7. A device for manufacturing a jointless self-sealing steel rope ring for cutting is characterized by comprising: the paying-off spool, the traction wheel, the guide wheel and the ring forming mechanism are arranged in sequence; wherein, the looping mechanism includes:

the driven wheel is of a semicircular ring structure;

the driving wheels are uniformly arranged along the circumferential direction of the outer edge of the driven wheel;

at least three magnetic guide wheels are uniformly arranged along the inner and outer edges of the driven wheel;

The steel rope is paid off by a pay-off I-shaped wheel, and is pulled by a traction wheel and threaded by a guide wheel;

2) around the inner layer

The front section of the steel rope is wound into a rope ring with more than one circle by the matching of the rope ring auxiliary guide wheel;

3) fixing the starting point and the end of the rope

After the inner layer of the rope ring is wound, the starting point of the external winding and the steel rope head are respectively connected with the inner layer and fixed by adopting a tin soldering method;

4) around the outer layer

The driving wheel drives the driven wheel to rotate around the outer layer; starting from the outer winding starting point, the rear section of the steel rope is continuously wound into an outer winding layer which is more than one circle around the inner layer to cover the outer winding starting point and the inner layer steel rope head;

5) fusing off

The magnetic guide wheel on the driven wheel can store the paying-off length, and the stored paying-off length is increased as the linear speed of the magnetic guide wheel is greater than the linear speed of the outer layer winding until the paying-off length reaches the required length of the rope ring, the steel rope is fused at the outlet of the traction wheel, and the traction wheel and the paying-off I-shaped wheel stop; the rest outer layer steel ropes continue to wind on the inner layer steel ropes under the matching of the driving wheel and the driven wheel until the outer layer steel ropes completely wind on the inner layer steel ropes;

6) steel rope tail end treatment

The existing annular steel rope has a weak point, namely, the interface strength is low; generally, the steel ropes are connected by knotting, welding or hooping with other tubular materials, the diameter of the interface is changed greatly, or the materials and tissues are changed, the use is inconvenient or the strength is obviously reduced, the strength of the welding part is only about 40 percent of that of the steel ropes, and the failure of the whole steel rope is easily caused.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a jointless self-closing steel rope ring for cutting and a manufacturing method and a device thereof, so that the strength of a whole circle of steel rope has no weakness, the strength of the whole circle is basically consistent, and the service life and other properties of the product are improved.

In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme of the invention is as follows:

After the inner layer of the rope ring is wound, the starting point of the external winding and the steel rope head are respectively connected with the inner layer and fixed by adopting a tin soldering method;

4) around the outer layer

The driving wheel drives the driven wheel to rotate around the outer layer; starting from the outer winding starting point, the rear section of the steel rope is continuously wound into an outer winding layer which is more than one circle around the inner layer to cover the outer winding starting point and the inner layer steel rope head;

5) fusing off

The magnetic guide wheel on the driven wheel can store the paying-off length, and the stored paying-off length is increased as the linear speed of the magnetic guide wheel is greater than the linear speed of the outer layer winding until the paying-off length reaches the required length of the rope ring, the fuse fuses the steel rope at the outlet of the traction wheel, and the traction wheel and the paying-off I-shaped wheel stop at the same time; fusing always occurs at some point in the process around the outer layer.

6) Steel rope tail end treatment

Fixing the tail end of the outer layer steel rope, and plugging the tail end into a rope ring or fixing the tail end by soldering.

Preferably, step 5) fuses the steel cord using a fuse.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:

the invention relates to a jointless self-closed rope loop which is an annular steel rope and is wound by one steel rope, the steel rope is bound by the friction between the inner layer and the outer layer, the rope head and the outer winding starting point are firmly coated in the rope loop, no joint exists, no welding exists, the strength of the steel rope is not lost in the whole production process, and the tensile strength of the rope loop is approximately equal to the product of the number of the annular steel ropes and the tensile strength of the single-strand steel rope. Among the existing various connection modes, the rope ring has the highest connection strength.

As a cutting material, due to the structural characteristics of winding of the inner layer and the outer layer of the rope ring, compared with a single diamond wire and a diamond rope, the use length required in the cutting process can be reduced by 3000-10000 times, so that the raw material cost is undoubtedly greatly reduced for manufacturers; and secondly, the rope ring has no welding, joint or strength loss, and can bear tens of times of high tension and cutting strength of a normal process in the using process.

When the rope ring is used as a framework material for reinforcement, a transmission belt, a synchronous belt and the like, the characteristics of no joint, no welding, uniform and lossless whole-circle strength of the rope ring can also greatly improve the performances of tensile strength, service life and the like of a product.

Referring to fig. 1 to 4, the jointless self-closing steel rope loop for cutting of the present invention is characterized in that the steel rope loop 100 is a jointless annular closed structure, the cross-sectional structure of the steel rope loop is an inner steel rope and an outer steel rope, the number of turns of the inner steel rope is more than one, the outer steel rope is wound on the inner steel rope, the number of turns of the outer steel rope is more than one along the circumferential direction of the steel rope loop, the outer winding starting point of the outer steel rope and the head of the inner steel rope are wrapped, and the tail end of the outer steel rope is plugged into the rope loop or fixed by soldering; the steel rope is formed by twisting a plurality of steel wires with the diameter of 0.04-1 mm.

Preferably, the number of turns of the inner layer steel cord is more than two, and the inner layer steel cord is arranged in parallel or wound with a large lay length larger than 200 mm.

6) steel rope tail end treatment

Fixing the tail end of the outer layer steel rope, and plugging the tail end into a rope ring or fixing the tail end by soldering.
