an electric core;

the second connecting part is arranged on one side of the fixing part and can be detachably matched with the earphone shell.

Technical Field

Background

With the continuous development of wireless technology, the original cable transmission mode is gradually replaced by wireless earphones. The wireless headset communicates with the terminal through a wireless communication protocol (such as bluetooth), and has the characteristics of wireless connection and convenient use compared with a wired headset. The recent true wireless interconnection stereo bluetooth headset is a typical wireless headset.

However, current small batteries used in bluetooth headsets do not fit quickly into the headset housing.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to overcome the defects in the prior art, the invention provides the battery, the battery protection assembly is welded on the battery core, the fixing part which is the support is adhered to the battery core, other parts are clamped, sleeved or adhered, the assembly of the battery is further completed, the position space relationship among the parts is reasonable, the whole battery is integrated, the structure is compact, and meanwhile, the battery can be rapidly assembled in the earphone shell through the clamping and matching of the support and the earphone shell.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:

an electric core;

the battery protection assembly is fixed on one side of the electric core and is fixedly connected with an electrode of the electric core;

the insulating part is arranged between the battery core and the battery protection assembly;

the fixing part can be detachably matched with the earphone shell.

the second connecting part is arranged on one side of the fixing part and can be detachably matched with the earphone shell.

In one embodiment, referring to fig. 1, the battery of the present application further includes a placing portion 51, the placing portion 51 is a groove formed on the fixing portion 5, the second connecting portion 6 is fixed in the groove, specifically, the fixing portion 5 is formed by injection molding, a plurality of protrusions are disposed on an inner wall of the groove, when the second connecting portion 6 is fitted in the groove, the protrusions on the inner wall of the groove squeeze the second connecting portion 6, so that the second connecting portion 6 can be stably fixed in the groove on the fixing portion 5.

In one embodiment, referring to fig. 2, the second connecting portion 6 is a magnet and can be matched with the magnet portion in the battery case, and the second connecting portion 6 may be a magnet in a shape of a square or a cylinder, and is preferably a magnet block in a cylinder.

In one embodiment, referring to fig. 1, the sealing portion 7 is disposed between the charging portion 24 and the earphone housing, and the sealing portion 7 is preferably a sealing ring made of silicone rubber, and the sealing ring is sleeved on the charging portion 24 of the cylinder to achieve a sealing effect, so as to prevent moisture and the like from entering the earphone to cause a short circuit of the battery.

In one embodiment, referring to fig. 3, the discharge protection part 22 is connected to the electrode of the battery cell 1 by welding, specifically, the welding may be laser welding, manual welding or resistance welding, and in this embodiment, laser welding is preferred.

In one embodiment, refer to fig. 3, fixed part 5 both sides all are provided with the strengthening rib that is used for the joint, and the strengthening rib not only can make fixed part 5's intensity higher, and the strengthening rib can carry out the joint with the structure in the earphone shell moreover, and simultaneously, the shape of fixed part 5 self can cooperate with the structure in the earphone shell for fixed part 5 carries out prepositioning with the structure in the earphone shell, and then makes the assembly that the battery of this application can be quick in the earphone shell.
