A steel plate leveling treatment process comprises the following steps:

s1, placing the steel plate to be leveled at the leveling position in the leveling mechanism, and fixing the leveling mechanism;

Simultaneously because this application is through carrying out high temperature annealing to the steel sheet, not only plastic deformation is effectual, still avoids present roll-in low temperature levelling and causes the local crack of steel sheet simultaneously to and press the risk problem of breaking the damage, improved the levelling effect of steel sheet levelling and the qualification rate of steel sheet. Meanwhile, the steel plate is subjected to high-temperature annealing treatment, so that the plastic deformation effect is good, the risk problems of local cracks of the steel plate and press-breaking damage caused by the conventional rolling low-temperature leveling are avoided, and the leveling effect of the steel plate and the qualification rate of the steel plate are improved. The existing leveler can not level the steel plates with smaller sizes and thinner sizes generally, the limited degree is higher, the application range is smaller, the problem is avoided simultaneously in the scheme, the leveler is applicable to leveling most of the steel plates, the requirements of leveling the steel plates under different conditions are met, and the application range is large.
