Detailed Description

The present invention will be described in detail and specifically with reference to the following examples so as to facilitate the understanding of the present invention, but the following examples do not limit the scope of the present invention.

Example 1

The embodiment discloses a canopy beam splicing and bending taping machine, which comprises a workbench 1, a canopy beam clamping mechanism 2, a taping mechanism 3, a pressing and fixing mechanism 4 and a control console 5. Canopy roof beam fixture 2 all locates on workstation 1 with pressing solid mechanism 4, and 1 one side of workstation is located to mechanism of borduring 3.

The canopy beam clamping mechanism 2 includes a cross beam positioning mechanism 21 and a vertical beam clamping mechanism 22. The vertical beam clamping mechanism 22 clamps the vertical beam 6 at a middle position of the cross beam 7. After the edge covering mechanism 3 bends the cross beam 7 and wraps the vertical beam 6, the pressing and fixing mechanism 4 presses the bent section of the cross beam 7 on the other side of the vertical beam 6. The cross beam positioning mechanism 21, the vertical beam clamping mechanism 22 and the press fixing mechanism 4 are powered by cylinders.

The beam positioning mechanism 21 includes a positioning block 211 provided on the table 1, a positioning column 212, and a first cylinder 213 for driving the positioning column 212 to move. The workbench 1 is provided with a first slot 11 for the positioning column 212 to pass through, the positioning column 212 slides in the first slot 11 under the driving of the first cylinder 213, and the beam 7 is pressed on the positioning block 211.

The vertical beam clamping mechanism 22 includes a fixed clamping portion 221, a movable clamping portion 222, and a second cylinder 223 driving the movable clamping portion 222 to move. The worktable 1 is provided with a second slot 12. The fixed clamping portion 221 and the movable clamping portion 222 are oppositely arranged in the second slot 12, and the second cylinder 223 drives the movable clamping portion 222 to slide in the second slot 12.

The lower part of the fixed clamping part 221 is provided with an adjusting mechanism for adjusting the position of the fixed clamping part 221, the adjusting mechanism comprises a handle 224 and a screw 225, the handle 224 is rotated to drive the screw 225 to rotate, and the distance from the fixed clamping part 221 to the positioning block 211 is adjusted.

The vertical beam clamping mechanism 22 further comprises a vertical beam end fixing assembly 23, and the vertical beam end fixing assembly 23 comprises a fixing frame 231, a static fixing head 232, a movable fixing head 233, a third air cylinder 234 and a height adjusting piece 235, wherein the fixing frame 231, the static fixing head 232, the movable fixing head 233, the third air cylinder 234 and the height adjusting piece 235 are fixedly connected with the workbench 1. The movable fixing head 233 and the static fixing head 232 are provided with a fixing ring 236 for improving the fixing effect, and the vertical beam tail end fixing component 23 is arranged on one side of the edge covering mechanism 3.

The edge covering mechanism 3 comprises a motor 31, a crank 32 arranged at the output end of the motor 31 and a roller 33 arranged at the tail end of the crank 32. A plurality of sockets 321 are arranged on the crank 32; the roller 33 is provided at both ends thereof with plugs 331 fitted into the sockets 321, and the roller 33 is inserted into the sockets 321.

The press-fixing mechanism 4 includes a second fixing frame 41 fixed on the working table 1, and the second fixing frame 41 is provided with a slide rail 42, a sliding platform 43 sliding on the slide rail 42, and a fourth cylinder 44 pushing the sliding platform 43 to move. The sliding platform 43 is provided with an expansion link 431 and a fifth cylinder 432 for controlling the expansion length of the expansion link 431.

Fig. 1 shows a parking state of the present embodiment. At this time, the positioning column 212, the movable clamping part 222 and the movable fixing head 233 are all positioned at the opposite side of the limiting block 211; the telescopic rod 431 is also in a contracted state.

As shown in fig. 7-8, in use. When the cross beam 7 is bent to a degree lower than the height of the telescopic rod 431, the telescopic rod 431 is extended, and the fourth cylinder 44 controls the sliding platform 43 and the telescopic rod 431 to move downwards and press the bent cross beam 7, so that the cross beam 7 is prevented from leaving the side part of the vertical beam 6 due to the elasticity of the cross beam. And keeping a compression state, and performing spot welding on the joint of the cross beam 7 and the vertical beam 6 by a worker to preliminarily fix the form of the canopy beam.

The position of the fixing clip 221 in the second slot 12 can be controlled by rotating the handle 224, so as to manufacture canopy beams with different sizes and different thicknesses.
