As shown in fig. 5, in order to enable the lubricating oil in the cylindrical groove to flow into the limiting groove through the oil outlet assembly, reduce the friction force when the connecting rod 12 and the limiting rod 1 slide, and improve the stability when the connecting rod 12 slides, a plurality of communication holes are arranged on the limiting rod 1, each communication hole is uniformly arranged along the axis of the outer ring of the rotating rod 4, the communication holes are located in the limiting groove, one end of each communication hole is communicated with the limiting groove, the other end of each communication hole is communicated with the inside of the cylindrical groove, the oil outlet assembly is provided with a plurality of oil outlet assemblies, the oil outlet assembly is arranged in the communication holes, the oil outlet assembly comprises a ball 20, a third spring 21, a guide rod 22 and a guide plate 23, the guide rod 22 is horizontally arranged in the communication holes, the guide rod 22 is hollow, an opening is arranged at one end of the guide rod 22 close to the connecting rod 12, and the ball 20 is arranged at the opening, the guide plate 23 sets up and keeps away from ball 20 on one end at guide bar 22, be equipped with a plurality of oil outlets on the guide plate 23, each oil outlet evenly sets up, the one end and the inside intercommunication in cylindrical groove of oil outlet and, the other end and the inside intercommunication of guide bar 22 of oil outlet, third spring 21 sets up between ball 20 and guide plate 23, the one end and the ball 20 of third spring 21 are connected, the other end and the guide plate 23 of third spring 21 are connected, third spring 21 is in compression state.

Here when connecting rod 12 and ball 20 support and lean on, the promotion through connecting rod 12 makes ball 20 remove towards the direction of guide plate 23, thereby make inside and spacing groove intercommunication of guide rod 22, at this moment, the restoring force through first spring 7 realizes the promotion to closing plate 6, thereby make inside the lubricating oil of column shape inslot flow in guide rod 22 through the oil outlet on guide plate 23 inside, then flow through the opening part on the guide rod 22, thereby the lubrication to the spacing groove is realized, make better the sliding on gag lever post 1 of connecting rod 12.

For the convenience of installation, the sealing plate 6 is provided with a chamfer.

The shift ring 11 here is connected with last mould, holding ring 2 is connected with the lower mould, realize the removal to shift ring 11 through the removal of last mould, realize the location to the lower mould through holding ring 2, here shift ring 11 removes drive connecting rod 12 and removes, make connecting rod 12 slide in the spacing groove on gag lever post 1, thereby realize spacing to last mould, improve the punching press precision, here when connecting rod 12 removes to predetermineeing the position, through the subassembly that produces oil, make the inside lubricating oil of cylindrical groove flow in to the spacing inslot, reduce the frictional force between connecting rod 12 and the gag lever post 1, the phenomenon of card pause is avoided appearing, thereby improve the punching press precision.

When lubricating oil needs to be added into the cylindrical groove, firstly, the handle 5 is rotated, the handle 5 drives the rotating rod 4 to rotate, the rotating rod 4 drives the thread block 3 to rotate, the thread block 3 moves towards the direction far away from the positioning ring 2, the thread block 3 moves to drive the bearing seat 8 to move, the bearing seat 8 drives the supporting rod 9 to move, the supporting rod 9 drives the limiting block 10 to move, the limiting block 10 is abutted to the sealing plate 6, then the limiting block 10 drives the sealing plate 6 to move towards the direction far away from the positioning ring 2, so that the lubricating oil can be added into the cylindrical groove, then the sealing plate 6 is placed in the cylindrical groove, at the moment, the sealing plate 6 is positioned at the opening at the top end of the cylindrical groove, the sealing plate 6 is limited through the friction force between the sealing plate 6 and the cylindrical groove, at the moment, the handle 5 is continuously, make the screw block 3 be located the threaded hole, so both can realize spacing to screw block 3, at this moment first spring 7 is in compression state, make the cylindrical recess have certain pressure through the restoring force of first spring 7, here through adjusting the degree of depth that screw block 3 is located the screw hole inside, make the restoring force of first spring 7 change, thereby make the pressure of cylindrical recess inside change, thereby can realize the regulation to the size of producing oil, save cost, here because connect through bearing frame 8 during branch 9, first spring 7 also is with the terminal surface connection of the 8 inner circles of bearing frame simultaneously, so here when screw block 3 rotates, do not have the influence to branch 9 and first spring 7.

When the sealing performance between the sealing plate 6 and the cylindrical groove needs to be improved, only the electromagnetic valve 19 needs to be opened, then the pushing plate 13 is pushed, the pushing plate 13 drives the pushing rod 14 to move, the pushing rod 14 drives the piston 15 to move, so that the air in the bottom end of the supporting rod 9 is fixed towards the inside of the rubber plate, the sealing plate 6 is deformed, the contact area between the sealing plate 6 and the inner wall of the cylindrical groove is increased, the friction force is increased, the gap between the sealing plate 6 and the inner wall of the cylindrical groove is reduced, the sealing effect is improved, waste caused by overflow of lubricating oil is prevented, the oil outlet accuracy can be improved, the second spring 16 is in a compression device at the moment, the electromagnetic valve 19 is closed, the supporting rod 9 is in a sealing state with the piston 15, the supporting rod 9 cannot be restored by the restoring force of the second spring 16, and the sealing plate 6 is connected through the corrugated pipe 18, the sealing plate 6 is not affected by the movement on the strut 9.

Here when connecting rod 12 and ball 20 support and lean on, the promotion through connecting rod 12 makes ball 20 remove towards the direction of guide plate 23, thereby make inside and spacing groove intercommunication of guide rod 22, at this moment, the restoring force through first spring 7 realizes the promotion to closing plate 6, thereby make inside the lubricating oil of column shape inslot flow in guide rod 22 through the oil outlet on guide plate 23 inside, then flow through the opening part on the guide rod 22, thereby the lubrication to the spacing groove is realized, make better the sliding on gag lever post 1 of connecting rod 12.

Compared with the prior art, this positioner with self-lubricate function passes through connecting rod 12 and realizes spacing to gag lever post 1 and shifting ring 11, make shifting ring 11 pass through better the sliding on gag lever post 1 of connecting rod 12, realize the automatic oil of producing to the spacing groove through lubricated mechanism, here improve the leakproofness of closing plate 6 and cylindrical groove through seal assembly, prevent overflowing of lubricating oil and lead to extravagantly, here realize the control to the oil size through adjustment mechanism, frequency through the punching press is adjusted, and therefore the cost is reduced, here make the inside lubricating oil of cylindrical groove flow into to the inner wall of spacing groove through the oil producing subassembly, reduce the frictional force between connecting rod 12 and gag lever post 1, avoid appearing the phenomenon of blocking, thereby improve the punching press precision.
