Technical Field

Background

The amphibious vehicle combines the dual performance of the vehicle and the ship, has good amphibious traffic performance, and is an important transportation tool. In order to improve the navigation performance of vehicles in water, a breakwater device is required.

The traditional breakwater device adopts an upward-tipping unfolding mode, and adopts a manual or manual hydraulic pump to realize unfolding and retraction. In addition, the mechanism is fully operated manually for unfolding and folding, so that the workload of operators is increased; the vehicle can not be unfolded and retracted in the running motion state, and the possibility of casualties is inevitably increased if war and parking operation occur.

In order to solve the defects in the prior art, the invention designs the wave-proof plate device for the amphibious vehicle, which is used for solving the technical problems.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:

1) a downward-tilting design structure is adopted, the body of the rear breakwater plate is retracted to cover the lower part of the front part of the vehicle body, and the breakwater plate does not need to be opened for daily maintenance in the power cabin;

2) the unfolding and folding actions are controlled by one key, so that the working intensity of a driver is reduced;

3) when the anti-wave board is installed, the control module of the electric push rod in the anti-wave board control box is adjusted, so that the extending and retracting speed of the electric push rod is adjusted, the unfolding and retracting time of the anti-wave board is controlled, and when the unfolding and retracting time of the anti-wave board is short, the unfolding and retracting time is not more than 30 s.

The working principle of the invention is as follows:

the driver presses down the wave-proof plate unfolding switch, the processing and the recognition are carried out in the electric push rod control box, the electric push rod extends out, the electric push rod control box sends out an in-place signal after the electric push rod is in place, and the electric push rod stops working and is limited and locked; the electric push rod is connected with the breakwater assembly through the pull rod, the transmission shaft, the push rod and the connecting rod, and finally the stretching out and the retracting of the electric push rod are converted into the rotation of the breakwater assembly, so that the functions of unfolding and retracting the breakwater are achieved.

The specific operation is finished by a driver in the vehicle:

1) unfolding the breakwater: when the breakwater assembly 1 is in the retraction position (as shown in fig. 2), a driver operates the breakwater control switch on the panel to be switched to the unfolding position, the electric push rod control box receives an unfolding instruction, and the electric push rod 5 extends out to drive the breakwater assembly 1 to turn and unfold; when the breakwater assembly 1 is turned to the unfolding position, the automatic stop is carried out, the electric push rod control box sends an unfolding in-place signal to the driver display terminal, and after the driver sees the unfolding in-place signal of the breakwater, the driver dials the breakwater control switch on the driver control panel to the middle position, so that the unfolding of the breakwater is completed. Meanwhile, the electric push rod 5 is locked, and the unfolded state of the wave-proof plate is ensured to be unchanged when the vehicle sails on water.

2) And (4) retracting the breakwater: when the breakwater assembly 1 is in the unfolding position (as shown in fig. 1), a driver operates the breakwater control switch on the panel to be switched to the retracting position, the electric push rod control box receives a retracting command, and the electric push rod 5 retracts to drive the breakwater assembly 1 to turn over and retract; when the surfboard assembly 1 is turned to the withdrawing position, the automatic stop is carried out, the electric push rod control box sends a withdrawing in-place signal to the driver display terminal, and after the driver sees the surfboard withdrawing in-place signal, the driver dials the surfboard control switch on the control panel to the middle position, so that the surfboard withdrawing is completed. Meanwhile, the electric push rod 5 is locked, so that the wave-proof plate is kept in a retracted state when the vehicle runs on land.
