1. A natural color permeable adhesive stone pavement material is characterized in that the material is prepared by mixing 80-90 parts of natural color stone aggregate, 15-25 parts of cellulose, 3-8 parts of cementing material and 5-10 parts of attapulgite filler; the cellulose is wrapped on the surface of natural colored stone, the cementing material is prepared from 2-7 parts of modified polyol and 1-3 parts of HDI curing agent, and the modified polyol is obtained by grafting 3,3' -dichlorodiphenyl disulfide onto polyether polyol.

2. A process for preparing a natural colored water-permeable adhesive stone pavement material according to claim 1, comprising the steps of:

(1) preparation of modified polyol: dissolving 3,3' -dichlorodiphenyl disulfide in ether polyether polyol, and mixing for reaction to obtain diphenyl disulfide grafted polyol;

(2) preparing natural color stone with cellulose wrapped on the surface: adding cellulose and natural colored stone into deionized water according to the proportion, uniformly mixing, and drying to obtain the natural colored stone with the cellulose coated on the surface;

(3) preparing the cementing material: adding the diphenyl disulfide grafted polyhydric alcohol into a stirring kettle according to the proportion, heating and fully stirring, adding an HDI curing agent, keeping the temperature and stirring for 1-3h to obtain an adhesive material;

(4) preparation of the adhesive stone pavement material: mixing the prepared adhesive material, the natural color stone with the surface coated by cellulose and the attapulgite according to a proportion, and pouring the mixture into a PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) mould for keeping for 48 to 72 hours to obtain the natural color permeable adhesive stone pavement material.

3. The process for preparing a natural colored water-permeable adhesive stone pavement material according to claim 2, wherein the mass ratio of 3,3' -dichlorodiphenyl disulfide to polyether polyol in the step (1) is 1: 5-10.

4. The process for preparing a natural colored water-permeable adhesive stone pavement material according to claim 2, wherein the reaction conditions in the step (1) are stirring reaction at 25-35 ℃ for 1-3 hours.

5. The process for preparing a natural colored water-permeable adhesive stone pavement material according to claim 2, wherein the drying condition in the step (2) is 40-50 ℃ for 36-48 h.

6. The process for preparing a natural colored water-permeable adhesive stone pavement material according to claim 2, wherein the drying condition in the step (2) is 40-50 ℃ for 36-48 h.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of pavement materials, in particular to a natural colored water-permeable adhesive stone pavement material and a preparation process thereof.

Background

Traditional road surface is seal structure to prevent moisture infiltration and cause the damage to it, however, along with urban development and industry activity, the closed pavement area increases rapidly, leads to the unable infiltration underground of rainwater, forms the surface gathered water, causes ecological unbalance. In order to recover natural hydrologic cycle and reduce urban flood risk, a permeable pavement is adopted, and when a rainfall event occurs, water can rapidly permeate to the underground through a pavement structure, so that urban drainage is completed and natural water cycle is supplemented.

In order to achieve high permeability, the most feasible and effective way to achieve a road surface structure rich in voids is currently the pervious concrete, with a porosity of about 15% and a permeability of about 500 mL/min. But the water permeability of the permeable concrete pavement which is put into use is reduced by about 60 percent after 1 year, and the water permeability effect is not ideal.

Polyurethane adhesive and aggregate are bonded as a novel permeable adhesive stone pavement material, and have higher porosity and internal permeability, however, the open porous design causes the weakening of the structure of the pavement, the mechanical property is reduced, meanwhile, the improvement of the internal permeability and the flow rate of the pore structure also increases the area of the pavement structure corroded by rainwater, and the service life of the permeable pavement material is greatly restricted by the problems. Therefore, it is required to develop a new pavement material to improve the durability of a permeable pavement.

Disclosure of Invention

Technical problem to be solved

Aiming at the problems in the prior art, the invention provides a natural colored water-permeable adhesive stone pavement material and a preparation process thereof, and aims to solve the problem of poor durability of the adhesive stone pavement material.

(II) technical scheme

In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides the following technical solutions: a natural color permeable adhesive stone pavement material is prepared by mixing 80-90 parts of natural color stone aggregate, 15-25 parts of cellulose, 3-8 parts of cementing material and 5-10 parts of attapulgite filler; the cellulose is wrapped on the surface of natural colored stone, the cementing material is prepared from 2-7 parts of modified polyol and 1-3 parts of HDI curing agent, and the modified polyol is obtained by grafting 3,3' -dichlorodiphenyl disulfide onto polyether polyol.

A preparation process of a natural colored water-permeable adhesive stone pavement material comprises the following steps:

(1) preparation of modified polyol: dissolving 3,3' -dichlorodiphenyl disulfide in ether polyether polyol, and mixing for reaction to obtain diphenyl disulfide grafted polyol;

(2) preparing natural color stone with cellulose wrapped on the surface: adding cellulose and natural colored stone into deionized water according to the proportion, uniformly mixing, and drying to obtain the natural colored stone with the cellulose coated on the surface;

(3) preparing the cementing material: adding the diphenyl disulfide grafted polyhydric alcohol into a stirring kettle according to the proportion, heating and fully stirring, adding an HDI curing agent, keeping the temperature and stirring for 1-3h to obtain an adhesive material;

(4) preparation of the adhesive stone pavement material: mixing the prepared adhesive material, the natural color stone with the surface coated by cellulose and the attapulgite according to a proportion, and pouring the mixture into a PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) mould for keeping for 48 to 72 hours to obtain the natural color permeable adhesive stone pavement material.

Preferably, the mass ratio of the 3,3' -dichlorodiphenyl disulfide to the polyether polyol in the step (1) is 1: 5-10.

Preferably, the reaction conditions in the step (1) are that the reaction is stirred for 1 to 3 hours at a temperature of between 25 and 35 ℃.

Preferably, the drying condition in the step (2) is 40-50 ℃ for 36-48 h.

Preferably, in the step (3), the reaction condition in the reaction kettle is 35-75 ℃ and the stirring is carried out for 30-40min at constant temperature.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial technical effects:

(1) according to the natural colored water-permeable adhesive stone pavement material, chlorine atoms on 3,3' -dichlorodiphenyl disulfide and hydroxyl groups on polyether polyol are subjected to substitution reaction to obtain modified polyol, and then a curing agent is further mixed with the modified polyol to obtain the adhesive material; in addition, the 3,3 '-dichloro-diphenyl-disulfide is used as a hard chain segment to be connected with a polymer chain, and the binary benzene ring structure on the 3,3' -dichloro-diphenyl-disulfide obviously improves the mechanical property of the adhesive material.

(2) According to the natural colored water-permeable adhesive stone pavement material, the upper surface of the natural colored stone is wrapped with a little cellulose, the cellulose can improve the mechanical property of the pavement material, and rich hydroxyl groups on the cellulose and hydroxyl groups on the surface of the adhesive material generate hydrogen bond self-assembly, so that the connectivity is enhanced, the cement material and aggregate are prevented from falling off, and the mechanical property is improved.

(3) According to the natural colored water-permeable adhesive stone pavement material, the porous and viscous attapulgite is used as the filler and has a synergistic effect with the adhesive, so that the porous adhesive stone material with good durability is obtained, and the service life of the adhesive stone pavement material is prolonged.

Detailed Description

The technical solution of the present invention is further explained by the following embodiments. It should be understood by those skilled in the art that the examples are only for the understanding of the present invention and should not be construed as the specific limitations of the present invention.

Example 1

A preparation process of a natural colored water-permeable adhesive stone pavement material comprises the following steps:

(1) dissolving 1g of 3,3' -dichlorodiphenyl disulfide in 10g of ether polyether polyol, and stirring and reacting at 25 ℃ for 1 hour to obtain diphenyl disulfide grafted polyol;

(2) adding 15g of cellulose and 90g of natural colored stone into 50ml of deionized water, uniformly mixing, and drying at 50 ℃ for 36 hours to obtain the natural colored stone with the cellulose coated on the surface;

(3) adding 4g of diphenyl disulfide grafted polyol into a stirring kettle, heating and fully stirring, adding 1g of HDI curing agent, keeping the temperature and stirring for 1h to obtain an adhesive material;

(4) 3g of adhesive material, 90g of natural colored stone with cellulose coating on the surface and 7g of attapulgite are mixed, and then poured into a PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) mold for holding for 48 hours to obtain the natural colored water-permeable adhesive stone pavement material.

Example 2

A preparation process of a natural colored water-permeable adhesive stone pavement material comprises the following steps:

(1) dissolving 1g of 3,3' -dichlorodiphenyl disulfide in 8g of ether polyether polyol, and stirring and reacting at 25 ℃ for 1 hour to obtain diphenyl disulfide grafted polyol;

(2) adding 15g of cellulose and 88g of natural colored stone into 50ml of deionized water, uniformly mixing, and drying at 50 ℃ for 36 hours to obtain the natural colored stone with the cellulose coated on the surface;

(3) adding 5g of diphenyl disulfide grafted polyol into a stirring kettle, heating and fully stirring, adding 2g of HDI curing agent, keeping the temperature and stirring for 2h to obtain an adhesive material;

(4) 4g of adhesive material, 90g of natural colored stone with cellulose coating on the surface and 6g of attapulgite are mixed according to a proportion, and then the mixture is poured into a PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) mould to be kept for 48 hours, so as to obtain the natural colored water-permeable adhesive stone pavement material.

Example 3

A preparation process of a natural colored water-permeable adhesive stone pavement material comprises the following steps:

(1) dissolving 1g of 3,3' -dichlorodiphenyl disulfide in 6g of ether polyether polyol, and stirring and reacting at 30 ℃ for 3 hours to obtain diphenyl disulfide grafted polyol;

(2) adding 15g of cellulose and 85g of natural colored stone into 50ml of deionized water, uniformly mixing, and drying at 45 ℃ for 48 hours to obtain the natural colored stone with the cellulose coated on the surface;

(3) adding 7g of diphenyl disulfide grafted polyol into a stirring kettle, heating and fully stirring, adding 3g of HDI curing agent, keeping the temperature and stirring for 2h to obtain an adhesive material;

(4) mixing 6g of adhesive material, 85g of natural colored stone with cellulose coating on the surface and 9g of attapulgite according to a proportion, and pouring the mixture into a PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) mold for holding for 72 hours to obtain the natural colored water-permeable adhesive stone pavement material.

Example 4

A preparation process of a natural colored water-permeable adhesive stone pavement material comprises the following steps:

(1) dissolving 1g of 3,3' -dichlorodiphenyl disulfide in 5-10g of ether polyether polyol, and stirring and reacting at 25-35 ℃ for 1-3 hours to obtain diphenyl disulfide grafted polyol;

(2) adding 20g of cellulose and 80g of natural colored stone into 50ml of deionized water, uniformly mixing, and drying at 50 ℃ for 48 hours to obtain the natural colored stone with the cellulose coated on the surface;

(3) adding 6g of diphenyl disulfide grafted polyol into a stirring kettle, heating and fully stirring, adding 3g of HDI curing agent, keeping the temperature and stirring for 3h to obtain an adhesive material;

(4) 8g of adhesive material, 85g of natural colored stone with cellulose coating on the surface and 7g of attapulgite are mixed according to a proportion, and then the mixture is poured into a PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) mould to be kept for 72 hours, so as to obtain the natural colored water-permeable adhesive stone pavement material.

Comparative example 1

A preparation process of a natural colored water-permeable adhesive stone pavement material comprises the following steps:

(1) adding 15g of cellulose and 90g of natural colored stone into 50ml of deionized water, uniformly mixing, and drying at 50 ℃ for 36 hours to obtain the natural colored stone with the cellulose coated on the surface;

(2) adding 4g of polyether polyol into a stirring kettle, heating and fully stirring, adding 1g of HDI curing agent, keeping the temperature and stirring for 1h to obtain an adhesive material;

(3) 3g of adhesive material, 90g of natural colored stone with cellulose coating on the surface and 7g of attapulgite are mixed, and then poured into a PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) mold for holding for 48 hours to obtain the natural colored water-permeable adhesive stone pavement material.

Comparative example 2

A preparation process of a natural colored water-permeable adhesive stone pavement material comprises the following steps:

(1) dissolving 1g of 3,3' -dichlorodiphenyl disulfide in 10g of ether polyether polyol, and stirring and reacting at 25 ℃ for 1 hour to obtain diphenyl disulfide grafted polyol;

(2) adding 4g of diphenyl disulfide grafted polyol into a stirring kettle, heating and fully stirring, adding 1g of HDI curing agent, keeping the temperature and stirring for 1h to obtain an adhesive material;

(3) 3g of adhesive material, 90g of natural colored stone and 7g of attapulgite are mixed, and then poured into a PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) mold for 48 hours to obtain the natural colored water-permeable adhesive stone pavement material.

And paving the broken stone cushion layer with the thickness of 8cm, the pervious concrete layer with the thickness of 10cm and the pervious adhesive stone layer with the thickness of 3cm in sequence to obtain the pervious adhesive stone pavement.

The prepared water-permeable adhesive stone pavement is subjected to detection on the performances of compressive strength, water permeability coefficient, frost resistance (compressive strength loss rate after 150 freeze-thaw cycles), sulfate erosion resistance and the like according to the GB/T50082-2009 standard, and specific results are shown in Table 2.

In conclusion, it can be seen from examples 1-4 that the glued stone pavement made of the glued stone pavement material has better mechanical strength and higher resistance to corrosion by rain, and can be widely used, comparative examples 1 and 2 remove 3,3' -dichlorodiphenyldisulfide and cellulose respectively, and the others are consistent with example 1, but the effect is less ideal than that of example 1.

Although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the preferred embodiments, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes may be made and equivalents may be substituted without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined in the appended claims.
