d. when welding, the special sleeve matched with the steel bar cannot be burnt; slag should be removed in time during welding, the surface of a welding seam should be smooth, the rest height of the welding seam should be in smooth transition, and an arc pit should be filled;

e. and (3) inspecting the quality of the welding seam (including the length, thickness and width of the welding seam, the existence of slag inclusion and the like) in time after welding, and painting anti-rust paint in time after confirming that no fault exists.

Technical Field

Background

With the increasing number of the basement layers, the three, four or even more layers of the basement become longer and longer, and the outer frame safety protection becomes more important when the basement is constructed. The traditional basement outer frame protective support is mostly provided with throwing supports, namely, the upper end of the traditional basement outer frame protective support is fixed on a steel pipe frame by a fastener, and the lower end of the traditional basement outer frame protective support is randomly supported on a side slope support, so that an effective support system cannot be formed; moreover, because the slope protection concrete has low strength, even the slope surface is not supported, and the angle of the inclined strut is actually too large, the concrete cannot play a role in supporting the slope, and the safety is poor; moreover, as the outer frame is higher and higher; the length of the steel pipe for supporting can not be met, and even if the length meets the requirement, the stability of the steel pipe compression rod piece can not meet the safety requirement. In order to achieve the purpose, the device for the drawknot of the outdoor double-row protective frame of the constructional engineering comprises a first sleeve, a bolt rod and an outer frame assembly, wherein the outer frame assembly is used for supporting an outdoor protective support;

the first sleeve is pre-buried in the wall body;

one end of the bolt rod is in threaded connection with the first sleeve, and the other end of the bolt rod extends out of the wall body and is connected with the outer frame assembly;

the outer frame assembly comprises a second sleeve in threaded connection with the bolt rod, a tie steel pipe, a vertical rod, a longitudinal horizontal rod and a transverse horizontal rod; the second sleeve is fixed on the drawknot steel pipe, the vertical rod is connected with the drawknot steel pipe through a buckle, the transverse horizontal rod is connected with the vertical rod through a buckle, and the longitudinal horizontal rod is connected with the transverse horizontal rod through a buckle.

Further, the second sleeve is welded and fixed on the upper part of the inner wall of the drawknot steel pipe.

Preferably, the thickness of a welding seam between the second sleeve and the inner wall of the drawed steel pipe is not less than 5mm, the width of the welding seam is not less than 12mm, and the length of the welding seam is not less than 40 mm.

Preferably, the first sleeve is a truncated cone-shaped sleeve, and a threaded hole matched with the bolt rod is formed in one end face of the truncated cone-shaped sleeve.

Preferably, the length of the bolt rod extending out of the wall body is more than 100 mm.

The invention discloses a using method of a device for drawknot of double rows of protective frames outside an underground chamber of constructional engineering, which comprises the following steps:

s1: the first sleeve and one end of the bolt rod are connected through threads, and when the basement concrete outer wall is poured, the connected first sleeve is placed in the wall, and the other end of the bolt rod extends out of the wall;

s2: when the upper wall body is poured, the template baffle plate provided with the small hole matched with the outer diameter of the bolt rod is sleeved on the bolt rod, and then a bolt is tightened at one end of the bolt rod extending out of the wall body for fixing the template baffle plate, so that the upper wall body is convenient to pour;

s3: after the upper wall body is poured, the bolts and the template baffle are taken down, the tie steel pipes welded with the second sleeves are in threaded fit connection with the bolt rods, and the external frame assembly is assembled;

s4: after the outer frame assembly is used, the outer frame assembly is disassembled, and the bolt rod is screwed out through the threads for secondary utilization;

s5: and plugging the hole left by the wall body.

Compared with the traditional inclined strut of the basement outer frame, the invention fixes the drawknot device on the wall body, so that the whole supporting system is more stable, meanwhile, the screw hole reserved on the basement outer wall is easy to repair after the outer frame is dismantled because no hole is formed on the wall body, and the outer wall is effectively prevented from water seepage only by adopting water-tight plugging. Moreover, most of the components can be effectively reused.

The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

As shown in fig. 1, the device for pulling the double rows of outdoor protection frames of the underground of the constructional engineering comprises a first sleeve 1, a bolt rod 2 and an outer frame assembly for supporting outdoor protection supports;

the first sleeve 1 is pre-embedded in the wall body 8;

one end of the bolt rod 2 is in threaded connection with the first sleeve 1, and the other end of the bolt rod extends out of the wall body 8 and is connected with the outer frame assembly; the length of the bolt rod 2 extending out of the wall body 8 is more than 100 mm;

the outer frame assembly comprises a second sleeve 3 in threaded connection with the bolt rod 2, a tie steel pipe 4, a vertical rod 5, a longitudinal horizontal rod 6 and a transverse horizontal rod 7; the second sleeve 3 is fixed on the drawknot steel pipe 4, the upright stanchion 5 is connected with the drawknot steel pipe 4 through a buckle, the horizontal rod 7 is connected with the upright stanchion 5 through a buckle, and the vertical horizontal rod 6 is connected with the horizontal rod 7 through a buckle.

As shown in fig. 3, further, the second sleeve 3 is welded and fixed on the upper part of the inner wall of the drawknot steel pipe 4. Through the mode, the welding section can bear tension and pressure, the stability checking calculation of the pressed rod piece is met, and the safety technical requirement of the traditional overground scaffold connecting piece is completely met. Meanwhile, preferably, the thickness of a welding seam between the second sleeve 3 and the inner wall of the drawknot steel pipe 4 is not less than 5mm, the width of the welding seam is not less than 12mm, and the length of the welding seam is not less than 40 mm.

As shown in fig. 2, the first sleeve 1 is preferably a circular truncated cone shaped sleeve, and one of the end faces of the circular truncated cone shaped sleeve is provided with a threaded hole 11 for engaging with the bolt shaft 2.

The invention discloses a using method of a device for drawknot of double rows of protective frames outside an underground chamber of constructional engineering, which comprises the following steps:

s1: the first sleeve 1 and one end of the bolt rod 2 are connected through threads, when the basement concrete outer wall body 8 is poured, the connected first sleeve 1 is placed in the wall body 8, and the other end of the bolt rod 2 extends out of the wall body 8;

s2: as shown in fig. 4, when the upper wall 8 is poured, the template baffle plate provided with the small hole matched with the outer diameter of the bolt rod 2 is sleeved on the bolt rod 2, and then a bolt is tightened at one end of the bolt rod 2 extending out of the wall 8 for fixing the template baffle plate, so that the upper wall 8 is convenient to pour; specifically, as shown in fig. 4, the bamboo plywood 91 is used as a fixed formwork baffle, the square timber 92 supports the bamboo plywood 91 on one side of the outer wall of the bamboo plywood 91, penetrates through the bolt rod 2 through the butterfly clamp 93, and fixes the steel pipe 94 for supporting the square timber 92 on one side of the outer wall of the square timber 92; then, a nut 96 is tightened on the bolt rod 2, and a butterfly clamp 93 is fixed;

s3: after the upper wall body 8 is poured, the bolts and the template baffle are taken down, as shown in fig. 1, the tie steel pipes 4 welded with the second sleeves 3 are connected with the bolt rods 2 in a threaded fit manner, and the outer frame assembly is assembled;

s4: after the outer frame assembly is used, the outer frame assembly is disassembled, and the bolt rod 2 is screwed out through the threads for secondary utilization;

s5: and plugging the hole left in the wall body 8.

In the method, except the first sleeve 1 adopted by the drawknot, other parts can be repeatedly used, and the economic benefit is improved.

Further, the second sleeve 3 is welded and fixed on the upper part of the inner wall of the drawknot steel pipe 4, and is welded according to the following steps:

a. after the steel tube 4 and the second sleeve 3 are placed in a trial mode, finding out two positions where the second sleeve 3 is internally tangent to the inner wall of the steel tube 94, and making marks;

b. marking two grooves on the outer surface of the steel pipe 94 according to the marks by using a special tool, wherein the width of each groove is 12-14mm, and the length of each groove is 40-50 mm;

c. the welding rod adopts an E5003 type, and the welding parameters are as follows: the thickness of the welding line is not less than 5mm, the width of the welding line is not less than 12mm, and the length of the welding line is not less than 40 mm;

d. when welding, the special sleeve matched with the steel bar cannot be burnt; slag should be removed in time during welding, the surface of a welding seam should be smooth, the rest height of the welding seam should be in smooth transition, and an arc pit should be filled;

e. and (3) inspecting the quality of the welding seam (including the length, thickness and width of the welding seam, the existence of slag inclusion and the like) in time after welding, and painting anti-rust paint in time after confirming that no fault exists.

Furthermore, a section of the bolt rod 2 extending out of the wall body 8 is provided with threads. Thereby can guarantee effectively to fix the template baffle through screwing up the bolt.

Compared with the traditional inclined strut of the basement outer frame, the invention fixes the drawknot device on the wall body 8, so that the whole supporting system is more stable, meanwhile, because the wall body 8 is not perforated, after the outer frame is dismantled, the screw hole reserved on the basement outer wall is easy to repair, and only by adopting water-tight plugging, the outer wall is effectively prevented from water seepage. Moreover, most of the components can be effectively reused.
