adjusting the positioning piece (5) to a first state, wherein the positioning piece (5) extends out of the positioning box (8) and is supported on the mounting hole (3);

the air conditioner (2) is placed, so that the connecting part (4) of the air conditioner (2) is matched with the positioning part (5), the posture of the air conditioner (2) is stable, and the tilting phenomenon is avoided;

adjusting the positioning piece (5) to a second state, retracting the positioning piece (5) into the positioning box (8), and taking out the positioning structure from the mounting hole (3);

and finishing the installation and positioning of the air conditioner (2).

14. The caravan air conditioner installation method according to claim 13, wherein the step of adjusting the positioning member (5) to the first state, the positioning member (5) protruding to the outside of the positioning box (8) and supported on the installation hole (3), further comprises:

the sliding first support limiting block (11) is limited and supported at the end part of the first support part (6.1), so that the first positioning part (5.1) is kept in a first state;

Technical Field

The disclosure belongs to the technical field of motor home air conditioners, and particularly relates to a motor home air conditioner installation positioning device, an installation method and a motor home air conditioner.

Background

At present, the installation mode of the air conditioner of the motor home is divided into two modes, one mode is hoisting by using a crane, and the other mode is manual carrying. However, the two installation modes face a great problem at present, namely, the motor home air conditioner cannot be quickly and accurately placed into the corresponding installation hole of the roof, and currently, few methods or tools are used for guiding the motor home external unit to be accurately installed, so that a structural device and a method for quickly positioning the motor home air conditioner during installation are urgently needed to be designed.

Disclosure of Invention

Therefore, the technical problem to be solved by the present disclosure is that it is difficult to install and position a caravan air conditioner in the related art, thereby providing a caravan air conditioner installation and positioning device, an installation method and a caravan air conditioner.

In order to solve the above problem, the present disclosure provides a car as a house air conditioner installation positioner, includes:

the roof board is provided with a mounting hole of a caravan air conditioner;

an air conditioner including a connection part;

the air conditioner is placed, so that the connecting part of the air conditioner is matched with the positioning part, the posture of the air conditioner is stable, and the tilting phenomenon is avoided;

adjusting the positioning piece to a second state, retracting the positioning piece into the positioning box, and taking out the positioning structure from the mounting hole;

and finishing the installation and positioning of the air conditioner.

The purpose of the present disclosure and the technical problems solved thereby can be further achieved by the following technical measures.

In some embodiments, the step of adjusting the positioning member to the first state, the positioning member extending to the outside of the positioning box and supported on the mounting hole, further comprises:

the first support limiting block is slid to be limited and supported at the end part of the first support part, so that the first positioning part is kept in a first state;

and/or the sliding second support limiting block is limited and supported at the end part of the second support part, so that the second positioning part is kept in the second state.

The motor home air conditioner is installed and positioned by the motor home air conditioner installing and positioning device or the motor home air conditioner installing method.

The installation positioning device and the installation method of the motor home air conditioner and the motor home air conditioner provided by the disclosure at least have the following beneficial effects:

The positioning part 5 comprises a first positioning part 5.1 and a second positioning part 5.2, the first positioning part 5.1 and the second positioning part 5.2 are respectively supported on opposite edges of the mounting hole 3 in the first state, and two positioning parts are respectively mounted on two opposite edges of the mounting hole 3, so that the air conditioner 2 and the mounting hole 3 have at least two accurate positioning references, and the positioning is more accurate. Meanwhile, the positioning piece 5 is designed in a split mode, and is convenient to disassemble.

In some embodiments, after the first positioning portion 5.1 or the second positioning portion 5.2 extends to the first state, in order to ensure that the positioning member 5 always keeps an accurate position and does not go back during the installation and positioning of the caravan air conditioner 2, the first supporting portion 6.1 is required to provide a stable supporting force for the first positioning portion 5.1, or the second supporting portion 6.2 is required to provide a stable supporting force for the second positioning portion 5.2, the positioning box 8 is further provided with a first supporting limiting block 11, the first supporting limiting block 11 is movably mounted on the positioning box 8, and the first supporting limiting block 11 is configured to provide a limiting support for keeping the first positioning portion 5.1 in the first state; and/or a second supporting limited block 12 is further arranged on the positioning box 8, the second supporting limited block 12 is movably mounted on the positioning box 8, and the second supporting limited block 12 is configured to provide a limited support for keeping the second positioning portion 5.2 in the first state.

Step three, adjusting the positioning piece 5 to a first state, wherein the positioning piece 5 extends out of the positioning box 8, and the first positioning part 5.1 and the second positioning part 5.2 are respectively supported on opposite side walls of the mounting hole 3; meanwhile, the sliding first support stopper 11 is limited and supported at the end of the first support part 6.1, so that the first positioning part 5.1 is kept in the first state. The sliding second support stopper 12 is supported at the end of the second support portion 6.2 in a limited manner, so that the second positioning portion 5.2 is kept in the second state.

Placing the air conditioner 2 to enable the connecting part 4 of the air conditioner 2 to be matched with the positioning part 5, so that the air conditioner 2 is stable in posture and free of tilting; if the air conditioner 2 is unstable and tilted, the gasket 7 is not completely matched with the positioning piece 5, the position of the air conditioner 2 needs to be adjusted, and the air conditioner can shake in a small amplitude until the state of the air conditioner 2 is stable and the tilting does not occur, so that the air conditioner 2 is accurately positioned.

And step five, adjusting the positioning piece 5 to a second state, retracting the positioning piece 5 into the positioning box 8, and taking the positioning structure out of the mounting hole 3.

And step six, finishing the installation and positioning of the air conditioner 2.

The installation method of the motor home air conditioner has the advantages of accurate positioning, few auxiliary tools and high operation efficiency and is convenient to disassemble.

The motor home air conditioner is installed and positioned by the motor home air conditioner installing and positioning device or the motor home air conditioner installing method.

It is readily understood by a person skilled in the art that the advantageous ways described above can be freely combined, superimposed without conflict.
