5. The oil removing treatment process for the raw material methanol in the hydrogen production process from methanol as claimed in claim 4, wherein the mixing mass ratio of the raw material methanol with oil to the desalted water is 3: 10-7: 10.

Background

Hydrogen has a wide range of industrial uses. In recent years, the demand for pure hydrogen is rapidly increased due to rapid development of hydrogen peroxide prepared by a fine chemical method and an anthraquinone method, powder metallurgy, grease hydrogenation, forestry and agricultural product hydrogenation, bioengineering, petroleum refining hydrogenation, hydrogen fuel cleaning automobiles and the like. For areas without convenient hydrogen sources, if the traditional method for producing hydrogen by separating and producing gas by using petroleum, natural gas or coal as raw materials needs huge investment, "being equivalent to half synthetic ammonia", is only suitable for large-scale users. The hydrogen can be conveniently prepared by electrolyzing water for medium and small users, but the energy consumption is very large, the power consumption of hydrogen per cubic meter reaches 6 ℃, the hydrogen purity is not ideal, the impurities are more, and the scale is limited, so in recent years, a plurality of manufacturers for preparing hydrogen by electrolyzing water are technically improved, and a new process route for preparing hydrogen by converting methanol steam is changed. The methanol is convenient to transport, the purity of hydrogen production by methanol hydrogen production is high, the construction cost is low, the energy consumption is low, and the like; therefore, a large number of domestic oil refining chemical enterprises adopt methanol hydrogen production devices as hydrogen supply of the whole plant, and the total number of the devices exceeds 60. Most of the methanol is transported by a return oil tank truck, little residual oil in the special methanol tank truck is carried into the methanol and is carried into the existing methanol hydrogen production device, the diesel oil is slightly soluble in the methanol, and the diesel oil is difficult to separate by using a conventional method. The methanol with oil enters the cracking reactor, which affects the activity and stability of the catalyst, reduces the service life of the cracking catalyst, and generates hydrocarbons containing pungent odor such as benzene, ethylene oxide and the like under the action of the copper catalyst to be taken out along with the cracking gas, thereby aggravating the generation of peculiar smell and polluting the environment. And the oil phase enters the VPSA system along with the pyrolysis gas, is attached to the surface of the adsorbent, cannot be desorbed, gradually loses the adsorption capacity, and reduces the service life and the adsorption strength of the adsorbent.

In conclusion, the methanol with oil has obvious influence on the catalyst and the adsorbent of the device, generates peculiar smell to pollute the environment, and is imperative in removing oil.

Disclosure of Invention

The purpose of the invention is as follows: in order to prevent the catalyst and the adsorbent of the methanol hydrogen production device from being influenced by the oil content of the raw material methanol, the raw material methanol oil removal treatment process in the methanol hydrogen production process is provided.

The invention comprises the following steps:

a methanol oil removal treatment process for raw materials in a methanol hydrogen production process comprises the following steps: step one, mixing raw material methanol with oil with desalted water through a mixer to form a methanol water solution; and step two, after the methanol aqueous solution enters a coarse filter to filter out existing mechanical impurities, the methanol aqueous solution enters an oil-water separation coalescer, an oil phase is gathered and discharged from the top end of the coalescer, and the methanol aqueous solution after oil removal enters a methanol cracking reaction process part.

The preferable technical scheme is as follows: the raw material methanol with oil is fully mixed with the desalted water through a mixer under the working pressure of 2-3 mpa.

According to the preferred technical scheme, the raw material methanol with oil is fully mixed with the desalted water through a mixer under the working pressure of 2.5 mpa.

The preferable technical scheme is that the content of the raw material methanol oil with oil is 500-10000 ppm.

According to the preferable technical scheme, the mixing mass ratio of the raw material methanol with oil to the desalted water is 3: 10-7: 10.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects: the methanol extraction oil removal process combines a mixer and a coalescer (including rough filtration protection) through careful design, and has the following obvious advantages:

1) the conventional methanol hydrogen production process flow is basically not changed, but the full mixing and coalescence separation of the methanol water solution are added, and the change of the process flow is small. The whole processing flow of the original main body production device is not influenced.

2) The process combination of the mixer and the coalescer has the characteristics of rapid dissolution and extraction, and the production cost is low. The filter element is replaced for 1 time in 2-5 years, and the maintenance is convenient.

3) The invention is only provided with the mixer, the conventional rough filtration protection filter and the conventional oil-water separation coalescer, which are common pressure vessels and equipment in the chemical industry, and has no special equipment technology, low purchasing and construction cost, simple and convenient operation and no technical barrier.

Detailed Description

The process flow is as follows; methanol is mixed from the raw material methanol pump → demineralized water → methanol-water mixer → coarse filtration protector → deoiling coalescer → to reactor:

Example 1

And conditions are created for the next step of coalescence removal.

3) In order to prevent the methanol aqueous solution from carrying mechanical impurities, the turbid methanol aqueous solution with oil drops enters a rough filter to filter out the mechanical impurities.

4) The methanol aqueous solution after filtering mechanical impurities enters a coalescer, and suspended oil drops are coalesced into large oil drops which are gathered on the upper part of the methanol aqueous solution to be removed.

5) Most of the oil phase of the treated methanol aqueous solution is removed, the oil content is reduced to below 50ppm, and the aqueous solution is in a completely clear turbine state.

Example 2

1) The external raw material methanol of the device contains dissolved oil phase; the content of the raw material methanol oil is increased to more than 2.5mpa by a methanol pump, and the raw material methanol oil is mixed with desalted water according to the mass ratio of the methanol to the desalted water of 7: 10;

2) and the merged methanol water enters a mixer for fully mixing to form a uniform methanol water solution. Methanol is completely dissolved in water, but the oil phase is not mutually soluble with water, so under the action of water, the oil phase can only be uniformly suspended in the methanol aqueous solution in an oil drop form, cannot be dissolved and is in a turbid state. And conditions are created for the next step of coalescence removal.

3) In order to prevent the methanol aqueous solution from carrying mechanical impurities, the turbid methanol aqueous solution with oil drops enters a rough filter to filter out the mechanical impurities.

4) The methanol aqueous solution after filtering mechanical impurities enters a coalescer, and suspended oil drops are coalesced into large oil drops which are gathered on the upper part of the methanol aqueous solution to be removed.

5) Most of the oil phase of the treated methanol aqueous solution is removed, the oil content is reduced to below 50ppm, and the aqueous solution is in a completely clear turbine state.

Example 3

1) The external raw material methanol of the device contains dissolved oil phase, and the content of the raw material methanol oil is 6000 ppm; boosting the pressure to be more than 2.5mpa by a methanol pump, and mixing the pressure with desalted water according to the mass ratio of the methanol to the desalted water of 5: 10;

2) and the merged methanol water enters a mixer for fully mixing to form a uniform methanol water solution. Methanol is completely dissolved in water, but the oil phase is not mutually soluble with water, so under the action of water, the oil phase can only be uniformly suspended in the methanol aqueous solution in an oil drop form, cannot be dissolved and is in a turbid state. And conditions are created for the next step of coalescence removal.

3) In order to prevent the methanol aqueous solution from carrying mechanical impurities, the turbid methanol aqueous solution with oil drops enters a rough filter to filter out the mechanical impurities.
