Example 3

A method for preparing down feather bio-fiber containing pericarpium Citri Tangerinae, fructus Citri Junoris and fructus Citri Grandis active components comprises primary sieving, cleaning, fine sieving, bleaching, soaking, secondary soaking, fluffing, and softening.

And (3) primarily screening, removing 80% of feather rods and feather pieces in the raw material feather to obtain the down feather raw material.

The cleaning comprises the steps of adding the down feather raw material into tap water, then adding a detergent, soaking for 20-25min, then cleaning for 45min, dewatering, and drying at 75 ℃ for 4 h.

Wherein, the down feather raw materials: tap water: the mass ratio of the detergent is 30: 255: 1.

the detergent comprises the following components: 3 parts of sodium chloride, 3 parts of hydrogen peroxide, 8 parts of glacial acetic acid, 7 parts of dodecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide and 75 parts of deionized water.

And the fine screening is to perform fine screening on the cleaned down raw material, remove the residual feather rods and feather pieces and obtain the down material.

And in the bleaching step, the down material is mixed with a sodium hypochlorite solution with the mass fraction of 10%, then the mixture is soaked for 12 hours at the temperature of 45 ℃, and then the bleached down material is obtained after dehydration and drying.

Example 4

The down feather bio-fibers containing the active ingredients of tangerine peel, orange and pomelo as described in examples 1-3 were used for testing, while comparative tests 1-2 were set for comparison.

Comparative example 1: the method for preparing the eiderdown macrofiber containing the active ingredients of the tangerine peel, the orange and the pomelo as described in the embodiment 1 is adopted, and the difference is that: in the preparation of the bioactive component, zeolite powder, ethanol and 10% calcium chloride solution are not added, and the bioactive component is obtained by directly dissolving the biological raw material powder with the particle size of 0.5 micron in pure water.

Comparative example 2: the method for preparing the eiderdown macrofiber containing the active ingredients of the tangerine peel, the orange and the pomelo as described in the embodiment 1 is adopted, and the difference is that: the fluffing step is omitted.

The properties of the down feather macrofibers containing active ingredients of tangerine peel, orange and pomelo prepared in examples 1-3 and comparative examples 1-2 are as follows:

all percentages used in the present invention are mass percentages unless otherwise indicated.
