Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of fabrics, and particularly relates to a waterproof breathable tear-resistant fabric and a preparation method and application thereof.

Background

At present, the common fabrics of down jackets and cold protective clothing for outdoor work are mostly formed by adopting a waterproof moisture permeable PTFE film and fabric surface lamination technology or compounding a waterproof moisture permeable PU film and fabric. When the garment is made, the inner lining of polar fleece is added or the liner is matched with the liner which can be detached from the feather to make the cold protective garment. The prior art has certain waterproof and moisture permeable effects, and has certain warm-keeping effect by matching with polar fleece and a down feather liner, but the fabric is not soft and is overweight integrally, so that a wearer feels uncomfortable; the fabric and the quilting line part are easy to be drilled out by down, so that the comfort and the consumer taste are greatly reduced, the existing down fabric is poor in tear resistance, and the fabric is easy to be scraped and cracked through a burr part, so that the down in the fabric runs out, and the heat-insulating effect is lost. Therefore, the waterproof breathable tear-resistant fabric and the preparation method and application thereof are provided.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to solve the problems and provide a waterproof breathable tear-resistant fabric with reasonable design and a preparation method and application thereof.

The invention realizes the purpose through the following technical scheme:

The invention has the beneficial effects that: the waterproof breathable tear-resistant fabric is woven by compounding three fibers, namely the cotton yarn, the polypropylene fiber and the carbon fiber, has excellent waterproof and breathable effects and certain softness, can increase the tensile and tear-resistant strength of the fabric by compounding the carbon fiber into the fabric, is subjected to water repellent treatment to increase the water repellent effect, has a certain bacteriostatic effect while repelling water, and is suitable for the existing down jacket fabric and outdoor cold protective working wear fabric.

For the fabrics prepared in examples 1 to 4 and comparative examples 1 to 6, a contact angle test was performed using an OCA 40 type video contact angle measuring instrument, the amount of water was 6 μ l, and the reading was taken when a water drop was in contact with the fabric for 60 seconds. The measurements were taken 5 times at different positions on the same sample and averaged, the larger the contact angle, the better the water repellency. And (3) respectively carrying out contact angle detection on the fabric before washing, after washing for 20 times and after washing for 30 times. The results are shown in Table 1.

2. The softness of the fabrics prepared in examples 1-4 and comparative examples 1-6 was measured using human senses and ranged from hard to soft with an index of 0-10. The results are shown in Table 1.

3. For the fabrics prepared in examples 1 to 4 and comparative examples 1 to 6, tensile tests were performed on the samples according to GB/T3923.1-2013 "textile-fabric tensile properties" and tear properties were performed on the samples according to GB/T3917.3-2009 "textile-fabric tear properties". The results are shown in Table 2.

4. For the fabrics prepared in examples 1 to 4 and comparative examples 1 to 6, the glass cup is filled with water at 60 ℃, a temperature sensing device is placed in the glass cup, the glass cup is wrapped in the fabric with the thickness of 5 layers, the fabric is placed in an environment with the temperature of 10 ℃, and after 30 minutes, the temperature reading is taken, so that the higher the temperature is, the better the heat preservation performance is. And (3) respectively carrying out heat retention detection on the fabric before washing, after washing for 20 times and after washing for 30 times. The results are shown in Table 3.
