A boiler blowpipe silencer with energy-saving and noise-reducing effects is characterized by comprising a blow-off pipe, a steam exhaust pipe (1), a cooling water jacket (2), a water quantity regulating valve (3), a water inlet pipe (4), a water outlet pipe (5), a shell (8) and a small-hole silencing barrel (9);

the cooling water jacket (2) is sleeved on the steam inlet side of the steam exhaust pipe (1), the steam exhaust side of the steam exhaust pipe (1) is positioned in the shell (8), the small hole silencing barrel (9) is sleeved on the steam exhaust side of the steam exhaust pipe (1), and a sewage outlet at the bottom of the small hole silencing barrel (9) is connected with the sewage discharge pipe;

the water inlet pipe (4) is communicated with the bottom inlet of the cooling water jacket (2) through the water quantity regulating valve (3), and the top outlet of the cooling water jacket (2) is communicated with the water outlet pipe (5);

Technical Field

The invention relates to a silencer, in particular to a boiler blowpipe silencer with energy-saving and noise-reducing effects.

Background

Impurities such as welding slag, rusty scale, dust and the like exist in a steam-water pipeline of a boiler of a newly-built thermal power generating unit, and steam purging is needed before the boiler is put into use. The boiler steam blowpipe refers to that foreign matters and impurities in pipelines of steam heating surfaces such as a newly-built boiler superheater and a reheater are blown out of a boiler by using high-temperature and high-pressure steam, so that the cleanliness of the pipelines is ensured, and the blades of a steam turbine are prevented from being damaged by impact of impurity particles.

In the process of blowing the boiler, when high-temperature and high-pressure steam is discharged to the atmosphere through a pipeline, serious noise can be generated. Present boiler blowpipe muffler is the through-hole and hinders scattered type muffler, and inside is mostly stainless steel, has advantages such as the exhaust is smooth, high temperature resistant, anti-interference is strong. In the actual pipe blowing process, the steam temperature at the outlet of the silencer is high, the danger of scalding of personnel is high, and in addition, a large amount of heat is taken away in the exhaust of the boiler pipe blowing, so that the waste of fuel is caused.

If the heat of the boiler blowpipe steam can be recovered before the inlet of the silencer, the energy-saving effect can be exerted, and the exhaust kinetic energy can be reduced to a greater extent, so that the noise is reduced, finally, the danger of the steam after low temperature reduction is weakened, and the construction safety on site is facilitated.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide a boiler blow pipe silencer with energy-saving and noise-reducing effects, which can recover heat of steam in a blow pipe of a boiler and reduce noise.

In order to achieve the aim, the boiler blowpipe silencer with the energy-saving and noise-reducing effects comprises a blow-off pipe, an exhaust pipe, a cooling water jacket, a water quantity regulating valve, a water inlet pipe, a water outlet pipe, a shell and a small-hole silencing barrel;

the cooling water jacket is sleeved on the steam inlet side of the steam exhaust pipe, the steam exhaust side of the steam exhaust pipe is positioned in the shell, the small hole silencing barrel is sleeved on the steam exhaust side of the steam exhaust pipe, and a drain outlet at the bottom of the small hole silencing barrel is connected with the drain pipe;

the water inlet pipe is communicated with the bottom inlet of the cooling water jacket through a water quantity regulating valve, and the top outlet of the cooling water jacket is communicated with the water outlet pipe;

a plurality of through holes are uniformly distributed on the small-hole silencing cylinder.

The steam exhaust pipe is a carbon steel pipe.

The cooling water jacket is a metal sleeve.

The water inlet pipe is connected with an external condensed water pipeline.

The water outlet pipe is connected with an external deaerator.

The top of the housing is open.

The water temperature sensor is also included; the water temperature sensor is inserted into the water outlet pipe.

The drain pipe is provided with a drain valve.

The invention has the following beneficial effects:

when the boiler blowpipe silencer with the energy-saving and noise-reducing effects is operated specifically, high-temperature and high-pressure steam discharged by a boiler blowpipe exchanges heat with cooling water in a cooling water jacket, the water temperature is increased, the steam temperature is reduced, so that the heat of the steam discharged by the boiler blowpipe is recovered, the energy-saving effect is achieved, the steam discharged after being cooled by the cooling water jacket is reduced in a small-hole noise-reducing cylinder due to the fact that the kinetic energy of the steam is weakened, the sound energy of the steam is reduced, and the final noise value of the steam is lower than that of a silencer without cooling after being filtered by the small-hole noise-reducing cylinder, namely the noise-reducing effect is better.

Referring to fig. 1, the boiler blowpipe silencer with energy-saving and noise-reducing effects of the present invention comprises a steam exhaust pipe 1, a cooling water jacket 2, a water quantity regulating valve 3, a water inlet pipe 4, a water outlet pipe 5, a water temperature sensor 6, a drainage blowoff valve 7, a housing 8 and a small-hole silencing pot 9;

the cooling water jacket 2 is sleeved on the steam inlet side of the steam exhaust pipe 1, the steam exhaust side of the steam exhaust pipe 1 is positioned in the shell 8, the small hole silencing cylinder 9 is sleeved on the steam exhaust side of the steam exhaust pipe 1, a drain outlet at the bottom of the small hole silencing cylinder 9 is connected with a drain pipe, and a drain valve 7 is arranged on the drain pipe;

the water inlet pipe 4 is communicated with the bottom inlet of the cooling water jacket 2 through the water quantity regulating valve 3, the top outlet of the cooling water jacket 2 is communicated with the water outlet pipe 5, and the water temperature sensor 6 is inserted into the water outlet pipe 5.

The steam exhaust pipe 1 is a carbon steel pipe; the cooling water jacket 2 is a metal sleeve, the water inlet pipe 4 is connected with an external condensed water pipeline, and the water outlet pipe 5 is connected with an external deaerator.

The water quantity entering the cooling water jacket 2 is adjusted through the water quantity adjusting valve 3, the water temperature at the outlet of the cooling water jacket 2 is monitored through the water temperature sensor 6, the temperature difference between the exhaust steam and the cooling water is ensured to be within a preset range, and the problem of welding seam cracking caused by inconsistent expansion between the cooling water jacket 2 and the exhaust steam pipe 1 is avoided.

The top of the housing 8 is open and is used for guiding the airflow after noise reduction to be discharged along the upper part, so that the influence on the periphery is avoided.

The small-hole silencing cylinder 9 is uniformly provided with a plurality of through holes, when high-pressure steam flows through the through holes, the sound frequency of the high-pressure steam is increased and gradually moves out of the audible frequency range of human ears, and therefore the noise reduction effect is achieved.

The working process of the invention is as follows:

high-temperature and high-pressure steam discharged by a boiler blowpipe passes through the temporary blowpipe pipeline and flows through the steam discharge pipe 1, the heat exchange between the internal steam and cooling water in the cooling water jacket 2 is realized, the water temperature is increased, and the steam temperature is reduced. When the difference value between the outlet water temperature and the steam temperature exceeds a safe allowable value, the opening degree of the water quantity regulating valve 3 is reduced so as to reduce the cooling water quantity, ensure that the outlet has higher water temperature and avoid the separation and cracking caused by the inconsistent expansion of the cooling water jacket 2 and the steam exhaust pipe 1. When the water temperature at the outlet of the cooling water jacket 2 is higher than the saturation temperature under the water pressure, the opening degree of the water quantity regulating valve 3 is increased to ensure that the cooling water in the cooling water jacket 2 is not vaporized, the safe operation of the cooling water jacket 2 is ensured, and the recovered heat is used for heating the water supply of the boiler, thereby achieving the effect of saving energy.

The discharged steam cooled by the cooling water jacket 2 is in the small-hole silencing cylinder 9, because the kinetic energy of the steam is weakened, the sound energy is reduced, and after being filtered by the small-hole silencing cylinder 9, the final noise value is lower than that of a non-cooled silencer, namely the silencer has better noise reduction performance.

The invention can reduce the exhaust temperature, and the safety risk of field constructors and equipment is reduced, thereby improving the safety degree of the silencer area.
