprises a heating body and a fan, the heating body is arranged on the outer side wall of the disinfection cover, and the fan is arranged in the disinfection cover.

Preferably, a temperature sensor is further arranged in the disinfection cover and used for detecting the temperature in the disinfection cover.

the rotating assembly comprises a driving piece 71, a first driving wheel 72 and a second driving wheel 73, the driving piece 71 is in transmission connection with the first driving wheel 72, the first driving wheel 72 is in transmission connection with the second driving wheel 73, and the second driving wheel 73 is in transmission connection with the spray head 65 so as to drive the spray head 65 to rotate through the second driving wheel 73;

a through hole is formed at the bottom of the disinfection groove 2, the lower end of the through hole is connected with two drainage plates 11, water outlet ends of the two drainage plates 11 form a water outlet hole 13, and the water outlet hole 13 is communicated with the water storage tank 61;

In the above embodiment, the food to be sterilized is placed on the conveying member 3 so that the food moves along with the conveying member 3, the spray head 65 of the spraying assembly is hollow, the water storage tank 61 contains the disinfectant, the heating tank 64 is used for heating the disinfectant flowing into the water storage tank 61 to a preset temperature and then flowing into the spray head 65 from the water delivery pipe, then the disinfectant is sprayed out of the spray head 65 and sprayed onto the outer package of the food for sterilization, and the purpose of heating the disinfectant is to ensure the sterilization effect. The first driving wheel 72 is driven to rotate by the driving part 71, and then the second driving wheel 73 is driven to rotate, so that the spray head 65 in transmission connection with the second driving wheel 73 rotates, the spraying is more uniform, and the disinfection effect is improved; meanwhile, the sprayed water flows into the water storage tank 61 through the drainage holes 13 by the drainage plate 11, so that the recycling of the sterilized water is realized, the resources are saved, the manual discharge of the waste water is not needed, and the manpower is saved. The invention has the advantages of realizing the recycling of the sterilized water and saving manpower. This embodiment is particularly suitable for sterilization of food items with an outer package. The disinfectant can be water, and the water after disinfection can be recycled after being heated and disinfected by the heating box 64, so that the water consumption is reduced, and the disinfection time of food to be disinfected can be controlled by controlling the speed of the conveying part 3.

As a preferable implementation mode of the above embodiment, the water outlet pipe comprises a first section 62 and a second section 63, the first section 62 is communicated with the water storage tank 61 and the water inlet of the heating tank 64, the second section 63 is communicated with the water outlet of the heating tank 64 and the spray head 65, and the second section 63 is a hose.
