The first one is to use the full liquid-receiving inner floating roof to replace the existing large-scale used floating-barrel-type inner floating roof; the second is to use an efficient edge seal instead of the non-efficient edge seals that are currently used in large numbers.

However, in the actual floating roof tank rebuild process, a series of problems arise, mainly two-fold. The first is that the treatment of the VOCs in the storage tanks does not reach the expected target, and the discharge of the VOCs in some storage tanks is still high; the second is that the safety of the prior full-liquid-receiving inner floating roof floating plate is reduced, and a multi-rising sinking plate accident occurs.

A large amount of VOCs leaks and sinks, and the phenomenon is mainly caused by two reasons, namely flooding, and effusion above the floating plate.

In the actual production process, oil and entrained gas are inevitable. The oil-bearing gas is mainly caused by two aspects, the first is that a large amount of gas is generated in the oil refining production process, and before a medium enters a storage tank, the gas is generally subjected to gas elimination treatment, but the gas cannot be completely eliminated, and a small amount of gas still enters the storage tank; the second is that the solubility of the gas in the liquid increases with the increase of the pressure, in the production process and the pipeline, because of the higher pressure, a part of the gas is dissolved in the medium, when the medium enters the storage tank, the part of the gas is separated out because of the reduction of the pressure, and the part of the gas cannot be removed through the degassing device.

Detailed Description

The invention relates to a multifunctional full liquid-receiving inner floating disc central vent valve, which comprises: the device comprises a sealing base, a sealing ejector rod guide device, a sealing pressing plate, a sealing ejector rod, a breather valve and an adjustable foot margin; the main structural design is shown in figure 1.

The sealing O-shaped ring 06 is installed between the sealing pressing plate and the sealing seat, rubber materials are used, different materials are selected according to different media, and the sealing effect of the central vent valve can be guaranteed to the maximum extent by the O-shaped ring and the aluminum alloy pressing plate matched with high-precision machining.

The static connection cable 07 prevents static electricity from existing between the valve cover and the valve body.

And a breather valve 08 for discharging gas accumulated below the full liquid-receiving inner floating disc.

The working principle of the invention is as follows:

1. automatic exhaust function

In order to automatically discharge gas accumulated below a floating disc, an automatic breather valve is arranged on a sealing cover plate, in the invention, an automatic breather valve with the diameter of 50mm is adopted, an automatic air-eliminating device is arranged on an incoming oil pipeline in the prior art, the amount of gas carried by incoming oil is generally small, the automatic breather valve with DN50 is adopted to sufficiently discharge the accumulated gas, the pressure adopts the A-level standard of a standard breather valve SY/T0511.1-2010 petroleum storage tank accessory, namely-295- +355Pa, the thickness of a full-joint liquid floating disc is generally 80-200mm, the buoyancy ratio is generally 2-2.5 times, the depth immersion liquid of all full-joint liquid inner floating discs is generally 40-100mm, the liquid level difference generated by the pressure of all 355Pa is less than 40mm, gas accumulated above the floating disc cannot be caused, the design requirement of the invention is met, and meanwhile, in various chemical media, the saturated vapor pressure is generally less than 100Pa, and in normal use, the breather valve can not be opened, and additional gas volatilization can not be caused.

2 automatic effusion removing function

In order to automatically discharge accumulated liquid above the floating disc, the sealing base 2 of the vent valve is arranged to be 10mm lower than the upper surface of the floating disc on the design, as shown in figure 2.

Therefore, when the accumulated liquid is generated above the floating disc, the accumulated liquid above the floating disc can be automatically discharged below the floating disc only by grounding the floating disc and lifting the valve cover formed by the sealing pressing plate. Referring to fig. 3, in the design of the present invention, in order to better remove the accumulated liquid on the floating plate, in the design of the leg of the floating plate, the design that the edge is higher than the middle is adopted, so that when the floating plate falls to the ground, the center of the floating plate is the lowest point, which is more beneficial to removing the accumulated liquid above the floating plate.

In conclusion, the technology of the invention is improved as follows:

1. the design of lower than the upper surface of the floating plate is adopted to solve the problem of liquid accumulation of the floating plate.

2. The problem of gas accumulation below the full liquid-receiving floating plate is solved by adopting a mode of additionally installing a breather valve.

4. The reliability of the multifunctional central exhaust valve is improved by adopting the existing standard breather valve.

5. The moving parts are made of aluminum alloy materials, so that the safety of the multifunctional exhaust valve is enhanced.

6. The mode of automatic liquid drainage when falling to the ground is adopted, so that the safety of the floating disc and the storage tank is enhanced.

The invention has two functions besides the function of the original automatic ventilation valve; the breather valve has the advantages that the breather valve has the function that when gas generated below the floating plate is gathered to a certain degree, the gas is automatically discharged; and secondly, the liquid discharging function of falling to the ground requires that when the floating plate falls to the ground, the accumulated liquid above the floating plate can be automatically discharged, and the plate is prevented from sinking.
