Referring to fig. 1-15, the present invention provides a technical solution: a full-automatic integrated coating conveying line comprises a circular track-shaped feeding disc 2, wherein a plurality of annular workpieces 1 to be processed are arranged in the middle of the top surface of the feeding disc 2 at equal intervals, an air cylinder 3 fixedly connected with the inner side wall of the feeding disc 2 is vertically arranged at the circle center position of the feeding disc 2, the bottom of the air cylinder 3 is fixed at a working position, and a double-sided coating mechanism 4 is arranged above the feeding disc 2; the double-sided coating mechanism 4 comprises an inner-side coating unit 5 and an outer-side coating unit 6, the inner-side coating unit 5 comprises a third rotating shaft 31 rotatably mounted on the rack, a fourth gear 33 is fixedly mounted at the bottom end of the third rotating shaft 31, the third rotating shaft 31 is sleeved with a hollow first rotating shaft 7, a first gear 8 is fixedly mounted at the upper end of the first rotating shaft 7, a rotating part 9 fixedly sleeved on the first rotating shaft 7 is arranged below the first gear 8, the rotating part 9 is cylindrical, a fifth gear 23 is rotatably mounted at the bottom end of the rotating part 9, the fifth gear 23 is externally meshed with the fourth gear 33, a mounting ring 20 sleeved on the rotating part 9 is arranged on the outer side of the rotating part 9, an inner tooth surface meshed with the fifth gear 23 is arranged at the bottom of the mounting ring 20, a first coating layer 10 is fixedly mounted on the outer side surface of the mounting ring 20, a clamping unit is further arranged on the rotating part 9 and used for clamping the workpiece 1, the outer coating unit 6 comprises a second rotating shaft 15 which is rotatably installed on the rack, a second coating 16 is fixedly installed at one end, close to the feeding plate 2, of the second rotating shaft 15, a second gear 17 is fixedly installed on the second rotating shaft 15, the second gear 17 is meshed with the first gear 8, and a third rotating shaft 31 is in synchronous transmission with the second rotating shaft 15 through a synchronous belt 32;

at present, when parts of automobile products are coated, the inner side and the outer side of a workpiece 1 need to be coated, if the inner side and the outer side of the workpiece 1 are respectively coated in a rolling way, the working procedures are increased, and the production efficiency is reduced; when the double-side coating machine works, a workpiece 1 is placed on a feeding disc 2 station, a cylinder 3 is started, the feeding disc 2 moves upwards from the position right below a double-side coating mechanism 4, the feeding disc 2 moves upwards to enable the workpiece 1 on the feeding disc 2 to move upwards to the outer side of a horizontal direction of a rotating piece 9, when the feeding disc 2 moves upwards to a coating position, a clamping unit automatically cooperates to clamp and position the workpiece 1, after the workpiece 1 is clamped and positioned, a third gear 14 rotates to drive a first gear 8 to rotate, the first gear 8 drives a second gear 17 to rotate, the rotating directions of the first gear 8 and the third gear 14 are opposite, because the first gear 8 and the rotating piece 9 are coaxially arranged, the rotating piece 9 rotates to drive the workpiece 1 to start to rotate, the second gear 17 and a second coating 16 are coaxially arranged, the second coating 16 also starts to rotate and the rotating direction is opposite to that of the workpiece 1, and because a third rotating shaft 31 is connected with a second rotating shaft 15 through a synchronous belt 32, therefore, the rotation direction of the third rotating shaft 31 is opposite to that of the workpiece 1, the third rotating shaft 31 is connected with the mounting ring 20 for fixing the first coating 10 through the fourth gear 33 and the fifth gear 23, so that the first coating 10 and the workpiece 1 rotate in the same direction but generate differential speed, the uniform coating on the inner wall of the workpiece 1 is realized, when the first coating 10 on the outer side of the rotating part 9 rolls and coats the inner side of the workpiece 1, the second coating 16 on the second rotating shaft 15 also uniformly rolls and coats the outer side of the workpiece 1, the purpose of automatic double-sided coating of the workpiece 1 is realized, when the workpiece 1 is rolled and coated, the workpiece 1 rotates, the first coating 10 rotates but has differential speed, so that the inner wall of the workpiece 1 can be continuously coated with the first coating 10, the condition that the inner wall of the workpiece 1 is not uniformly coated can occur, and simultaneously, during the coating process of the workpiece 1, the second coating 16 rotates to uniformly coat the coating on the outer side of the workpiece 1, the rotating directions of the two parts are opposite, so that the condition that the outer wall of the workpiece 1 is coated unevenly is avoided, and the coating quality is good while the coating efficiency of the workpiece 1 is ensured;

remarking: the first coating 10 turns the same as the workpiece 1, but the differential speed is generated by the following specific principle: the fourth gear 33, the fifth gear 23 and the mount ring 20 to which the first coat 10 is fixed constitute a planetary gear train, and the rotation speed of the fourth gear 33: the rotation speed of the mounting ring 20 is equal to- (the number of teeth of the mounting ring 20: the number of teeth of the fourth gear 33), because the third rotating shaft 31 is synchronously driven with the second rotating shaft 15 by the synchronous belt 32, the rotation speed of the fourth gear 33 is equal to the rotation speed of the second gear 17, the rotation speed of the second gear 17: first gear 8 speed ═ - (first gear 8 tooth count: second gear 17 tooth count), summarized above: first gear 17 rotation speed: the rotation speed of the mounting ring 20 is equal to (the number of the second gear 17 teeth + the number of the mounting ring 20 teeth)/(the number of the first gear 17 teeth + the number of the fourth gear 33 teeth), and the first coating 10 and the workpiece 1 can rotate to generate differential speed by setting the number of the teeth.

As a further scheme of the invention, the double-sided coating mechanism 4 is arranged along the circumferential direction of the disc-shaped rack at intervals, the first gear 8 is meshed with a third gear 14 which is rotatably arranged on the rack, and the third gear 14 is externally connected with a driving motor; through setting up two-sided coating mechanism 4 along discoid frame circumference interval, utilize driving motor drive third gear 14 to drive multiunit two-sided coating mechanism 4 simultaneous working, can carry out the simultaneous coating to a plurality of work pieces 1, further promote the efficiency of work piece 1 application.

As a further scheme of the present invention, the clamping unit includes a clamping member 12, a plurality of first sliding grooves 11 are equidistantly formed along the circumferential direction of the side surface of the rotating member 9, the clamping member 12 is slidably assembled in each first sliding groove 11, and the clamping member 12 is connected with the rotating member 9 through a first compression spring 13; when the workpiece 1 is moved to the outer side of the rotating part 9, the first compression spring 13 pulls the clamping part 12 to move inwards along the radial direction of the rotating part 9 to clamp the workpiece 1 on the outer side of the rotating part 9. The clamping unit is simple in structure and compact in matching with the rotating piece 9, so that the clamping unit is beneficial to rapidly finishing the clamping and positioning work of the workpiece 1, and the coating efficiency of the workpiece 1 is indirectly improved.

As a further scheme of the present invention, a second sliding groove 18 is further formed in the circumferential surface of the rotating member 9 along the vertical direction, a sliding member 29 is slidably mounted in the second sliding groove 18, the sliding member 29 is further slidably connected with the clamping member 12, a gap 21 is formed in the sliding member 29, and one end of the sliding member 29, which is far away from the feeding tray 2, is fixedly connected with the first gear 8 through a second compression spring 19; in operation, it is necessary to clamp the workpiece 1 on the rotary member 9 when the workpiece 1 is just moved to the outside of the first coating 10, when the feed tray 2 is moved up to be in contact with the sliding member 29, the feed tray 2 slides upward against the sliding member 29 and compresses the second compression spring 19, when the sliding member 29 slides upward, because the sliding member 29 is slidably connected to the clamping member 12 and the clamping member 12 is slidably mounted in the radial direction of the rotary member 9, the clamping member 12 is not displaced in the radial direction of the rotary member 9, but slides relative to the sliding member 29 in the axial direction of the rotary member 9, when the workpiece 1 is moved up to the outside in the horizontal direction of the rotary member 9, the cutout 21 on the sliding member 29 is just moved to the position of the clamping member 12, because the clamping member 12 is connected to the rotary member 9 by the first compression spring 13, and the first compression spring 13 always exerts a pulling force on the clamping member 12 in, therefore, the clamping piece 12 moves inwards along the radial direction of the rotating piece 9 to clamp the edge of the workpiece 1, the workpiece 1 is clamped on the rotating piece 9, and the clamping and positioning of the workpiece 1 are realized. The structure utilizes the movement of the feeding plate 2 to judge the clamping time of the clamping piece 12, ensures that the clamping piece 12 can clamp the workpiece 1 at the position where the workpiece 1 is positioned on the double-sided coating mechanism 4, is simple and stable, does not need to manually judge the clamping time, and improves the coating efficiency.

As a further aspect of the present invention, a side surface of the hollow portion 21 away from the feeding tray 2 is provided with a first wedge surface 22. In operation, the hollow part 21 of the sliding part 29 is just at the position of the clamping part 12, and the clamping part 12 is pulled by the first compression spring 13 to drop the clamping part 12 in the hollow part 21, so that the clamping part 12 is displaced along the radial direction of the rotating part 9, and the effect of clamping the workpiece 1 is achieved. According to the invention, the first wedge surface 22 is arranged on the side surface of one end of the vacant part 21 far away from the feeding plate 2, so that the clamping piece 12 can move gently when falling into the vacant part 21, the clamping piece 12 can slowly clamp the workpiece 1, the workpiece 1 is protected, and unnecessary loss of the workpiece 1 is avoided.

As a further scheme of the present invention, a feeding bin 24 mounted on the frame is arranged below the third gear 14, the feeding bin 24 is used for feeding consumed paint to the inner side coating unit 5 and the outer side coating unit 6 when the workpiece 1 moves to the paint position of the double-side coating mechanism 4, the feeding bin 24 is cylindrical, an extrusion piece 25 is coaxially and slidably mounted in the feeding bin 24, the extrusion piece 25 is fixedly connected with the frame through a gas spring 26, the extrusion piece 25 is positioned right above the cylinder 3, the feeding bin 24 is fixedly connected with a first hollow pipeline 27 and a second hollow pipeline 28 communicated with the feeding bin, the top ends of the first hollow pipeline 27 and the second hollow pipeline 28 respectively extend to the right above the first coating 10 and the second coating 16, and the feeding bin 24 is connected with a material container fixed on the top of the frame through a pipeline; when the automatic coating machine works, because the automatic processing efficiency of the automatic coating machine is high, the consumption of coating is rapid, the machine is stopped frequently for material supplement, if the machine is stopped frequently for supplementing the consumed coating to the inner coating unit 5 and the outer coating unit 6, the production efficiency is greatly lower, the automatic coating machine automatically coats the inner side and the outer side of the workpiece 1, simultaneously, the automatic material supplement of the first coating 10 and the second coating 16 is needed, the invention is provided with the material supplement bin 24 which is arranged on the frame below the third gear 14, the material supplement bin 24 is positioned right above the first coating 10 and the second coating 16 through the first hollow pipeline 27 and the second hollow pipeline 28, when the air cylinder 3 drives the feeding tray 2 to move upwards, the air cylinder 3 moves upwards to contact with the extrusion piece 25 and drive the extrusion piece 25 to move upwards, because the extrusion piece 25 is coaxially and slidably arranged in the material supplement bin 24, the air spring 26 in the middle of the extrusion piece 25 is compressed, the extrusion piece 25 moves upwards to compress the volume in the material, like this the coating in the feed supplement storehouse 24 can be extruded and get into first coating 10 and second coating 16 respectively through first hollow pipeline 27, second hollow pipeline 28, when extruded article 25 resets, the flourishing storage container at frame top can be filled up feed supplement storehouse 24 again so that it is reinforced next time, whole process realizes carrying out automatic coating to the work piece 1 inside and outside when, and automatic feed supplement avoids shutting down the feed supplement, reduces production efficiency.

As a further scheme of the invention, the top parts of the first coating 10 and the second coating 16 are respectively provided with a first liquid containing groove 10-1 and a second liquid containing groove 16-1; according to the invention, the friction between the first coating 10 and the workpiece 1 and the friction between the second coating 16 and the workpiece 1 are utilized to roll and coat the coating on the surface of the workpiece 1, so that the coating is consumed, the first liquid containing groove 10-1 and the second liquid containing groove 16-1 are respectively formed in the first coating 10 and the second coating 16 for placing the coating, the coating can uniformly permeate into the first coating 10 and the second coating 16, and the uniformity of the coating is ensured.

As a further proposal of the invention, the middle positions of the first liquid containing groove 10-1 and the second liquid containing groove 16-1 are respectively positioned right below the top ends of the first hollow pipeline 27 and the second hollow pipeline 28; the middle positions of the first liquid containing groove 10-1 and the second liquid containing groove 16-1 are respectively arranged under the top ends of the first hollow pipeline 27 and the second hollow pipeline 28, so that the coating can be accurately guided into the first liquid containing groove 10-1 and the second liquid containing groove 16-1 during automatic feeding every time, and the coating is guaranteed not to waste and is prevented from splashing to influence the coating quality of a workpiece when the coating is not filled.

As a further aspect of the present invention, the second coating layer 16 is made of elastic cotton; the present invention uses resilient cotton to prevent damage to the second coating 16 when the workpiece 1 is moved.

As a further aspect of the present invention, as shown in fig. 11, the clamping portion 30 of the clamping member 12 is made of sponge, so as to avoid the damage of the workpiece 1 caused by the clamping member 12 clamping the workpiece 1 during operation, the clamping portion 30 of the clamping member 12 of the present invention is made of sponge, so that the workpiece 1 is flexibly impacted when clamping the workpiece, the workpiece 1 is protected, and unnecessary damage is avoided, and after finishing coating, the third gear 14 stops rotating, so that the first gear 8 and the second gear 17 also stop rotating. The cylinder 3 is contracted downward and the feed tray 2 is moved downward, and at this time, the slide member 29 is slid downward by the restoring force of the third spring, so that the clamping member 12 is disengaged from the cutout portion 21 and the workpiece 1 is unlocked. The workpiece 1 is restored with the feed tray 2, and the slider 29 is also restored by the restoring force of the third spring.

The working principle is as follows: in the invention, after the workpieces 1 are arranged on the feeding tray 2 at intervals, the feeding tray 2 is transferred to the position right below the double-sided coating mechanism 4. The feeding tray 2 is coaxially and fixedly arranged on the air cylinder 3, the air cylinder 3 extends to drive the feeding tray 2 to move upwards, and the workpiece 1 on the feeding tray 2 can move upwards to the outer side of the rotating part 9 in the horizontal direction. While the workpiece 1 moves upward, the tray bottom of the feed tray 2 comes into contact with the slider 29, and drives the slider 29 to slide upward and compress the second compression spring 19. When the sliding member 29 is slid upward, the clamping member 12 is slidably mounted along the rotating member 9 because the sliding member 29 is slidably connected to the clamping member 12. The clamping member 12 is not displaced in the radial direction of the rotating member 9 but is caused to slide relative to the sliding member 29 in the axial direction of the rotating member 9. When the workpiece 1 moves up to the horizontally outer side of the rotating member 9, the cutout portion 21 in the slide member 29 moves just to the position of the chucking member 12. Because the clamping piece 12 is connected with the rotating piece 9 through the first compression spring 13, the first compression spring 13 always has a pulling force on the clamping piece 12 along the radial direction of the rotating piece 9, the clamping piece 12 moves inwards along the radial direction of the rotating piece 9 to clamp the edge of the workpiece 1, the workpiece 1 is clamped on the rotating piece 9, the clamping and positioning of the workpiece 1 are realized, after the workpiece 1 is clamped and positioned, the third gear 14 rotates to drive the first gear 8 to rotate, the first gear 8 drives the second gear 17 to rotate, and the rotating directions of the first gear 8 and the third gear 14 are opposite, because the first gear 8 and the rotating piece 9 are coaxially arranged, the rotating piece 9 rotates to drive the workpiece 1 to start rotating, the second gear 17 and the second coating 16 are coaxially arranged, so the second coating 16 also starts rotating and rotates in the opposite direction to the workpiece 1, and because the third rotating shaft 31 and the second rotating shaft 15 are connected through the synchronous belt 32, therefore, the third rotating shaft 31 is connected to the mounting ring 20, to which the first coating 10 is fixed, through the fourth gear 33 and the fifth gear 23, in the opposite direction to the workpiece 1, so that the first coating 10 turns in the same direction as the workpiece 1, but at a different speed. Therefore, the first coating 10 on the outer side of the rotating part 9 is roll-coated on the inner side of the workpiece 1, and the second coating 16 on the second rotating shaft 15 is roll-coated on the outer side of the workpiece 1, so that the purpose of automatic coating is realized.
