A glue-free adhesive comprising 22-28 wt% of gum arabic, 5-10 wt% of casein, 6-9 wt% of polyvinylpyrrolidone and 58-67 wt% of water, wherein the gum arabic has a relative molecular weight of 200,000-240,000, the casein has a relative molecular weight of 2,000-2,100, and the polyvinylpyrrolidone has a K value of 13-33.

2. The glue-free adhesive according to claim 1, wherein the gum arabic has a relative molecular weight of 210,000 to 230,000 and a density at 20 ℃ of 1.35 to 1.4g/cm3

3. The glue-free adhesive according to claim 1, wherein the casein has a relative molecular weight of 2,050 to 2,080 and a density of 1.13 to 1.15g/cm at 20 ℃3

4. The glue-free adhesive of claim 1, wherein the polyvinylpyrrolidone is PVP K15, PVP K17, PVP K25, or PVP K30.

5. The glue-free adhesive of claim 1, which consists of 25 wt% of gum arabic, 7.5 wt% of casein, 7.5 wt% of polyvinylpyrrolidone, and 60 wt% of water.

6. The glue-free adhesive of claim 1, further comprising an additional inert ingredient.

7. The glue-free adhesive according to claim 1, wherein the glue-free adhesive has a viscosity of 190 to 220 mPa-s.

8. A glue-free decorative kit comprising a decorative article and a container comprising the glue-free adhesive of any one of claims 1 to 7.

9. The glue-free trim kit of claim 8, wherein the trim is an artificial eyelash, an artificial double eyelid, an artificial nose bridge patch, or other cosmetic trim.

10. A method of using an artificial eyelash comprising:

(1) applying the glue-free adhesive of any one of claims 1 to 7 to artificial eyelashes or real eyelashes in a step of making up the artificial eyelashes, and then pressing the artificial eyelashes and the real eyelashes together;

(2) in the step of removing the artificial eyelashes, the artificial eyelashes are pulled out directly from the real eyelashes without any adhesive remover.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of cosmetics, in particular to a glue-free adhesive and glue-free artificial eyelashes containing the glue-free adhesive.

Background

False eyelashes are usually connected to real eyelashes via an adhesive, but during makeup removal, the adhesive is often present on the remaining real eyelashes, thus requiring the use of an adhesive remover to remove these residues. Because the eyelashes are located close to the eyes, the use of an adhesive remover is not easy to handle, and it is also easy for the remover to get into the eyes, causing damage to the eyes.

To avoid this, the hair magnet connecting part is opened to connect the false eyelashes with the upper and lower eyelashes, and the false eyelashes are attached to the real eyelashes using, for example, a magnetic eyeliner. However, a small amount of adhesive is also required in this process, and the adhesive-free magnet connecting portion has insufficient viscosity and is likely to shift or fall off during wearing.

In this regard, the present invention provides a glue-free adhesive in an attempt to solve one or more problems in the art.

Disclosure of Invention

In one aspect of the present invention, there is provided a glue-free adhesive comprising 22 to 28% by weight of gum arabic, 5 to 10% by weight of casein, 6 to 9% by weight of polyvinylpyrrolidone, and 58 to 67% by weight of water, wherein the gum arabic has a relative molecular weight of 200,000 to 240,000, the casein has a relative molecular weight of 2,000 to 2,100, and the polyvinylpyrrolidone has a K value of 13 to 33.

In one embodiment, the gum arabic has a relative molecular weight of 210,000 to 230,000. In another embodiment, the gum arabic has a density of 1.35 to 1.4g/cm at 20 ℃3. In one embodiment, the casein has a relative molecular weight of 2,050 to 2,080. In another embodiment, the casein has a density of 1.13 to 1.15g/cm at 20 ℃3. In one embodiment, the polyvinylpyrrolidone is PVP K15, PVP K17, PVP K25 or PVP K30.

In one embodiment, the glue-free adhesive consists of 25 wt.% of gum arabic, 7.5 wt.% of casein, 7.5 wt.% of polyvinylpyrrolidone, and 60 wt.% of water. In another embodiment, the glue-free adhesive further comprises additional inert ingredients. In yet another embodiment, the non-adhesive has a viscosity of 190 to 220mPa · s.

In another aspect of the present invention, there is provided a glue-free decoration set comprising a decoration and a container containing a glue-free binder, wherein the glue-free binder comprises 22 to 28% by weight of gum arabic, 5 to 10% by weight of casein, 6 to 9% by weight of polyvinylpyrrolidone, and 58 to 67% by weight of water, wherein the gum arabic has a relative molecular weight of 200,000 to 240,000, the casein has a relative molecular weight of 2,000 to 2,100, and the polyvinylpyrrolidone has a K value of 13 to 33.

(2) in the step of removing the artificial eyelashes, the artificial eyelashes are pulled out directly from the real eyelashes without any adhesive remover.

The present inventors have extensively studied and found that the above adhesive-free adhesive can be easily removed without or substantially without residue while ensuring the necessary use viscosity, thereby avoiding the use of an adhesive remover. The artificial eyelashes of the invention are used in a process similar to that of the artificial eyelashesThe notepaper is simple in bonding and easy to remove, but has enough viscosity, and cannot cause the displacement or falling off of the artificial eyelashes in the using process.

Detailed Description

In the following description, for purposes of explanation, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the various exemplary embodiments. It may be evident, however, that the various exemplary embodiments may be practiced with one or more equivalent arrangements without these specific details.

The adhesive comprises 22-28 wt% of Arabic gum, 5-10 wt% of casein, 6-9 wt% of polyvinylpyrrolidone and 58-67 wt% of water, wherein the Arabic gum has a relative molecular weight of 200,000-240,000, the casein has a relative molecular weight of 2,000-2,100, and the polyvinylpyrrolidone has a K value of 13-33.

In this context, "adhesive-free" means that after the bonding is performed, no adhesive remover is required to remove the bonding during the process of removing the bond, and there is substantially no adhesive residue.

In one embodiment, the gum arabic has a relative molecular weight of 210,000 to 230,000, preferably 220,000. In another embodiment, the gum arabic has a density of 1.35 to 1.4g/cm at 20 ℃3E.g. 1.35, 1.36, 1.37, 1.38, 1.39 or 1.40g/cm3. In yet another embodiment, the gum arabic may have a nitrogen content of 0.29 to 0.37% and a total ash content of 0.23 to 0.67, e.g., 0.28 to 0.59.

In one embodiment, the casein has a relative molecular weight of 2,050-2,080, such as 2,050, 2,060, 2,070, or 2,080. In another embodiment, the casein has a density of 1.13 to 1.15g/cm at 20 ℃3E.g. 1.14g/cm3. In one embodiment, the polyvinylpyrrolidone is PVP K15, PVP K17, PVP K25 or PVP K30.

In a preferred embodiment, the glue-free adhesive consists of 25 wt.% of gum arabic, 7.5 wt.% of casein, 7.5 wt.% of polyvinylpyrrolidone and 60 wt.% of water. In another embodiment, the glue-free adhesive consists of 25 wt.% of gum arabic, 6.5 wt.% of casein, 7 wt.% of polyvinylpyrrolidone, 60 wt.% of water, and the balance inert ingredients. The inert ingredient may be a non-irritating inert ingredient commonly used in mascara adhesives, such as colorants, fragrances, fillers, and the like.

In one embodiment, the viscosity of the glue-free adhesive may be 190 to 220 mPas, such as 190, 195, 200, 205, 210, 215, or 220 mPas. In a preferred embodiment, the viscosity of the glue-free adhesive is 195 to 205 mPas, such as 197 to 202 mPas. The viscosity in the range can ensure the normal use of the false eyelashes.

The glue-free decoration set provided by the invention comprises a decoration and a container containing the glue-free adhesive. In one embodiment, the embellishment is an artificial eyelash, an artificial double eyelid, an artificial nose bridge patch, or other cosmetic embellishment.

The invention provides an artificial eyelash using method, which comprises the following steps: (1) in the step of making up the artificial eyelashes, the glue-free adhesive is directly applied to the artificial eyelashes or the real eyelashes, and then the artificial eyelashes and the real eyelashes are directly pressed together; (2) in the step of removing the artificial eyelashes, the artificial eyelashes are directly pulled out from the real eyelashes without any adhesive remover.

Examples

The following examples are provided to illustrate the features of one or more embodiments, but it should be understood that the examples should not be construed as limiting the scope of the invention as claimed.

In the following examples, gum arabic, casein and polyvinylpyrrolidone, all of which had a relative molecular weight of 220,000 and a density of 1.35g/cm, were purchased from Aikang biomedical research and development Co., Ltd3Casein has a relative molecular weight of 2062 and a density of 1.144g/cm3. In addition, unless otherwise specified, the experiments were all performed at room temperature, and operations such as stirring were routine in the art.

Example 1

25g of gum arabic, 7.5g of casein and 7.5g of polyvinylpyrrolidone were mixed homogeneously in a beaker, followed by addition of 60g of water and stirring for 10 minutes until no precipitate was present. After standing for 15 minutes, the sample was taken out and set as sample 1.

Example 2

25g of gum arabic, 8g of casein and 7g of polyvinylpyrrolidone were mixed homogeneously in a beaker, followed by addition of 60g of water and stirring for 10 minutes until no precipitate was present. After standing for 15 minutes, the sample was taken out and set as sample 2.

Example 3

25g of gum arabic, 7g of casein and 8g of polyvinylpyrrolidone were mixed homogeneously in a beaker, followed by addition of 60g of water and stirring for 10 minutes until no precipitate was present. After standing for 15 minutes, the sample was taken out and set as sample 3.

Example 4

27g of gum arabic, 6g of casein and 7g of polyvinylpyrrolidone were mixed homogeneously in a beaker, followed by addition of 60g of water and stirring for 10 minutes until no precipitate was present. After standing for 15 minutes, the sample was taken out and set as sample 4.

Example 5

24g of gum arabic, 6g of casein and 7g of polyvinylpyrrolidone were mixed homogeneously in a beaker, followed by addition of 63g of water and stirring for 10 minutes until no precipitate was present. After standing for 15 minutes, the sample was taken out and set as sample 5.

Comparative example 1

20g of gum arabic, 8g of casein and 8g of polyvinylpyrrolidone were mixed homogeneously in a beaker, followed by addition of 64g of water and stirring for 10 minutes until no precipitate was present. After standing for 15 minutes, the sample was taken out and set as sample 6.

Comparative example 2

25g of gum arabic, 8g of casein and 10g of polyvinylpyrrolidone were mixed homogeneously in a beaker, followed by addition of 57g of water and stirring for 10 minutes until no precipitate was present. After standing for 15 minutes, the sample was taken out and set as sample 7.

Comparative example 3

25g of gum arabic, 4g of casein and 8g of polyvinylpyrrolidone were mixed homogeneously in a beaker, followed by addition of 63g of water and stirring for 10 minutes until no precipitate was present. After standing for 15 minutes, the sample was taken out and set as sample 8.

Comparative example 4

22g of gum arabic, 11g of casein and 10g of polyvinylpyrrolidone were mixed homogeneously in a beaker, followed by addition of 57g of water and stirring for 10 minutes until no precipitate was present. After standing for 15 minutes, the sample was taken out and set as sample 9.

Experimental example 1

Samples 1 to 9 were uniformly applied on an artificial eyelash a at the same weight, and then the artificial eyelash a was pressed to another artificial eyelash B, and the resulting eyelash was left for 8 hours on an eye simulator. The artificial eyelashes a were then directly pulled out of the artificial eyelashes B, and the remaining condition of the samples 1 to 8 on the artificial eyelashes B was visually observed.

It was observed that the samples 1 to 6 and 8 did not remain on the artificial eyelashes B, while the samples 7 and 9 had significant residue on the artificial eyelashes B.

Experimental example 2

Samples 1-9 were evenly applied to an artificial eyelash a at the same weight, and then the artificial eyelash a was pressed to another artificial eyelash B, and the resulting eyelash was moved on an eye simulator in a manner simulating opening and closing of the eyelash for 6 hours. During the run, it was found that the artificial eyelashes a bound by the sample 6 were peeled off, and the artificial eyelashes a bound by the sample 8 were misaligned, while the artificial eyelashes a bound by the remaining samples maintained their original positions.

The artificial eyelashes a were then directly pulled out from the artificial eyelashes B, and the remaining condition of the samples 1-5 on the artificial eyelashes B was visually observed. It was observed that samples 1 to 5 did not remain on the artificial eyelashes B, while samples 7 and 9 remained significantly on the artificial eyelashes B.

From the above, it can be seen that the glue-free adhesive of the present invention can secure sufficient adhesiveness to enable the artificial eyelashes to be firmly coupled to the true eyelashes, and can be simply removed in an extraction manner without significant residue, thereby eliminating the need for any adhesive remover. In addition, the glue-free adhesive is composed of components safe to human bodies, and even if a small amount of adhesive is mistakenly inserted into eyes, the adhesive can be removed only by washing with clear water.
