Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of high-speed dynamic balance and overspeed tests, in particular to a method and a device for testing a high-speed dynamic balancer.

Background

The high-speed dynamic balancing machine is a test device specially used for the dynamic balance measurement of the flexible rotor. The device is not as extensive as a low-speed dynamic balancing machine, but is a device with strong speciality. There is currently no international or national standard for such equipment. In 2017, the first edition of the industry standard JB/T13220-2017 high-speed dynamic balancing machine is established in China. Performance profiling and verification methods for such devices are also being explored.

The current practice and the above standards adopt an additional exciting motor to perform excitation inspection of equipment, and the method has certain limitations, mainly including the following aspects.

1) Since the drive system of the high-speed dynamic balancing machine itself is not used, the phase measurement system of the high-speed dynamic balancing machine itself cannot be inspected, and the inspection is incomplete.

2) The full speed range cannot be inspected due to the influence of vibration motor parameters.

3) The detection system comprises an excitation motor, a frequency modulation drive control system, an independent measurement and data acquisition system, professional detection software and the like. The system is huge and complex, needs to be operated by professionals, is not beneficial to the wide application of the high-speed dynamic balancing machine inspection, and cannot meet the requirement that the high-speed dynamic balancing machine user autonomously performs regular and daily inspection.

In view of the above characteristics of the excitation motor inspection method, the device and the method are suitable for manufacturers of the high-speed dynamic balancing machine, and the quality inspection of the core component of the swing frame of the high-speed dynamic balancing machine is not suitable for the inspection of the whole equipment on site by a user before the equipment leaves a factory.

Disclosure of Invention

Aiming at the actual situation, the invention provides a method and a device for testing a high-speed dynamic balancing machine.

The core of the invention is a set of excitation main shafts which are used for the inspection of the high-speed dynamic balancing machine. The structure schematic diagram is shown in figure 1.

The spindle 13 is the core part of the device and is supported on the spindle housing 14 by two high-speed roller bearings 6.

Two balance weight plates 2 with the same structure and size are arranged at two ends of the mandrel 13.

The weight plate 2 is symmetrically perforated with weight ports 7 to make it self-balancing when the proof mass is not loaded.

The balance weight holes 7 are used for installing check mass blocks, the check mass blocks are composed of screw mass 9 and screw hole mass 10 and used in groups, and the balance weight discs at two ends are additionally provided with the check mass blocks in the same-phase balance weight holes at the same time.

The geometric position of the balance weight hole 7 is accurately processed, the quality of the proof mass body consisting of the screw mass 10 and the screw hole mass 11 is accurately controlled, and traceability metering authentication can be carried out.

The end covers 3 are arranged at two ends of the main shaft shell 14 and fixed by screws 12 and used for positioning the outer ring of the high-speed rolling bearing 6.

The inner rings of the high-speed rolling bearings 6 at two ends are positioned by the positioning sleeve 15 and are directly pressed by the counterweight plate 2.

The left end of the mandrel 13 is provided with an interface flange 1, and a centering spigot and a threaded hole are processed on the interface flange 1 and are used for being connected with a driving shaft and being connected to a driving system interface of a high-speed dynamic balancing machine.

The interface flange 1 is matched with the mandrel 13 through a hexagonal section for torque transmission.

The interface flange 1 directly compresses the left counterweight plate and is locked by a locking nut 9.

The right-side weight plate is fixed on the mandrel 13 by a snap ring 8.

The whole excitation main shaft is arranged on the swing frame bearing seat 4 through the middle ring 5.

The bearing support comprises a bearing support lower shoe seat 1, a balance weight disc 2, an end cover 3, a swing frame bearing seat 4, an intermediate ring 5, a high-speed rolling bearing 6, a balance weight hole 7, a clamping ring 8, a locking nut 9, a screw mass 10, a screw hole mass 11, a screw 12, a core shaft 13, a support rod spring 14 and a positioning sleeve 15.

Detailed Description

The invention relates to a method for testing a high-speed dynamic balancing machine. The structure schematic diagram is shown in figure 1.

The spindle 13 is the core part of the device and is supported on the spindle housing 14 by two high-speed roller bearings 6.

Two balance weight plates 2 with the same structure and size are arranged at two ends of the mandrel 13.

The weight plate 2 is symmetrically perforated with weight ports 7 to make it self-balancing when the proof mass is not loaded.

The balance weight holes 7 are used for installing check mass blocks, the check mass blocks are composed of screw mass 9 and screw hole mass 10 and used in groups, and the balance weight discs at two ends are additionally provided with the check mass blocks in the same-phase balance weight holes at the same time.

The geometric position of the balance weight hole 7 is accurately processed, the quality of the proof mass body consisting of the screw mass 10 and the screw hole mass 11 is accurately controlled, and traceability metering authentication can be carried out.

The end covers 3 are arranged at two ends of the main shaft shell 14 and fixed by screws 12 and used for positioning the outer ring of the high-speed rolling bearing 6.

The inner rings of the high-speed rolling bearings 6 at two ends are positioned by the positioning sleeve 15 and are directly pressed by the counterweight plate 2.

The left end of the mandrel 13 is provided with an interface flange 1, and a centering spigot and a threaded hole are processed on the interface flange 1 and are used for being connected with a driving shaft and being connected to a driving system interface of a high-speed dynamic balancing machine.

When the test mass block is used, the driving system of the high-speed dynamic balancing machine drives the excitation main shaft to rotate so as to install the centrifugal dynamic load excitation swing frame of the test mass block.

The phase sensor arranged on the driving system of the high-speed dynamic balancing machine measures the phase of the unbalance, and the sensor arranged in the swing frame measures the amplitude of the unbalance (or vibration), so that the swing frame is arranged on the actual cabin body and the actual bed body of the high-speed dynamic balancing machine to test the whole measuring system.

By using the device, the minimum reachable residual unbalance amount and the dynamic stiffness of the bearing system in a full rotating speed range are tested according to a method specified by a standard JB/T13220-2017 high-speed dynamic balancing machine, so that the performance of the high-speed dynamic balancing machine is evaluated.

Through proper combination of the positions of the balance weight holes in the balance weight disc and the proof mass blocks, one set of excitation main shafts can be used for checking different swing frames with adjacent specifications.

By replacing the balance weight disc and the proof mass block, the application range of the excitation main shaft can be further expanded.

The excitation main shaft functions similarly to a standard rotor in the technical field of low-speed dynamic balancing machines.

The introduction of the device and the inspection method can help promote the perfection and implementation of the high-speed dynamic balancing machine standard.
